Brought a laptop in for screen repair. They sent it off, called a week later with a price quote, which I approved. Then everything went silent. Four weeks later, I called, still not done. Finally, got notified five weeks in, that the laptop was ready for pickup. When we picked it up, it wasnt repaired. Said they couldnt get the part. Would have been nice to know that a month ago.

Geek Squad truly helped me with my Microsoft Surface Pro 4! Nick at the Geek Squad in Manhattan is my lifesaver! Rude, condescending, and ultimately unhelpful. Just another reason Best Buy is struggling. Won’t spend money with geek squad again. Would rather pay to avoid working with them next time.

We live 45 miles from the largest city (with a Best Buy store). Geek Squad takes care of all our electronics easily and relatively quickly by phone. Its a tremendous gift when one is not a city-dweller.

Bought a remote starter from them. 2 days later the starter was not working. I called to find out why, the rude guy told me to go to Topeka to get it fixed which was like 50 miles away from me

Spoke to them about a week ago and asked if I buy a radio from another place they told me that they can install it still so I called them to set up an appointment and they said that they will not install it because I did not buy it from them
