An Absolute Life Saver!Im a freelance lighting/sound designer and work entirely off of my MacBook Pro. The backlight went out on the screen and could no longer use it for work. I called around a few shops in Manhattan and talked with apple customer support. Jon at Little Apple Cellular Repair quoted me about $200 less than other stores in the area and about $350 less than apple. Other repair shops werent confident that some parts of the laptop would still function, but Jon was confident throughout the whole process.I was worried replacing the lid of my MacBook would remove the apple logo, the part Jon got was an original apple screen with the branding (and less dents and scratches than the original).His supplier did send a few faulty products and he reached out to me immediately to let me know and see if I needed anything from the device. Im so thankful he was able to take in my repair and turn it around so quickly. He seemed genuinely concerned about my job and deadlines I had to make.Jon did recommend I try getting apple care for a month and then sending it in, as the co-pay would be cheaper than his store. This didnt fit my timeline and I was able to support a growing local business!

I went to Little Apple Cellular Repair to get a couple of iPhone batteries replaced. Jonathan was so helpful and easy to work with. He gave me a very reasonable time window in which they would be done and ready for pickup and sent a text to let me know when to head back. Great communication and the phones were done very quickly. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m very happy with how they’ve been working since. Great quality and service 👍🏻

Took my iPhone in for a screen repair, service was great and fast. He seems to know what he’s doing and has good customer service. My only issue is just after. 2 weeks later I dropped my phone for the first time and the screen went completely black. When I brought this to his attention he apologized and said he was out of town and couldn’t fix it until Monday, the situation happened on a Saturday. I just feel like I shouldn’t have to go all weekend without a phone because of a faulty repair....and the website says he makes appointments on Saturdays. Lastly, when I took my phone there he said that he was using the same screens that the other repair places were using but this is not true. I know this because when I had the issue fixed by the opposite phone repair place they told me that the replacement screen I had was one that they USED to use awhile ago but stopped because it was cheaper and had too many issues. So that explained a lot. The service is great, but you get what you pay for in my opinion!

My iPhone 6S had been having battery issues for the past couple of weeks such as shutting down when at 45% charge, dropping rapidly despite the phone not being in use, and overall poor battery life.Little Apple Cellular Repair was able to replace the battery on my phone which completely resolved my issues and for a VERY competitive price.Thank you for saving me from phone shopping!

Cant be trusted! Jon reached out to me because he was in possession of a hard drive from a computer that had been stolen from me. I asked him where he acquired it he gave me some information that could have only been know by the person that stole it.After letting him know it was stolen and asking him more about where he got it, he immediately became combative, defensive and rude.Why defend or shield someone that is a thief?Overall, if this is how he is handling a situation where he knowingly had stolen property, you should ask yourself if this someone you want to have access to your phone, computer or other sensitive information. I think its unfortunate that this company feels they need to act this way, however, Im sure that position will change with police reports now being filed and civil cases as well.

Took an IPhone XR in for a screen repair. Excellent service and fast repair. Very upfront with fees. Also left a laptop to be repaired.

My daughter’s iPhone 6 stopped recognizing that it was plugged in to charge. I contacted Little Apple Cellular repair on Facebook and received a prompt reply including options and an initial quote for service.Her father took her to the shop, and John discovered the phone had lint buildup that caused the charger cords to not have a good connection.John was friendly, professional and didn’t charge to clean out the charger port. I’ll definitely be coming back to him with any phone issues we have in the future.

Staff was very kind! My phone charger broke inside my iPhone and AT&T declined to help me and I went in and he fixed in within 2 minutes and didnt charge me. It was so kind and generous. I will definitely be back should I need any phone repair help! Highly knowledgeable and helpful.

I’ve been to his shop twice now to my own fault, and both times I was given excellent customer service! My couch loves to eat my screens but he fixes them while I eat or shop around. Highly recommend if you like friendly and reliable service!

I live in Junction City & was in search of someone that could repair my iPad for an affordable price. I know fixing something like an iPad could be expensive but I at least wanted to see who could be honest and fix it. I went to another store first and it seems like they just look at it and guess a price which you might as well just go buy a brand new iPad. I went to Little Apple Cellular Repair hoping to pay less instead of buying a new iPad. Went there and he was very friendly and seems to really know electronics and knows what he is doing. The price to fix it was awesome! It took just a day for him to get it done! He did an amazing job and I highly recommend his business!

AWESOME! Replaced the screen on my Galaxy S10e for cheaper than Mobile Revive and did a great job. Even had to order the part but I still had it back in two days. No cell phone repair is cheap, but for the quality of service and repair I would pay more to go to this guy. Way better experience in getting a quote and communicating throughout the process than Mobile Revive.
