They were outstanding. They go above and beyond, they were very accommodating and are very professional. Prices are better than other carpet companies we checked with. You wont regret using them.

I had a large round area rug that is 100% wool, had a few doggy urine stains on them, when they returned the rug there were NO stains, and as most know, urine stains from our precious fur babies can be difficult to get out. They were so kind to come by my home and pick the area rug up and also returned it back to me. I highly recommend AllStar Services. They are so wonderful to work with. I compared other carpet cleaners. One local firm did a small room, and charged a lot more than AllStar, and AllStar did another room AND the steps for a much more reasonable price. Their minimum fee is also a lot less than others in town. TJ from AllStar came out at the exact scheduled time, vacuumed the room and steps, did spot cleaning, and professionally cleaned the steps and the carpet in the room. He was friendly, yet professional; told me the business is family owned. Took a credit card payment after he completed and I verified the job They did a great job! Thanks!
