Usually good, except their hours for last drop off on Fridays are 6:00pm but their hours of operation on Friday close up at 5:45pm. Extremely frustrating, to say the least, when you have a package that has temperature requirements and needs to be delivered on the following Saturday.

I tried shipping a package today along with a prepaid return envelope. They would not sell me the prepaid return label unless I registered for a FedEx account. When I left to register for a FedEx account, the system had an error and could not register me online. I had to call and register for an account by phone which took over 30 minutes. Then once I had the account, I went back to the FedEx office to try to send the package along with a prepaid return envelope, and this time they didnt even ask me for the account number or anything! They just took my name and address along with the destination information, and that was it. It was that simple. A lot of wasted time today, and my package was time sensitive and needed to go out quickly. So frustrating.

Doesnt deserve any stars for customer service. Packages are constantly rescheduled and the Mangement is very rude. Customer service rep comes up with b.s. excuses for why I cannot pick up my package. USPS works twice as hard with the least amount of help, so there is no excuse for why packages are delivered so late.

Poor Package Handling - Large package clearly marked “Fragile” and “This Side Up” was placed upside down on driveway in Manhattan, KS. There were handles on the top sides so the package had to purposefully be placed in the wrong position. The website to contact FecEx is difficult to maneuver, resulting in filing a complaint just to speak to a representative, not located in Manhattan, KS.

4 days in a row the tracking and delivery was WRONG! No wonder Amazon dropped them! A note was left on door to come pick up my package after 12 noon, rudely the old man says delivery people dont come back to the building until 5, so naturally you waite another day.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They lied to me that my package was delivered on my doorstep on its arrival date. I know this because I was home all day waiting on them and no one ever showed. When I called to say it wasn’t delivered, they said they would have a driver stop by the next day to verify the address. THIS NEVER HAPPENED, I was again, home all day waiting on them. They then left a voicemail on my phone claiming they verified the address (which they couldn’t have because I was home all day waiting) and I could call a separate number to discuss it further if I saw fit. So I called a second time to tell them I never got my package, I never had a driver confirm my address and I wanted an explanation. After a fifteen minute phone call in which I was assured my address was correct and I did receive my package, (as I assured them over and over this was NOT TRUE) they then told me they delivered it to a neighbor by accident. They then refused to tell me which apartment number they delivered it to so I could politely take the matter up with my neighbor. I would highly recommend avoiding this circus and simply shopping on sites that use UPS (or literally anything else besides fedex) instead.

Ive been working from home for over a year and have never received a knock or a ring when having my packaged delivered. On top of that, Ive had over 4 claims filed because they send me notification of delivery to my door and not only was that not the case, they couldnt retrace where the package was actually delivered? Chewy has had to send me multiple free orders because FedEx cannot reliably deliver any of their products to my address, even though every time I call them they have my correct address on file. I do not get calls back or returned when trying to follow up on claims and most recently, a package showed up on my door that they claimed to have delivered 3 weeks ago, soaking wet from the rain and snow.

I understand that folks get frustrated with their jobs. I’ve been there... If I could choose which delivery service the company I order from chooses, it would most certainly not be these folks. It doesn’t cost anything to be a decent person. A few simple questions were too much to comprehend, I guess. Wouldn’t recommend if you paid me.

Zero customer service skills whatsoever. Was told my package was delivered when it was not and they refused to recognize they were at fault. Went in 3 times over the next 2 and a half weeks and they told my one of my roommates or neighbors must have stolen it. Later received my package by a stranger that said they had gotten it across town.

Not to great. Two days in a row, no knock upon delivery. Just a note saying sorry we missed you. Then customer service tells me I cant pick it up on my own so Ill get it three days late because they cant knock on a door

Once again, FedEx has dropped the ball. Package from S Dakota to a town near Manhattan KS, but traveled to western Colorado, then to Kansas City MO bypassing the hub in Manhattan. Hopefully the Mothers Day gift on the truck will now only be a day late. An occasional late package happens, but this and other instances of packages actually being out for delivery for a day or more is too much.

I had a very complicated request. I was sending two generators as part of the huricane relief for Puerto Rico. I was using a corporate account which I had being authorized. THe staff was friendly and helpful. They had to make some calls and were helping me for over two hours. I am truly grateful.

The worst serves I have ever had I was home all day and go out side to get the mail I had a note saying they were here but never got answer at the door bit I never herd any thing. The note sex I could pick. I could pick up at 5:30 package in store but there only open until 5:45. I will not be using them ever again.

The package was not delivered as requested, instead a note was left on my door. After going to pick up my package and dealing with a woman who did not speak English, I was only given one of the two pieces of the shipment. Customer service spoke broken English as well, but promised that the other piece of the shipment would be delivered to my door. Im still waiting... Ive lived in Manhattan for 10 years and have hated dealing with the FedEx here for the last 4. Im not sure what the issue with the company is but they need to fix it.
