Great experience! We have 4 kids and 2 dogs and our 10 year old carpet look like new. There were a few spots (blue silly putty and a large red fruit punch spill) that I didnt expect to come out and they are completely unnoticeable. I moved into town not too long ago so I didnt have too many personal recommendations for a carpet cleaning service. I found Carpet Cleanse online and was a little suspicious of the really high custom rating. I tried Carpet Cleanse hoping I would get the same service everybody else commented about online. Spoiler: I did. Everybody was nice and polite from scheduling, estimation, and cleaning. I havent experienced the after cleaning service but they promise to make sure everything is satisfactory even if they need to come back later. The carpets look great so I have no reason to give these guys anything less than 5 stars.

These guys are fantastic and the best. Period. I shopped around and spoke with other companies around town, and while Carpet Cleanse was just slightly more (not much at all) in price, I have no regrets with choosing their service. It was worth every penny. They have a great business model and the scheduling interface on their website is extremely convenient. I got a response from them early the next day. They were very flexible with scheduling the actual cleaning and worked around my busy schedule. The other companies..not so much. The others had a slower response time and seemed indifferent to having my business. Carpet Cleanse was very friendly, down to Earth, and worked FAST. I truly felt like a valued customer. Yes, my carpets look amazing btw. They came out better than I expected them to. A night and day difference. I will definitely be using them in them in the future and I strongly encourage you to as well. Carpet Cleanse definitely deserves their numerous 5 star reviews.

They came out exactly on time and gave me a run down on everything they were going to do before they started. My couches look better than the day I bought them! Took them barely over an hour to do both of my GIANT couches at a very reasonable price. They also gave me a free bottle of carpet treatment that has worked AMAZING and I WILL be using Carpet Cleanse of Manhattan for every carpet or upholstery need I have in the future. I suggest that everybody use Carpet Cleanse for their upholstery and carpet needs too.

They respond back quickly. Super nice and professional. However for 400$ there were still stains on the carpet. I’m not sure why? The upstairs looked really good but downstairs was the problem area which is why we opted for the pet treatment. A little disappointed when we paid a little extra for the pet treatment.

We had Carpet Cleanse out to clean our rental house carpet and tile. The tile was practically black and Josh did an amazing job making it look white again! The carpets also looked amazing when josh was finished. Their home pro spotter cleaner works really well, too! Well definitely have Carpet Cleanse out again!

Carpet cleaner did a great job on my carpets! I had some really bad, old stains in high traffic areas and now it looks new again. They cleaned my stairs really well and even got out old makeup and marker stains from my toddler. They were prompt, polite, and gave me a nice bottle of stain treatment for future messes. I felt as though it was very reasonably priced and they were out in under 90 minutes! (For five rooms, a hallway and two staircases) Ill definitely use them again.

PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY. We had to move out of our old apartment when we purchased a home. We set up an appointment for them to measure the footage of our apartment (to get an estimate for cleaning the carpet). The price was great and the walk through only took a minute or two. Plus, they did a room for free (because of a referral).When we returned to the apartment to do our final walk through, the place smelled great and the carpet looked brand new! Carpet Cleanse was recommended to us by a neighbor when we were wanting to have our whole house cleaned last fall. Wow they did such a great job!! Easy to work with to get an appointment, they happily moved furniture for us to get the most carpet cleaned as possible. The price was very reasonable and our carpeting looked fantastic! Fast forward a few months, one of our dogs picked up an intestinal parasite, we were dealing with some horrible messes....yuck! I left them a panicked voicemail early that morning & they arranged to come out first thing. And a short while later, our carpet looked fantastic again, no sign of any stains, yay!
