Honestly dont know how they have 5 stars. They did a bad job. I paid $385 for a move out clean and it was subpar at best. Cobwebs were left in easily accessible areas. The carpet was not vacuumed well. And so on. The management company had to reclean the entire house. As soon as I receive the document stating that a bad job was done and that it had to be recleaned, I will be pursuing a refund. $385 for maybe two hours of work. I thought it was a lot of money to begin with but they have a security deposit guarantee so I figured Ill go with it to make my out of state move stress free. Now Im in another state and going to have to deal with trying to get a refund because the management company had to reclean the entire house.Save your money. Do it yourself or get a different company. $385 is not cheap.
