Sarah B. She’s a rockstar employee. I know rockstar employees because I’ve had a few in my day. She’s a great listener which is important in sales and service. Normally going into a Verizon store or a Verizon resale establishment it’s like going to the dentist. But she made it so easy. Awesome associate for the store and I encourage anybody interested in a new device to come here. Sarah rocks.

It was easy to give this visit 5 ⭐s. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and a smile that was visible despite Sarahs mask. 😷Sarah is pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended this Verizon store.Purchased a screensaver for my iPhone.

I went in only fifteen minutes before close--7:45pm on a Friday--and still had a really good experience.Despite the fact that I said up front that I wasnt buying anything today, that Im not even from around here, and that I only came in to look at smartphones--Monica was still attentive and helpful without being pushy. She asked what I was looking for in a phone--a good camera, and a lot of storage/a place to add a microSD card (I do a whole lot of photography). Monica ended up pointing me toward one I wouldnt have even looked at had I been on my own. It has everything Im looking for--and is almost half the price of similar phones. She wasnt pushy and didnt inundate me with numbers or technical info, but was still able to go into detail... To recap--Monica was friendly, helpful, attentive, and informative--and despite it being only a few minutes to close she didnt try to hurry me out of the store. And the biggest thing--the primary reason I went back to ask her name for this review--she wasnt pushy and didnt even attempt to entice me into purchasing something. I hope she gets a raise--she definitely deserves one! :-)

With very little warning my cell phone passed away. I arrived at the Verizon store early. I expected to wait, but then the door opened. It was the manager, Tim. He invited me in prior to the posted hours.I told him my problem. He really listened and steered me toward what he thought would be the best option and deal for me.Tim was knowledgeable, attentive, personable, and professional.I dredded the idea of needing and finding a new phone. I was in and out with a new phone in an hour, and actually enjoyed the process.I run a business. Its my job to evaluate employee performance. I would rate Tim in the top percentile of customer service and performance excellence.My loyalty to Verizon was greatly reinforced by this experience.

My phone recently had to be replaced. Having lost everything including photos the last time this happened (another carrier) I was very nervous about the whole process. Once I got my phone I took it to Verizon In Manitowoc and Justin helped me get it turned on etc. Hes like a skilled surgeon and walked me through everything as he fixed it. I have come to him on other occasions and the outcome is always a happy one. Thanks Justin and Verizon.

Phone died on my while visiting a friend, stopped in to get it looked at. Justin helped me out and identified that my battery had died (makes sense, the phone is like 9 years old). Got a new battery, phone works like I just got it. Would recommend stopping by if you need help, theyre good.

Just kinda a shady business experience and the main reason I don’t go to Verizon stores. Didn’t explain until we had pretty much already bought the phones and I was ready to sign for them that we would be paying an extra $20/line just to turn the new phones on. This was separate from the $30/line activation fee that Verizon charges. On top of that he added the Total Mobile Protection that is $13 to each line without telling me and I had to call Verizon to cancel it and report the store. Of course they’re going to apologize in a response to this review and say they’re sorry but the sales people have obviously withheld the information from us.

I visited the store this weekend with my senior citizen father looking to replace his old iPhone with something more recent but not the latest and greatest. We were only offered the X. My dad wanted to pay in full rather than monthly billing and we were told that not only does this location not offer this but that we can’t do that anywhere else either (which is an absolute untrue statement).In a nutshell, poor selection, bad payment options and sales people that don’t tell the truth. We went down the road to Best Buy and got what we wanted, how we wanted it.

So far, Im loving the Samsung A50 and dont see any differencexfrom my previous S7, other than price. Jenna answered all my questions and made the decision and transfer so easy. Was not happy to be charged an extra $3 for paying a bill in person I may have to start looking four different cell service the service I got from the employee was excellent I did not have a problem with that I have a problem with walking in to pay a bill and having to pay more not happy with that at all then I go to get the $10 coupon that you offered me and it says its expired within 30 seconds of me touching it what a f****** joke

Tyrel’s experience is similar to what we encountered.Pushy salesmen. Hidden charges and “upgrades” thrown on to the bill that were not explained or asked for. Fast talking slick salesman.We were sold iPhones under the impression they were by one get one as a promotional. NOT so. We never would have upgraded an old phone from another carrier if we had known this.Either the salesmen flat out lied, or they themselves did not know the terms of the contract. Now, we’re stuck paying full price for an iPhone we otherwise wouldn’t have bought.I do NOT recommend this place. Never had these problems with the big box stores whose salespeople are not pushy and shady.

Got hustled into buying two new iPhone 11. Was told buy one get one; first bill statement proves otherwise. Spent $260 on a screen protector and watch and phone cover and wireless charger. Salesman said phone case was correct one for wireless charger; next day had to take case off of phone to charge it which was an inconvenience and will be every time. Salesman claimed with the watch you can leave phone at home. Well not if you want to go on runs and use blue tooth speakers; now have to bring phone with. Another lie and inconvenience. Lastly I get a text message from the store to leave a review. I click on link to do so and nothing opens. I copy and paste the link and no page comes up. What uninformed unprofessional lying idiots run this place? Thanks for all the over charges and lies! Sold phones and accessories on marketplace and went back to previous carrier. Smh

Usually not one to write negative reviews, however, I was not pleased with my experience. Very poor customer service. Not willing to help or go the extra mile to make sure their clients are satisfied and taken care of. Instead of helping me, the suggested I call IT, as well as use “My Verizon” account/app. Don’t see the purpose of them having a location in Manitowoc if they are unwilling to help.

Ive always had terrible experiences with mobile phones. I had a negative attitude when I first came into the store and the gentleman Tim still took care of me nicely. I was experience crashing issues and he explained to me that it may be a battery issue. Both gentleman of this retailer were very considerate and respectful. Thank you

Worse customer service Ive ever seen. My daughter purchased a new Smart Phone for me at the Verizon store in the city she lives. She was told that I could take it to any Verizon store and they would activate it for me plus transfer everything from my old phone to my new. At the Verizon store in Manitowoc, they practically laughed me out of the store. They told me that I was not a paying customer and they did not have to help me at all. I have had a Verizon account for 3 years and this is my 2nd phone bought at Verizon, so I am certainly a paying customer. I am 75 years old and was not brought up with this sort of technology. When I asked where I could go to have my phone transferred, they said I dont know.....

When asked to have a new account opened, buy three new phones with one person at another store (because they live out of state) the world stopped. Apparently this cannot be done. I was presented with all problem and no solution. Definitely not a can do attitude. I think Ill reconsider Verizon.

I went in the to upgrade to the s10+ and the guy talked me into trading my s8+ for $160 off my bill so I decided go ahead to do that. As he was taking to me he tried putting a phone case on my s10+ after I told him I didnt want one. After I got home and looked at my bill I found out he put a universal screen protector on my s10+ without even asking me which cost $55. So I went back the next day returned everything. They were suppose to send me a $160 check for my s8+ but still havent received it and its be over a month now. Worse experience in my life. I wouldnt recommend this place at all.

This place is a joke. First off they do not advertise anywhere that they are not actually a Verizon store. Every sign and decal says Verizon. They are only an authorized retailer. I had no clue I wasnt dealing with Verizon directly until I was given a bag with the name Victra on it. Next thing was the over pushy nature of the salesman. He tried to get me to buy cellphone cases and screen protectors from them directly. The salesman was also sick and coughing the whole time and had a bottle of cough syrup next to him he was drinking from. While we are at it lets talk about whatever music they were playing in the store. One of the two salesmen there must of been bluetooth connected to the speakers in there or something because the vulgarity on the music is no way professional. Luckily I did not bring my elementary school aged children in the store. Finally lets touch on the extra fees I was not advised about until after they had already ported my number from sprint and scanned in the new phones I was buying. They told me about the $30 a line activation fee Verizon charges but said nothing about the $20 a line this Victra store also charges you. I found out about the $20 charge just as I was about to sign the final authorization for my payment. So I got screwed out of $50 a line and I added two lines. When I complained about the $20 a line fee they offered me the same $50 screen protectors they offered earlier but now at $35 a piece. I told them outright I did not want them so why keep offering? After I left the store I was once again surprised about their shady business ventures when I looked at my Verizon account and saw they added $13 a month per line device protection without my consent. I had to call Verizon directly and fix the issue myself. This store is shady and very unprofessional. I would urge anyone looking to deal with Verizon to go through the online store or go to the actual Verizon stores in GreenBay or Sheboygan.

Like I was just wondering where they were operating at in the manitowoc area. I know they were downtown for a while. No help in finding a phone as they didnt have the one I was interested in. Was sold a wireless charging pad that doesnt work with the phone I bought. Cant trust employees information...then they ask for you to fill out an evaluation so they can get a bonus, and persuade you to fill out 9s and 10s or I get a bad review. Very lame.
