My most favorite store Ever!

I went to buy some Halloween makeup for this coming Halloween. Then, I went to Wal-Mart to compare the prices. I proceeded to buy the better prices items from Wal-Mart. The next morning, I went to return my items at the Spirit Halloween store, to which I was told there are no returns. You can trade in your items only. They told me to look on my receipt, but by the time I had gotten my receipt, I had wasted $30 and could not return. Please tell customers there are no returns before allowing them to spend their generally well-earned money.

Overpriced garage!! We went to take my little sister and i feel sorry for what she has to wear. The quality is terrible and will break if nearly caught on anything, but is majorly overpriced. $29.99 for a 2-4T captain america costume that looks like a 70’s bell bottom leisure suit.

Junk quality props for costumes

Oh my god I love Halloween so much its like Xmas to me but wow! When this store was over by Walmart off University it was awesome now it sucks. Took my kids in pompous employees getting irritated for us trying on masks like who is going to pay $30 for a mask without trying it on?! Got irritated because my two year old dropped a plastic hammer. I left the store my kid wanted a Fnaf costume $39.99 at this sore $16.99 at Target online! Way over priced too douchy for me Im out!

Limited selection, unless your looking to dress like a hooker

Horrible service

Wasnt even in the store for 2 minutes when an employee approached me and told me I cant have a backpack in the store because of shoplifting. He was referring to my tiny 10 Inch tall backpack shaped purse. There were women with purses big enough to hold a good sized gaming laptop plus a whole toddler and another customer with a full sized backpack with many pockets, but my tiny purse that barely fits my wallet and wont hold a 20 Oz soda bottle was unacceptable. I was carrying bags filled with my purchases from two other stores, but my tiny purse is what Im going to steal an entire pirate costume in. Did not purchase anything and will not be returning. Dont reccomend the rudeness of the store.
