I broke my phone. I called at 6pm and had an hour to get a new phone. The lady gave me the claim number. I called the claim specialist. The gentleman took care of that claim quickly when I told him I would like to pick up my phone right away. I called the store back they told me to come in. When I arrived at the store the lady knew what I was there for. Everything went very smoothly after that. Actually it went smoothly with the whole experience. The gentleman there even helped me put my protector shield on. Excellent service cellcom.
Terrible experience. I went to purchase a new phone for a homebound family member. The employee was unwilling to help me. I had authorization to make this purchase, and yet they wouldnt even talk to me. Very disappointed. I will not be back. I will go back to Green Bay where I have always gotten great customer service.

As a long time customer of Cellcom, I have always had positive interactions with Cellcom and the associates, but I was fairly disappointed with the service I received yesterday (Saturday, November 21, 2020). I understand with the pandemic of the store changes, so I had called ahead on Wednesday, November 18, to see if I would need to pre-register to get assistance and was informed to stop in an call when I arrive to see if anyone is available to help. So that is what I did Saturday (around 11:40am). I came in, got two new phone upgrades, paid, and then was told, when I asked if I can get assistance with transferring phone contacts, setting Apple Ids, etc., We are very busy today and you [ I ] can use the app to help transfer your family members contacts, info, pictures, etc. If you still have problems, you can come back next week. I understand that its the Holidays, COVID, etc. but I just purchased, $900 worth of phones and to be told we cant help you? Then why did the associate (Vickie/ Victoria P.) accept to take my money, service, and time in the first place if she was not going to be able to work with me?! In the future, I will kindly decline to work with this associate.I understand its partially my fault too, but the service and professionalism was poor. Other alternatives besides having the customer do the employees job couldve been provided? And then to come back to pick up my phone 30 minutes later so the phones can upgrade/be programmed and see other associates standing around (possibly waiting for appointments)... I just didnt know how to feel, but I was VERY upset.

I had problems with my phone, paid to get it replaced because they couldnt fix it. Got this phone, it has the same problem plus an additional one. Im bringing this phone back. I dont expect to pay an additional charge for a new one or an additional activation fee!. Im disabled and cant get out easily. Im extremely dissatisfied and frustrated right now. If they cant fix this situation, Im taking my business elsewhere. I already have quotes.

I have traveled 1000s of miles from Wisconsin to New Orleans, and as many east and west. I have never had a problem with cellphone service from CellCom. Like speaking next door no matter how far and wide.
Wow! Was blown away at the service provided. Am used to being treated poorly (see prior Sprint review) but Cellcom won me over. Not only did they provide me with a superior phone at a reasonable price, but also gave a referral bonus to me and my friend that brought me.

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, but I always feel uncomfortable when I walk into the store. I cant articulate why though. Its clean and the merchandise is well displayed. This is a good place to get a cell phone.

Brittany at cellcom is more than helpful! She set up our family with 4 new phones and 2 iPads! Made sure everything transferred okay. For over six months now phone and tablet have been useless other then phone calls. Starting between 8-10 am and lasting till after 4. All I get is that the tower is due to be worked on. And this is right in town not not some rural area. I would not recommend in less you need some where up north. If others don’t work there. But you will be sacrificing every where else.
