I had a good experience working with Rich. He was timely and able to work on our printer within 1 day of calling him. While our printer was ultimately unfixable, he was honest and told us itd probably be better to get a new one. Because he could not fix it, he did not want paid even though I insisted. Very pleased with his honesty.
