He does this not to discourage you but to give you the true situation so you can make the best decision because you now have good data to figure out a game plan. This place is very well equipped to handle most auto repairs at a More than fare price.

Only reason Im giving tims auto repair a 4 star is the fact they replaced a motor in my 1997 chevy truck and they did not plug in the alternator plug causing the truck to drain the battery on my way home. Other than that very good customer service very honest people.

Great place. Very reasonable rates. I called about getting Wheel Bearings done on my Subaru Forester. They knew exactly what I needed. Dropped the car off Sunday night and it was done early Monday afternoon. Will use these guys for all my repairs.

I have gone to tims for years. They have always done a great job and very reasonable. They are also very trustworthy and honest. When fixing my van they found a bank envelope full of money that i thought i lost. I was supposed to deposit it for a business and couldnt find it anywhere. Somehow it got shoved behind my dashboard and ended up under the hood. I never would have known it was there and they still returned it. A great group of people work there!

I can always trust my car will get fixed right for a great price. They never try to do more work than necessary like a lot of shops. Always have my car back within a day or two. Wont trust anyone else

ALWAYS take my car to Tims. Fast, reasonable, and they do it right! Wont take my car anywhere else. Been using them for a couple years now. Found them after my old mechanic forgot to change the O ring on my filter after an oil change and my car was leaking oil like mad. Tims took my car in, spent a bit of time making certain that was the problem and changed the oil. They didnt charge me a dime for anything but the oil change. These guys know how to treat their customers. Will never go anywhere else!!!!

Broke down on I71 north of Mansfield called and got picked up within 10 minutes. Great service I was able to get to the Tims Auto Repair got my truck fixed and back on the road within a few hours. Even with my truck going down both Affordable Towing and Tims Auto Repair gave excellent service.

I had my car, my wifes and my sons brakes done at Tims auto repair. 6 months later I am now faced with having to replaced the front brakes again. My wifes car constantly squeaks and make noises. We are both extremely unhappy with the brakes on our car and I would not take them back to Tims auto repair even if they did them for free. They act lime they know what the are doing but honestly they dont. I have been asked who did my brakes time and time again because they wondered why they are so bad. Im frustrated and writi g this review so no one else falls in thus trap I am in.
