Awesome service . The tow guy fixed the problem with my battery. Lots of corrosion prevented the battery from starting motor. Theyre man who was very polite and helpful, cleaned the battery connectors of corrosion, lubed the connectors and car started like a dream.. All along I was thinking was needing a starter or alternator cause battery is fairly new. Answered there phone immediately and very attentive to my needs and questions.

I called a lot of towing companies around Manchester and Franklin looking for someone to tow my truck they were the lowest quote that I received the driver was punctual he met me at the shop in Franklin 10 minutes before the time that we agreed upon and got my vehicle safely to my house and towed it the second time for me to the dealership & again the lowest quote for an in-town tow.

Everyone there is completely rude. They stole stuff out of my car before I could get to it. (It only took me 2 days to get to it) Including the food I had just bought for my nieces and nephews, my cell phone, my seat covers, etc. Wouldnt recommend them to air up a tire, much less tow your vehicle.

Ive used Parker for almost twenty years when I need something towed. I trust him enough to tow my customers and my family. Just recently had him tow my son after a wreck,and my brother in law after a break down. Top notch service .
