I went in to get a hair cut today and the lady did not take any care with it. Somehow the back is longer than the front when I specified a style in which the front is longer and the back fades(I have curly hair). I also told her to take 1 to 1.5 inches off and she cut off 3 inches! I can tell when I pull my hair down and it only reaches my eyebrow. Before my haircut, it pulled way below my nose. Kind of unbelievable. I usually have a good experience here but this barber seemed more interested in getting out of there than actually styling my hair. Back to the length of hair I had 6 months ago!

Best Floyds! I know barbershop are mostly ran by guy barbers, this Floyds was only girls, I dont know if they were barbers or stylists. I personally dont like guys cutting my hair because I feel like they dont have a creative vision. My stylist listened to me and gave me an amazing haircut, she even suggested things that would look better for what I wwanted. Definitely going back to this place! Id youre a guy, you know how difficult it is to find a good person to cut yiur hair.

Had been a customer for many year (Me and kids). The quality of the staff has been going down and seems to have fallen off the cliff. Poor skills, over changing for trims, up selling kids with out talking to parents, They have become more or less hipster supercuts... I really regret giving them so many chances

Was in town for a conference. My shoulder was in a sling after surgery. This place was super close to the hotel. Atmosphere is fun, folks are nice. Diana did a great job on my blowout...however the price was a bit steep.

Absolutely love this place!!! I go every two weeks and never leave disappointed. I am a frequent here at this Floyds with one particular barber...AUSTIN IS THE MAN!! I have never had any issues with the style of cut I want, but then again I dont get a stupid wanna be hipster a$$ haircut like Ed Robles (see the horrible review with one star)...Ive never had any issues with being double charged nor my card declining (it helps to have money in the bank). For anyone new looking to try this place out for the first time, I highly recommend calling ahead as it can be a bit of a wait if you dont have an appointment. AWESOME ATMOSPHERE

I decided to stop here at the very last minute. And even though I didnt have an appointment, I was taken care of right away. The staff is very friendly and courteous. And I loved my haircut!!

Establishment allowed an inexperienced individual to butcher my very basic hair cut. When I called to complain I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes to have my haircut fixed. Why should I have to wait to get my jacked up haircut fixed by the same place? The girl who fixed my haircut was very sweet but ruined the experience by telling me I need to find a “barber” for the haircut I wanted. Correct me if I’m wrong but the name of the place is Floyd’s 99 barbershop. If you can’t do a simple fade zero on the side and three on the top you need to shut your doors or not call yourself a barbershop.

Neat place and they did a great job on boys cuts. Prices comparable to other places in the area. We will go back!

The stylists’ are a hit or miss. Most are inappropriately dressed - midriffs, cut offs, not a professional barber shop. The price is always not the same so I have to remind the next new stylist of what I want done. The front desk staff is always texting, will tend to to you when they are done...only in a pinch will I come here

I used to go to Floyds to get an experience that was a little better than the super cheap hair cutters. Went there today and have to say no difference now. Stylist was very rough with the trimmer and left without my hair even combed. Also, I guess they went away with the hot towel at the end. I am going back to the other guys.

They hold themselves to an unusually high standard, every haircut turns out great.

Great cut and pleasant service... I walked in and had a 15 min wait and 20 min cut.

If I could give zero stars I would. Took my daughter for a wash, haircut and blow dry and a few days later she had tons of lice. It was over the Holiday break and that was the only place she went to so...called to complain and they said my phone had a bad conexion and hung up on me. Dont go there. It cost me over 200 dlls to have a professional lice removal service come to my house to get rid of it. Such a nightmare.

Pretty decently good haircuts but just pricey!

I went in on a fri night to get a nice clean cut fade, and a side part. As i explained to the barber/ stylist what i wanted, he queationed my reason for a zero fade.He proceeded to cut my hair his way. At the end of the cut austin jones did not do a fade correctly, gave me a line up i did not ask for, and made me look like a clown.The cherry on top was they double chraged me and made me feel as if i was broke, and said my card did not go through. The reality was the front desk girl offered a recipt after the first payment. As i wemt to the restroom to see how bad the cut was, Austin said hey bro, your payment didnt go through, as i did not wanna argue i said ok heres my card again.Got home and decided tp check my bank statement, sure enough 2x charges.I called floyds telling them of my double charge, austin then went ahead abd said theres nothing we can do right now, our banks closed, ill call in the am i quickly felt like that was bull crap.I called my bank got the charges dropped after they put the call on 3way with myself, Austin, and my bank.Austin then apologized and said see i told you i would call them i quickly said i called them.One word tp describe this Experience, NIGHTMARE!!!Screw this place and there shady employees.

Great friendly customer service, the only issue is that if you want your haircut and style that you want for your self its not always on point on how they do it at least not the hair stylist that I got, but other that its a good place.
