I rented a copper arch from this company and they really went out of their way to make it work for us! Someone even came in on their day off to help us. Thank you Heather and Christina! It was a very easy process and all my questions were answered in a timely manner.

I cant possibly explain how awful Supply Events is. Dell Ann does not care at all about how the weddings go, only that she gets paid. The list of how we were mistreated is endless. She skipped meetings that we drove 2 hours to attend. She constantly misled and/or lied to us - she changed her story every time we talked to her. She lost 3 or 4 checks throughout the process. Our venue was over 90° for our wedding reception. Two chairs snapped in half and injured a family member (but she wont take responsibility). She didnt respond to our emails and would constantly bill us for things we didnt ask for or discuss. Some of the decorations on our wedding day were dirty and/or incomplete. The rating for this company is very misleading - two of the five star reviews are from the owner (Dell Ann) and her husband. Another couple changed their reception venue right beforehand because Dell Ann is impossible to work with. Bottom line: Dell Ann will make you feel great until the contract is signed, but once she gets paid, everything will fall apart.

Dell Ann was personable and kept us within our budget all while helping make my daughter’s wedding ultra-beautiful! She took care of communicating with vendors and made the day of the wedding so enjoyable. The venue was perfect with all of the great choices of items from her supply. It was phenomenal and I’d choose her and all of her crew and items again!

Supply Events made my dream wedding come true! I decided to have a reception at my grandparents farm instead of a traditional venue and I was able to create a venue from scratch using Supply Event’s beautiful rentals! Their range of products, delivery, and service are incomparable! Dell Ann has a way of making you excited about your vision and the big day to come! Highly recommend!

Dell Ann and Heather were great to work with. They provided a tent, chairs, tables, and more for our private outdoor wedding. They were a big help in planning our wedding. Their staff worked hard IN THE RAIN to set up our tent so we could have time to decorate before the wedding.

Brides, DO NOT pursue this company. Dell Ann and her team were the #1 most stressful, frustrating, and disappointing part of my wedding day and planning process. My husband and I chose this company because we were assured that the people cared about making our day beautiful, when in reality all that they care about is getting as many people to sign their contracts as possible. As soon as we signed our contract, things started going downhill.We attended meetings where we lined out exactly what we wanted only to receive completely incorrect invoices. We were stood up at a meeting we drove two hours to attend. We were given a completely incorrect floor plan. We were told one thing at one meeting and the opposite at the next meeting.Speaking of the day of the wedding, the mother of the bride arrived at 6am to the venue the morning of the wedding because we did not feel comfortable leaving it all to Dell Ann and her crew. Its a good thing she did, because there were multiple issues. There was a wall with multiple large scuffs that we were promised would be painted over that was not. The mother of the bride had to set out all of the plates, even though we had been told that Dell Anns team would take care of it. The layout was completely different than what we had been told.Chairs broke in half during the reception, decorations were dirty, checks were lost, and we felt completely deceived almost every step of the way after we signed our contract. This is not a professional company, and these are not caring people. My husband and I were able to make the best of it and have a beautiful day despite Dell Anns apathy and lack of effort.Brides, I cannot encourage you enough to look elsewhere. You do not want to deal with this company.

Extremely professional and amazing customer service. They sat down with my wife and I for over an hour to help us pull our ideas into a plan and design. The products are so cool and unlike any we found at other rental companies. They delivered and we paid for setup. They were on time with the delivery and pickup.

For my wedding I used Supply Events for rentals, set up and design. Dell ann worked really hard to incorporate everything that I asked for while staying in budget. She was always very willing to answer any questions and my wedding day turned out perfect thanks to all of her help!

We rented farm tables, chairs, and lawn games for our wedding from Supply Event Rentals. The tables were beautiful, the chairs in excellent condition and the games were high quality. Everything was delivered on time for our event. Email is the best way to communicate with the team.

I worked with Dell Ann Upp and Supply Events for full-service wedding planning and she was amazing! I met with numerous wedding planners in the area and she was hands down the most creative and her design was amazing. She organized all my vendors and was so knowledgable on the pricing. I couldnt believe how she put together my budget and was able to find resources and vendors that fit exactly within the budget. Once I got my pictures back it was literally breathtaking to see all the detail in the design. I was so happy with their rentals as well. I rented tables, chairs, linens, placesettings and all my decor from Supply and they were so helpful! Not only did they help me with understanding what all I needed, they took the time to understand my vision for my wedding and get the decor I needed to accomplish my vision. The owners personally delivered the items and set them up. They went above and beyond.

Always my go to supplier. Dell Ann and her staff can make any sized event feel classy and elegent with so many different decor options. You need to look no further.

Horrible service! Owner was so disrespectful didnt have items in her showroom to even show us after driving an hr to see them. Then bc we were told something completely different from her worker about delivery and set up she canceled our order 3 days before our wedd ing! I cant believe the way they run their business! No bride should be old that days before their wedding!
