We have Anna clean our 5 bedroom house. Always does a great job. I am not sure what Susan is complaining about with the paper towels, I have never seen her use a paper towel once. We have had her do extra work and was done without a complaint. Always reasonably priced.

Horrible, horrible service. The woman (Anna I think is her name) used paper towels to clean my bathroom, and she ended up charging me $10 more than what I was quoted when she first came in and assessed my living quarters. She also brought one of her friends along with her, and the two talked most of the time and didnt even focus on cleaning, so it took them longer than I anticipated having them there.I will NEVER be using AML again, and I strongly recommend against contacting her or her terrible company.
