I couldn’t be happier with a company than I am with Dar Towing right now. This is a super long story so I’ll try to give you the Cliff’s Notes version. I live in Atlanta Georgia and my 80 YO dad was driving his motor home from Illinois to my house. He had his 1st flat tire on I24 just East of Nashville and his 2nd flat tire on I24 at mile marker 120. His phone charger also quit working just to make things more exciting. My last contact with him was that he was at mile marker 120 with a flat, already running on the spare, and his phone was at 2%. I did a quick Google search and called Dar Towing and gave them all the information I had, which was missing one critical piece of information, the tire size. They gave me the piece of mind knowing they would send a truck to him, discover the tire size, get the right tire and send him on his way. There really are good people left on this world.

I’m only 10 minutes from there shop broke down with a blown coolant hose been waiting for 3 hours and they said his guy couldn’t find me, give me a break, I 24 East 10 miles from them and the guy who answered the phone was kind of a jerk

Tim was there within 20 minutes of my phone call and did what he could do to get me on the road. My total downtime was 35 minutes, how can you beat that??

Traveling in our RV that developed a vibration in the drive train. Tim came to us along side the road and diagnosed the problem. He was very honest and since it was Saturday he could not get parts and said that his shop could not accommodate our large RV but he knew of a shop in Manchester that could and that he had a good relationship with. Tim let us park our RV at his shop until we could get parts Monday morning. Monday morning he set it up so we could go to shop with lift. Tim dropped everything he had going to help us out and he got us back on the road Monday afternoon. What could have been a very uncomfortable situation Tim bent over backwards for us and made sure we were safe. I would highly recommend Dar Towing and Truck Repair, they are awesome good honest people.!!!!!!!

Blew an air tank on my truck. Order the part Monday morning, had me on the road at dinner time. Fair deal and quick. I would use them again and recomend them to my drivers.

They charged me for repairs that wasn’t done. Fixed a wheel seal the messed up two weeks later because they didn’t repair it properly. He admitted to not having the right tool to tighten wheel correctly. They refused to reimburse me for the repairs and hung up the phone on me three times Tim the manager is very rude and slimy. Don’t let them work on your truck!!!!!

I had a break down with my trailer axle. They kept me informed of what was going on and I believe they did the best they possibly could to get it repaired correctly, get me back on the road as quickly as possible, and at a fair price.Scott G.

I was refered to them by another shop. When they came out, they looked at my truck and gave me an estimate. A few hours later, I was on my way. The service was good and the price was fair.
