Ive been going to this Supercuts location for the last 10 years. Bottom line its an okay haircut.

I understand that both this location and the one on Aviation in Redondo Beach are owned by the same couple. If so, they may want to take notice of the recent trend of poor reviews for this store and ask themselves how many customers they can stand losing before taking any action. They certainly lost me - after 9 years.Came in today after the stay-at-home orders had been lifted.When I got there, there were several people waiting outside, and no clear instruction as to how the group was organized. After asking a few people, it seemed that some already had their name down and others were just waiting confusedly. A couple of us went inside to find out how it was being organized since they werent picking up the phone (I called three times). The woman at the reception desk began telling us that it was an hour wait, and it looked like she was about to start taking our names down, when would-be Cruella DeVille, a manager, shows up (tall, African American, actress/model type you typically find in WeHo). She starts shouting at us: wait outside and theyll call your names.Trouble is, the receptionist hadnt taken down our names yet. As I try to point this out, wannabe Vanessa Williams starts talking over me telling me to wait outside again. Meanwhile, the woman at reception literally has the pen in her hand and is poised over the waitlist, wanting to take my name but seems intimidated now and doesnt budge.I finally got a word in edgewise and asked, Are they going to take our names out there, or do we leave our names in here, because the receptionist looks like shes waiting to take my name now. Thats when the last runner up for Americas Next Top Model finally clarifies, Theyll come out and take it out there.Was that so difficult? I ask, which is when she responds, Well were not going to take you anymore now.I get why someone of her temperament can end up becoming embittered, but at no time does this give anyone carte blanche to treat customers in a way they obviously wouldnt want to be treated.Given the pent-up demand for haircuts this pandemic has created, the owners can afford to turn a blind eye towards someone so unqualified for only so much longer. Once conditions normalize, the bad reviews, combined with the rent hikes that will be coming in order to pay for the recent upgrades at Manhattan Village, will likely have you selling out at a deep discount. As shrill as Cruella can get, she will not be able to get you top dollar.

The cut was okay but definitely not worth the wait or the cost.

The ladies helped me find my hairstyle and gave me a shampoo rinse. The ladies gave me pointers. You ladies in Manhattan beach rock.

Stopped in on a Sunday at around 1:30 without any appointment and got my haircut very quickly. They said it would be a 10-15 min wait but it was actually more like 5 mins. Was able to get a really nice faded haircut with a longer length on top to spike up in the front. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I found my local spot to get a haircut.

Kimberly took great care of me. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions. I was a walk-in and they saw me quickly. Thanks!

Ive had a nice haircut every time Ive been here. If you dont like waiting, just call ahead. They are very accommodating for call-ins.

I was not pleased with them. I asked for a short haircut and instead I got a buzzed haircut. By the time one of them started cutting my hair, it was too late. Too much of my hair was cut. My hairdresser was Keandra. She should’ve confirmed what I wanted before she made the cut. Never going back there again.

Be prepared to sit and wait for a long period of time. Whatever time they say, double it. I went in on my lunch and spent the entire hour waiting, while people who walked in after went ahead of me. The hair stylists seemed more interested in their personal conversations than doing their jobs. If you value your time and customer service, please go elsewhere.

I have been growing out my hair since 2012 when I donated it. I asked the guy working there for 3 inches off to clean up my ends & bangs trimmed, guy cut 12 inches off, I know cause my husband measured. My hair was 1/2 way down my behind & is now a few inches from my shoulders. If i was going to cut that much I would have done it properly so I could donate it, I am a year round volunteer for the ACS. Im extremely upset.

They were friendly but the lady did not know how to fix or clean around my sons hair I will not come back to cut my sons hair here, but I will give a try for my hair. And the price is expensive for a kids basic hair cut I usually pay 16 at Louis barber shop and they clean around and fix the hair around.

4 PM appointment - I come in at 3: 45 PMThey make me wait till 4:30 PM and let people who walked in after me get a cut before me because I was standing outside the store !They store doesn’t have enough seats and they expect me to wait inside the store. Thats BS !Piss poor management & the receptionist is the most disorganized person I have ever seen!Would have given zero stars if not for google! Canceled my appointment and walked out

If you value your time this is not the place to get your hair cut. They only accept appointments for people getting their hair colored. If you want a simple haircut you can call ahead but no more than an hour before going in. Calling in however, is no assurance that you will actually get a haircut at the scheduled time. I called in ahead of time and was told to come in at a set time. When I got there I was told that they had a number of hair colorings to do and that Id probably have to wait for atleast 45 minutes and maybe longer if they couldnt get to me before other people with color appointments came in . Im not sure why they didnt think to tell me that when I called in earlier. Astoundingly, when I asked what I could do in the future to assure I can get a haircut at a designated time without waiting an hour, I was told, nothing. I guess there is one thing I can do differently, get a hair cut somewhere else.
