Our property people hired them to clean our place. Not a very good job. Then we called to get competitive quotes for our move out and the girl tried to feed us a bunch of lies. I wouldnt recommend them.

They did a great job on cleaning our house after actually thinking they took something from us it was shortly discovered thank you merry maids for everything. After speaking with an the on duty manager she was highly respectful enough to accept my apology after the false allegations these honest people guys I as I said in a previous review I even left for a while and came back to everything being here thanks for understanding and all being highly professional!

Very friendly to work with and really helped me out since when I used their service it was kind of last minute and everyone their was willing to Work out a time and date that would meet my deadline. When the service day came I was confident in leaving them to do their work after meeting them the first time. I will look forward to using them again once I move out of my current apartment next year!!!!

Merry Maids did a wonderful job on my home! My bathrooms were spotless! my kids loved how clean their bedrooms were. They actually slept on top of the bed covers for 2 weeks because they didn’t want to mess up their rooms!

There is nothing so satisfying as walking into a clean house at the end of a long day at work. It was worth every penny to not have to do it myself. The Merry Maids are efficient, thorough, and dependable.

Merry Maids are not maids. They ONLY clean. They wont tidy up like maids do and they never do laundry. So if you moved here and are used to that, good luck trying to find a real maid. Merry maids are also overpriced. For a 4 bdrm house, their fee for a first time clean is $800. Then they clean on a rotation. Therefore I elected to use a word of mouth person who has cleaned for decades for friends, Her first time clean fee was $100 and $80 after that. Sorry merry maids, but your fees are outrageous and you need to change your name because you do not do what maids normally do - you only clean. I hear they are good though - so if you can afford it, do it. Id rather spend 800 on something else.

Merry Maids has cleaned my house for 19 years. Im picking about how clean my house is, so this tells you I am pleased with their work, or i would have made a change.

Our cleaning company we used for our last move out was not available so we called Merry Maids due to the many positive reviews. The office staff was awesome and easy to work with and made scheduling a breeze, which was convenient for us as we were finishing moving out our things. We were not home at the time of service, but apparently it took them over 4 hours to clean our 1 level, 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Our final bill was over $400 and our house was not even that dirty to begin with. I looked at the house after they were done and they did such a terrible job. They completely skipped a room for one, the bathroom and kitchen fixtures still had spots, the tubs and showers still had spots, the floors looked like they werent even mopped, too many things to list honestly. I think they take advantage when you are not home so they can take as much money from you as physically possible. I called after the fact and talked with someone about it and they told me there wasnt anything that they could do to fix the issues. We will never be working with this company ever again, at least the one in Manhattan, KS. Horrible job and not even worth anything close to what we paid.

It ended up costing twice what was estimated and the employees worked slowly (but not thoroughly) and took lots of breaks that I got billed for. When my landlord did the walk-through, I got dinged on several areas that should’ve been cleaned, including all of the blinds being coated in dust.

Had a very difficult time communicating with this company. After initially having Tammy inspect my home it, I waited several days for her to provide a quote via email, I ended up having to call to remind her. I received the quote later that day or the next. The cleaning service was initially going to be $90/hour for two cleaners, which I thought was a little expensive for general cleaning but thats what it was. After trying to schedule an appointment in repsonse to the email quote, Tammy said she would get back to me and never did. That was 5 days ago about a cleaning I was trying to schedule yesterday.Pretty unimpressed with their customer service and will be looking somewhere else.

Inquired ONCE about service. They wont leave me alone now.
