The customer service is excellent. They addressed everything and got answers to our questions quickly if they did not know right off hand. They communicated with us in a timely manner when things were going on as far as ins. And parts delivery. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!!

I wanted to take a minute to give everyone at Bakers a big thank you for a job well done. Im really particular and took a week to check out the repairs on the car and you could never tell that we had an accident. We needed the car on time as we were leaving on vacation the next day and you came through for us. You also took the time to make the interior look better than when we dropped it off. Baker’s was recommended by a friend the morning our car got stranded on the highway. After getting towed in, I was filled in on what they would do to inspect and told they would call. The following evening we were called and informed on what was wrong and what it would take to fix and given a rough estimate. Other than the time it took for a part to come in, which was out of their control, the repair was speedy and we were kept in touch throughout the process. Upon pickup, the car ran fantastic and even ran better than it ran before the needed service. The cost of labor did increase the price of the bill a little more than expected but the service was well worth it. Would recommend for future repairs or other/any car work.

Our 2008 Subaru Forrester broke down 3 hours from home in Mansfield. AAA towed us to Bakers where we were greeted with first class service by first class people. They made sure we got lunch while they were diagnosing the problem. The car had a MAJOR problem that is not uncommon in this vehicle and was a repeat from 2018, so there was no question about the validity of the diagnosis. Bakers helped us find a room for the night and were kind in every way in a difficult situation. Thanks!

Let first start off and say the Profressionalism is 100%. I pulled in this afternoon to Bakers to pick up my Jeep Cherokee Latitude and had to ask if that was my car sitting out there. It was gleaming! A deer hit me and totally in golfed my front end. Pushing radiator back and doing major damage to the front end. The body work and paint job was AMAZING!. They even detailed my inside was not expecting that! Folks with this country going thru the Pandemic parts could be delayed, they do their Best to get you back into your car! Its not Bakers fault. They where 100% communicating with me. Jason, thank you! I have never used Bakers until now and will moving forward. Found out they do oil changes, service work, etc on cars. Found my new home to do all my work on my Jeep!

Perfect place to take your broken or damaged vehicle.

Bakers fixed a rear dent in my truck. It was insurance work. The reason Im giving 5 stars is because during the course of the repair, the rear back-up camera was accidentally damaged. When I picked up the truck, I pointed out the damaged camera, and they had a new camera installed that same day. No argument, no extra charge. This responsibility earned my trust with them.

I was on my way to Akron from my hometown of Cincinnati when my car broke down. AAA towed my car to Bakers and they went above and beyond there to help me. My car will require work that could go on for a few days so in the mean time they got me set up with a rental and even drove me there to pick it up so I didnt have to wait over an hour for the tow truck to arrive. The service that I received while I was there was outstanding they did things that they didnt have to do but things that made it easier on me (a person not from the area). I can not thank them enough!

Ive been a long customer of theirs for years and never had any issues until recently since the new manager started, Jim. I brought one car in for brakes and to repaint a back piece where the third light was. The third light broke, reverse lights, spoiler, cruise control wouldnt work afterwords. They couldnt fix it so they had Auto Clinic look at it. Its been now 3 weeks and a lot of unneeded back and forth with Jim about this. For the first time in my history with Bakers, theyre trying to give me back my car in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Its very disappointing especially since I bring them thousands of dollars a year to them for repairs on my cars. I did speak with the owner and got this cleared up and I appreciate her time to speak with me about this, which is why Ive changed my review. Im still waiting for my car to be fully fixed but after speaking with the owner I have the reassurance that all will be taken care of.
