Called to see if they could help me look up my package tracking. Even offered them a tracking number. They said “no, call the 1800 number”, and then I asked if they could just type it in to attempt to help me… said, “that’s above my pay grade” and hung up. Don’t waste your time calling this store, they will offer no help. Very rude
