The first time I went here, the techs forgot to put back the cover underneath my car following an oil change; soon after, on a long road trip, I finally noticed it banging and hitting the ground from the noise. I had to find a way to tie it back up myself temporarily using zip ties. I took my car back to them and they were able to fix it and the manager was nice enough to feel bad and give me a coupon for a free oil change. Unfortunately, their fix didnt actually work and so I had to take it to a different shop in town to get it *actually* fixed for good. Was pretty upset that driving with the cover down probably damaged it and thats why it was tough to fix. Will not go here again; no matter how fast they are.

This review is about their car wash. I have a 2020 F150 with no modifications (factory height) and it was too tall for the touchless wash so moved on to the manual wand wash. It was a windy day so I wanted to close the overhead door to block the wind unfortunately they chose to lock it open so I was pretty wet when I completed my wash. Probably will not stop there again.

I have always gone to this place to get an oil change and they always do a great job!! Today I was on the other side of town and stopped at two other places (just for convenience) and they all told me it would be a 1-2 day wait for an oil change. I knew this place has always been great in the past and offers quick service. My car was taken back immediately and I am soon on my way! Thanks for all you do!

I am so sad I haven’t been going here the whole time I’ve lived in Manhattan. My mind was seriously blown with how fast they changed my oil and knowing this place exists has completely changed the game for car maintenance in MHK. Also their sign always says something funny which is what made me think to go here in the first place.

I drive a Ford F 150 and today I was going to have my oil changed but as I was pulling up an employee yells continuously from one of the bays No No No as he sat in his chair. 2pm July 3rd, 2020. As you can imagine I drove away sure he would do a less than passing job. He obviously didn’t want to work.

I went in the other day for a oil change and the y were nice well they put a little air in my tire and the next day it was flat. I had AAA come out and air it up and come to find out it was my tire stem and so I took it back and told them and I wanna say it was one of the big bosses who was in complete denial and told me we dont brake tire stems. Apparently after reading the reviews I am not the only one that had problems with them missing up tire stems. He was mean toned and very disrespectful and wouldnt except that it was there fault but replaced it with a old tire stem is what he told me. I have been coming there for awhile but will look elsewhere now do to disrespect and to make sure my car is taken care of properly.

Always unfinished work. I gave them a second chance because they are so fast, and was disappointed again. The first time they did not fully attach the bottom cover plate (which I loudly drug home-and it did split off). The second time, the same thing happened and they did not reset the electronic oil gauge on my dash. It’s just not worth it.

I just had my oil cheang here. The guys where really nice, even do they told me, they had just gotten out of like a 50 car rush, there attitudes still was high bit and friendly.The experience over all was fast, painless and affordable.Thanks lots!

Would not recommend. On their website they have a list of services provided with an oil change. Topping off fluids, window wash, and vacuuming is all included with a full service oil change (part of the reason I chose to come here). Not only was I charged $80 for a synthetic oil change, I was also charged money for windshield wiper fluid. To top that off, they forgot to reset my Maintenance Required light and didnt wash my windows or vacuum my car out at all. Next time Ill change my oil myself.

Great guys who do a great job

Called a few places, this was very cheap in relation to at least 4 others that I called. Brought my preferred oil, guys did the oil change pretty quick, checked all my liquids, tires and vacuumed the front part of the vehicle. While checking out the oil, the dip stick broke. Management offered to pay for it or trade for services. All in all, service was great, and they did right by me by acknowledging staff broke the stick. I would recommend it.

Super quick, fair price and pleasent people. I cant speak for other services but oil change was fastest in town by far, oil was filled to the proper amount and everything changed literally in 12 minutes!

Nothing like seeing white smoke pour out of your exhaust and have your car choke on oil because somebody overfilled with an under weight oil. Shame on me for trusting them and not checking after the service. Go ahead and use them for a quick service but check their work after.

I had my oil changed. They were done in only 15 minutes. The next day my husband noticed a large oil spot on the concrete where I park. He checked and the oil filter was barely attached. Luckily he knew how to do it properly. Had I driven much further I could have ruined my engine! I will never return to this shop. I will go somewhere where they take the time to do it right.

I just want to know why the white lady ahead of me not only received BETTER customer service in the form of engagement but also had her car pulled to the front WHEN aI had to go get my car when it was done. Y’all never bothered to pull my car around but took my money. Mind you, it was only me there after the lady left 🤔 ALEXA WHATS THE DEFINITION OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION???then old boy that worked there walked by me 4 times without speaking for one then two he looked at me like I shouldn’t be there. Made me uncomfortable. I just hope they put the right oil I paid for in my car. I’m don’t even live in Kansas but if this is what it’s like then bet I’ll never come back.

I was just treated like trash at the Mobil 1 Lube Express in Manhattan - I have taken my Audi there many times before and have enjoyed the service. Today the oil tech said he could not service my Audi and then said I should just leave. His tone was rude if not mean. No reason, just leave. I have been a fan of Mobil 1 Lube Express in Manhattan, KS. But after today, my six cars will not plan to return to a company that allows employees to treat customers like dirt.

If I could give it a 0 star...I would.Went in for an oil change. It was very quick process and took maybe fifteen minutes, which was great. The price was reasonable as well. They also vacuumed my car, checked on other systems of my car, including the tire pressure.The problem was when I returned home. After leaving the shop, I drove the seven minutes back home, parked my car, and havent driven it since. Less than a day later, one of my tires was completely (and I mean very, very) flat. I checked my ticket, and when I had left the shop, I had 35 psi in my tires. I had my tires checked, and there were no holes or issues. After airing up my tire again, it was completely fine.I had told a friend that I had gotten my oil changed here, and she went shortly after (before my flat tire incident) to get hers changed as well. Today, not 24 hours after her oil was changed, her tire was the flattest I had ever seen. As a result, she has to get an entirely new tire because the valve was completely ruined.I called the shop this morning, not asking for a refund, not asking for anything, but simply to let someone know the issues I (and my friend) had as a result of our services at this shop. The person I spoke to was incredibly rude, and told me they did not do tire services at their shop so he had no idea what to tell me or how to fix the problem. He told me that I had most definitely done something wrong and must have run over a nail on my drive home (even though there are no holes or issues with my tire, as I had it checked out afterwards).Needless to say, I will not be returning to this shop, and I would highly recommend that no one else does either!

Quick service and counter man a vry country friendly comfort sort, nice day for a long ride on a lame horse. they say they change oil, not sure if they actually always do, esp 4 the ladies. They did vacuum and while watching them from the waiting room, i suppose I saw a fella briefly make a torch under my hood. I should have put a little mark on my oil filter or brought binoculars. All around entertaining experience. Thot about stopping back in, but that would be too much entertainment for every1.

I got my truck in for an oil change and 15 minutes later i was back and driving home, they had good friendly service and it wasnt too expensive either.

Usually bring my car and the wife’s here even after having an issue in the past. Not to air dirty laundry but one of their technicians forgot a part and caused my VW to hemorrhage oil after driving all the way back to JC. The owner comped the oil change and was very courteous and I have since had no issues...up until this point. I called and spoke with someone on the phone and told them I needed a full synthetic change on my VW and was told to come in the next day with the new drain plug. Went and purchased it and the second I got in was told that they “don’t do VW’s anymore” and that they were out of synthetic oil. I literally drove 35 mins to be told to piss off. Not going to come back here and I’ll definitely stop recommending this place to friends.TL:DR- Bad customer service and a crew who almost killed my motor.

If you have a super car that is insanely complex, such as a VW Jetta, don’t even bother. Too difficult for the teenagers there to accomplish...

My daughter took my 1999 Jeep there for oil change and also a radiator flush on the 3rd of June 2014. On 17th Next thing two weeks later Jeep over heats Im left stranded with antifreeze leaking all over the place. Never had this issue before I went to this place. Not a satisfied customer right now. I called and no one wanted to assist me. Dont think Ill be using this place again.

Forgot to secure panel underneath my car which caused me to lose income, and was told it wasn’t the first time this has happened. I won’t be going back there again.

The wrong fluid was put in my brake reservoir. Three months later my brake system was destroyed and a $3200 repair job. I cant prove it happened here, but they were the only ones touching fluids under the hood in the previous 5 months.
