First thing I own a wrecker service and Ricky and Polly are some of the finest people I know. A Wrecker business is not a piece of cake . The calls come in all hours of the night and it is never good when we get a call. cars are tore all to pieces people are angry cause of the problems they are having. This particular day Rick was up all night also including his wife. The day she wanted her things was 5:00 am and a holiday; they are closed on holidays same as us but we handle emergency towing calls. The police were called by Polly because this women said she would go on the property. Rick told her to wait until 8:00 am to get her things; as the lady stated she was up all night at the hosp. she needed to rest before she drove after being up all night. Thats just common sense. But no matter what you do some people will complain about a free ticket; first class;with a window seat because it was cloudy. Good folks; use their company

I had the WORST experience of my life dealing with this company! My family and I were hit by a drunk driver in I-24 on Sunday night/Monday morning. TN Highway Patrol called this company to pick up our vehicle while we were taken to the ER. We had 4 children ages 8, 6, 2, and 1. We live in KY and my mom had to drive 3 hrs to come pick us up because our car was completely totaled. We were completely covered in coffee and food that we were traveling with. We spent 6 hours in the ER and upon release at 6 AM we attempted to get our things out of our vehicle from Browns and get on the road. Brown and his wife told me that we needed to wait 2-3 hours for them to finish sleeping before we could get our things. Again we were not from there and had small kids who had just been in a traumatic experience where we were lucky to be alive. They wanted us to wait a couple hours in pain, covered in food and blood, and traumatized, while they slept!!! THIS MAN AND HIS WIFE ARE CRUEL AND INHUMANE. I would never have treated my worst enemy the way this man and his wife treated my family and me. I PRAY THAT PEOPLE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT WHEN CONSIDERING WHETHER OR NOT TO USE THIS BUSINESS. ECONOMIC STATEMENTS ARE POWERFUL! No one should be allowed to treat people like this! We had to call the police to get our things out of our vehicle!

The owner gave me the tow. He was very friendly and his pricing was very reasonable. If I am ever in the area again and need a tow I will definitely call them first. Ignore the negative reviews.

This place OVER CHARGES and are very UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE also this place here has toweled my vehicle but I know now not to let them towel any vehicles for me you can ask for any wrecker service to come and towel your vehicle just let the police office know who you would like to come and towel your vehicle for you not only have they treated me this way also there is others who will tell you the same they have done to them also.
