I was in there a half hour before close on Saturday, July 24th. When they heard my issue, it was first thought Id have to bring it back in the next day. One of the techs from the back, said Can I look at it, for a minute? He had the issue taken care of in about five minutes. Since I live about 30 minutes away, this was a great help to me. I dont mind the drive, at all, but that saved me an hour plus on a Sunday when I could be doing something else. I had heard compliments about this business and I am very happy that I decided to give them a try! I recommend that you do, as well.

Walked in, explained the issue. They were very customer service oriented. They order the parts I needed. The next morning they had the parts and phone was fixed in 2 hours. Flawless professionalism. Great job guys. I will recommend.

Average service and very poor performance. I just had my screen quit working out of the blue for the second time after their initial repair. After arguing back and forth for a significant amount of time, I was able to have them cover the charge on fixing their first replacement screen that quit working due to their own error. Now, I have had their second replacement screen randomly quit working after only three months and I refuse to continually have them perform yet another temporary repair.

We walked in hoping someone could help us repair our nintendo switch, they told us that they could take a look at our problem and within 10min they walked back out with a repaired system. The employees are super nice and helpful. Id recommend this place to anyone. 5/5

My phone charging port was not connecting correctly and I was in from out of state. Took it to Mobile Revive and they cleaned the port and now it is functioning perfectly. They didnt charge me anything - so grateful for that, by the way and such a surprise. I would recommend this shop to anyone. The staff were professional, understanding, helpful and fast. My boyfriend phone quit charging, we took it to his phone carrier and unfortunately they were unable to get it charging again, but they did however mention Mobile Revive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a Note 9 battery replacedThere was a minor oversight initially with a cable that came loose during re-assembly. They fixed the issue right way with no argument (and no additional charge).I had sort of anticipated that cable might have been a problem having watched a repair video. In fact, that was one of the reasons I decided to let someone else mess with it. I didnt think my clumsy fingers would get things back together! So I am not holding the fact that it came lose again on re-assembly against them.A couple of things I have learned over the years when dealing with phone repairs (applies to all repair centers):- Check the function of all the buttons and sensors (power, volume, finger print sensor, camera, microphone, and speakers) .- Repeat the same checks when you get the phone back before you leave with the repaired device. Checking network connections also not a bad idea if practical. It is much easier for both you and the store to address problems at the time of pickup.- Even for places that dont require appointments (Mobile Revive did not when I called), always call ahead to confirm they have the necessary parts and staff to perform the expected repair. (expected because if it is a repair, they are going to have to make their best guess as to what is wrong)- Be patient if things get missed on re-assembly. Having done some myself, there are a LOT of things to reconnect on modern phones and they are all in a very small space.

Had them fix my phone a couple weeks ago. Not very impressed with the work done. I have an iPhone and apparently they do not use genuine apple parts which I am reminded of frequently by a notification on my phone. I was not informed of this beforehand. For the price I paid this is very disappointing. I’ve had similar repairs done on this phone before for much cheaper with actual apple parts. Furthermore, a couple days later I dropped my phone, which was my fault, but my screen came halfway out of the phone, which I had never seen before. Very disappointed with the work done here.

So I dropped my phone off before the COVID pandemic and I didn’t hear from them at all for over few months and I realized I gave them the incorrect email and I did call a few times and never got called back. Which doesn’t bother me that’s totally my fault. But what does make me kinda mad when I went I. To pay and pick up my phone they already pieced our pieces of my phone to fix other peoples phones and I’m still missing my face recognition piece. They assumed I surrendered my phone. When I came in they had to piece my phone back together again and it took over 3 hours. I was pretty upset that I brought it in for only a cracked screen Nd ( yes it was repaired) but now I’m missing a piece of my phone that is a major function.In all honesty this place is great I do like it but that could have gone so much better

If youre thinking about saving a little money getting your screen fixed here, dont! I got a small crack in my screen, researched my options and decided to use mobile revive. They replaced my screen for under $200 but my reciever was ruined. For months since, every phone call Ive had (theyre very important legal, realestate, and school related) the other end of the line always complain of static in the conversation. I cant hear it but they do and its distracting. I brought it up immediately to mobil revive; they then cleaned my reciever and said they dont hear anything.Im out the $200 I should have given to Motorola originally. Motorola would have replaced my phone under warranty. These guys dont have that capacity.Stay away.

I am a costumer, and i brought in a ps4 pro 2 days ago, and i had problems with the counsel. Like lagging freezing, and taking 5 minutes to turn off a counsel. I payed 83 dollars, and was told that everything would be fine. I pick up the ps4 pro excited. As soon as i plug in the ps4 pro, little do i know that i was trolled, because nothing was fixed and the problem still remained. So i basically payed 82 dollars and got nothing back. Great job.🤬

I had the best experience at your Manhattan, Kansas store. I am from Iowa and was here visiting my family. While in the midst of traveling my phone screen cracked. My sister in law recommended this place for the repair and I am so happy with the experience and the repair work. First, it only took 2 hours and my phone was done. When we came to pick up my phone after being repaired, my 5 year old son was very interested in what they were doing with all the cell phones they were working on. One of the employees (sorry I didn’t get his name) answered the million questions that he had and even showed him the inside of a broken phone. My son was so excited to see it and when we left he continued to talk about how the phone was so cool! My Galaxy Note 5 screen died (no damage), and I had a very important audio file on the device. Mobile revive was able to do a data recovery for me. Same day service, even! Had this shop replace my LG G2 screen on January 6, 2016. Price was a very reasonable $119 and included a warranty. Fair price and great quality. Shop was trendy with bold colors and style. Staff was friendly and seemed honest. Repair was completed in an hour. Highly recommend. The local Sprint store recommends these guys too! If ever again we need a device repaired, I will return!

The best customer service I have ever experienced, relative to electronics repair or otherwise, was at Mobile Revive in Manhattan, KS. The technicians were outstanding and fixed my broken tablet screen, despite the fact that it is an off-brand Windows tablet. I had an issue with my docking keyboard after the fact, which they fixed free of charge. Few other businesses would have bothered troubleshooting this. This is the first and only time I have ever been satisfied with the service and quality of repair at a store-front business. The level of customer service and quality of work at Mobile Revive exceeds most manufacturer standards, in my opinion.

Not only did I get all my data from my broke phone put onto a flash drive for me but they fixed my old phone all for the price quoted just to get my data. My phone quit working, like wouldnt even turn on, and I was panicked because I thought Id have to buy a new phone. Someone recommended this place and they had the battery replaced within a couple hours. I was very relieved, especially since I wouldve had to spend way more than 80 bucks on another phone. The only complaint I have is that this new battery dies super fast! I have to keep a charger with me everywhere I go. Its definitely an inconvenience but again, still better than the alternative.

Previous review: one star rating Took my phone in to get the screen replaced. Other than the screen needing replaced, the phone worked just fine. Pick it up and think everything is fine. Now when someone calls, it doesnt ring at all. I checked all settings and it still isnt working. Speakers arent working all of a sudden after they had it. Took it back in the same day for them to fix the screw up and wasnt greeted with customer service by Kyle. he knocked it up to be a software issue and tried putting blame on me. Wont be back after being talked down to the way I was and for getting my phone screwed up more than it was to begin with.Update: After this experience, the owner, Ben, made sure to call me himself and let me know he would take care of my issue and I would be completely covered under warranty and apologized for the lack of customer service. He even told me if they couldnt get the issue fixed, they would get me a brand new phone. I took my phone back and received a loaner phone as they told me they would have to send it to their KC location. Thankfully an hour later my phone was fixed in house by Luke. Had Kyle done his job to begin with, I wouldnt of had to go in multiple times or it would have been fixed when I dropped it back off to fix their screw up. My phone is now fixed and back to new. Ben made sure to fix my issue so I greatly appreciate it and would recommend taking your devices to this location but I dont suggest working with Kyle.

My husband brought his phone in to have the screen repaired. The cost of the repair was $150. After the repair, the day my husband got his phone back, the screen rotation was not working. 2 weeks later my husband went back to the business because after he pressed the on button on his phone the screen cracked. My husband believed the screen to possibly have been damaged (maybe during shipment or during installment) he called the business to see if they could replace the screen, they notified my husband that they do not have warranties on their screens or work.My husband and I went to the store directly. The best the business could do is offer him $20 off the new screen/repair price. My husband said that is not fair, because he did not cause the damage. The owner of the business got really mad at my husband standing up to the poor customer service. My husband said “that offer is like a smack in the face” to which the owner replied “I should smack you in the face”. Then he said, “I would have let you buy the screen at cost, $70, if you weren’t such an ass hole.Needless to say, very poor customer service, poor prices, and poor quality products and poor maintenance. As a manager of a maintenance company, I would be appalled if my employees did this kind of work or ever treated a customer in this manner.

These guys are great! Daniel has been extremely helpful in fixing our damaged phones, saving us a lot of money by preventing us from having to purchase new phones. I no longer carry phone insurance (which is kind of a joke anyway due to deductible) because I have confidence that these guys can get me up and running again if I have an issue. Had a small wood chip stuck in the USB-C charging port. Went to my cell phone provider and they referred me to Mobile Revive. It took the tech a minute or two to remove the chip. They did at no charge as the fix was so quick.

My phones charging port was not working so I took it in and all they had to do is open up the phone and do a little cleaning. Got my phone back up and running the next day.

How many reasons do I need? The guys are great. Do good work and do so fast. My family has come to depend on them a lot because of phone mishaps.

I had the best possible experience here yesterday! Came in with a completely shattered phone and in LESS THAN AN HOUR returned to pick up my phone looking brand new. They have protective phone cases to include many otter box options for WAY CHEAPER than the last one I got at Verizon and included a free screen protector with it. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a local electronic repair shop to take our sons iPhone to for a quick same day repair. Their location had a very professional appearance that boosted our confidence in their professionalism. We dropped off his phone with a badly damaged screen and digitizer. Yelp has two bad reviews, mainly price- but you pay for convenience and expertise. And after a military discount, I barely paid over 30 for a new battery and a small repair. Camera wasn’t working, but they didn’t sell me a new one- they told me it came unplugged and didn’t charge for the fix. So honest and fair and so far, works great!

Had a shattered phone screen. Went to replace it at the place in the mall because the price that was offered was less than then Mobile Revive so I decided to give it a try. I got my phone back and he did a good job on my screen except my home button and lock screen button was only working half of the time. His explanation for why was poor and I left super upset. Went to Mobile Revive they fixed the problem for free in less than 2 minutes! Super nice guys who know what they are doing! Pay the little extra and go to Mobile Revive it’s worth it!

My Moto cell phone touch screen quit working and i so desperately needed a text message that did not transfer to my new phone. I talked to Cole on the phone and he checked to see if he had the glass for the phone and he did. Cole told me how much it would be and how long it would take. I drove to Manhattan and left my phone with him and he fixed it. I am the happiest girl in the USA to get that text. I would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible. If I ever need a phone or tablet fixed, they will be my go to place.

I went there for them to fix my iPhone 6s charging portal. They said it would cost $60. When I came back to take my phone they told me that the problem wasn’t from the charging portal, which it actually is. They said the problem is from a chip in the phone, which they damaged it in purpose just to gain more money. So they wanted to charge me $130 and they want to send it to KC. And now the is damaged and I can’t use
