Terrible. I am looking for other insurance. I cannot even login to my account and no one on phone was able to help me. I did not hear back from someone at your office when I asked them to see what they could do for me regarding the huge jump in my price due to a ticket. The women at my Allstate told me it was a good idea for me to look elsewhere at other insurance options. Lets just say after all these years, I am not in good hands with Allstate.

KJ is very personable and a very good representative for Allstate for reasons mentioned above. We have been with Allstate for decades! Fortunately we have never had a claim. However we know that if we ever do we will be “in good hands”!

Ive been client of KJ Arbues for nearly 25 years. While the majority of that time was, glad to say, uneventful, I recently had very big dispute with a homeowners insurance company which threatened to cancel coverage on a new house only weeks after the policy has passed underwriting and issued. KJ was instrumental in representing my interests, explaining to the company the lack of support for the threatened cancellation, securing a substitute policy in the interim, and finally getting the company to rescind its threat of cancelations.

I have been with Allstate for well over 30 years. I may be able to get cheaper insurance or discounted rates, however the few pennies I may save would not be worth it. My Allstate agent knows her stuff. I have never had a question she has not been able to answer in a manner that I can understand. Her staff is also very responsive and never ever have I felt like I was wasting their time. I would recommend KJ and her staff to anybody with the confidence they would not be disappointed.

Allstate in general has be very goo din terms of responsiveness and quality. Price is not the cheapest but you do get what you pay for interns of coverage etc.What I want to point out is KJ and her son Ryan have been exceptional in handling our unique requests with alacrity and professionalism and at times with compassion and consideration.
