Our sales associate Tim Richardson has been so helpful. After having a very bad experience with a different store, we were ready to hang it up with Verizon. But Tim has really shown us what a real experienced sale associate was all about. Thank you so much Tim for helping us out.

I went in with a broken phone and was looking for the best solution. I had asked the sales person if it was fixable. He said no. He also kept trying to upsell me on my plan and a new phone. I am a college student and am on a very tight budget. He also said I wasn’t eligible for the student discount. When I finally settled on upgrading my phone, he said he couldn’t place the order and to call back. So I had to call three more times for him to tell me that he still couldn’t order it. Long story short, I went to a different Verizon store, and the sales person was so nice and found a solution for me within minutes. Manitowoc store might have the worst customer service.

Definitely glad we chose this Verizon location. Clint was extremely helpful and thorough in answering any and all questions we had when adding a line. Great guy to deal with, would definitely recommend this location if you’re a Verizon customer or looking to switch. Customer service is obviously a priority for the people at Cellular Sales.

I received my new Verizon prepay phone today. after battling the Verizon computer AI, in an attempt to activate it, I went to the Verizon store. Clint went above and beyond in his help. From working to free my old number from my previous carrier to navigating the various department and spending a better part of 2 hours on the phone. He stayed an hour past closing time to make sure the job was done successfully and correctly. I cant thank Clint enough the effort he put out for me.

Blake was extremely impressive with his knowledge and professionalism. My old phone developed problems and I reluctantly decided to purchase a new one.. Blake was able to transfer all my data very quickly. As he told me, he was well trained by Clint.

I recently switched from cell com to Verizon and in the process cellcomm didn’t port the number correctly causing all calls to never reach me, after going back and forth to trying get it working, I finally went to a different dealer and found Tim R., I should have went to this guy first, he knows his $#*+ after making a few calls the phone works like it should, thanks Tim, you fit your job well!! I cant recommend the staff at this store more highly, especially Robert Buda, who literally spent four hours completing a complex transaction while running into numerous technical difficulties. He was very apologetic when none of the issues were at all of his doing. He gave 100% and still maintained a great sense of humor when being kidded about being a Kansas City Chiefs fan in Packer country 😉. What a great guy! The other guys in the store were helping out as well. I felt like a truly valued customer. I switched to Verizon from another carrier with whom I was very satisfied and was nervous about making the change. After my experience today, I feel confident Verizon will take good care of me in the future.

The staff here was great, I was specifically helped by Floyd. I came in wanting to get an IPhone 11 and was quickly helped with everything I needed. Floyd was polite and was able to answer all the questions I had. I was also given all the different options that were available to me for what I was all getting. While there I was on a time crunch to get to work and Floyd made sure everything was done as quick as possible so I would not be late.

I happened to stumble into this newly opened Verizon store after I was at my client while traveling from out of town. I was immediately greeted by both Rachel and Andrew with smiles and hand shakes. Everything after was professional until I left the store with a new iPhone I’m hand! I knew I needed a new phone after 3 years and was due for an upgrade. I worked with Ben and it was far from good. I came in Wanting to see how I could lower my bill and he tried to sell me another phone to make my bill go even higher!! He was very rude and would cut me off whenever I tried to ask a question! We ended up walking out because we were very fusterated with the service we got and the way we were treated. I went to the store with a charging problem on my 1 year old S10e phone. He checked the port and said there was nothing in it and the phone needed to be fixed. He said I could send it in and use a $200 deductible from my phone insurance and get it fixed or buy a new phone. He said with all Verizon specials and a trade-in from my old phone it would be cheaper than the deductible. After explaining to HIM that with a new case, screen protector, tax, start-up fee, and longer payment schedule the extra cost would be $400 to me. I left and took the phone to uBreak iFix. They took the phone in back, removed a small wood chip from the port and told me no charge.

My husband and I stopped in to have his new phone activated ( something best buy was supposed to do). Clint Luedke assisted us with that and then checked our bill and was able to save us around $50 a month on our bill! We also purchased a phone case and screen protector and he put that on too.
