Leo did a wonderful job. My toes look great and the leg massage felt soothing. A little tickle on the bottom of my feet was laughable !

Very nice and very friendly. Appointments are preferred but they can accommodate walk-ins. Get a deluxe pedicure its worth it!

Ive gone to the salon several time for dip manicures. They always do a great job. The ventilation could be better, theres a strong odor inside.

I recently moved from Maine and have desperately tried to find a new nail salon. This is the second place I’ve tried in a 2 week period and I’m so disappointed. I called on Friday and asked if they had availability Saturday morning. The lady said no but you can come in at noon, I replied “12:00 correct?” She said yes. I went in for my appointment and was told they didn’t have me listed. I should have left with this red flag but gave the benefit of the doubt.The first lady asked if I had dip on and I said yes, and with tip. I want to keep the tip! She said ok I will just quickly soak your nails so we can keep the tip. Told her that was fine. She wrapped my fingers and told me to sit in the waiting area, and to choose my color. As I awkwardly tried to find my color from the key rings while trying to keep the tin foil on, I found a neutral color as a last resort pick because they had such limited options. Another woman called me over (Lynn) and began taking off the foil and asked what shape. I told her almond which she replied, “you can’t do almond shape with short nail length. You can come back and get tip and we can shape as almond.” Because the foil was on for so long IT SOAKED MY TIPS OFF!!!! So yeah, obviously I can’t get the almond shape because my tips were soaked off even though I said I wanted to keep them!!!!!After telling me multiple times I can’t get the almond shape, even though I didn’t ask for it after the first initial time I asked, I said ok and kept nodding my head. The technique of getting the dip on my nail was was actually good, however, there were no edge/cuticle clean up afterwards to remove access clear polish so my skin was sticking onto my nail edges. When putting on the clear polished I asked “no UV light dry?” She said no, we don’t use UV for dip. This is the second place now that doesn’t use UV light to dry which is CRAZY to me. Once the clear polish was put on I could finally see what the neutral color looked like and it’s AWFUL! Like sooooooooooo bad.She brought me to the air dry countered and told me again that dip doesn’t use UV light and to make sure not to touch anything. I said ok, the place I’ve always gone to does use UV light. That way the customer can leave right after you’re done. She said ok and walked away. She came back and said they were dried and I could pay. I swiped my card in their iPad and an error happed with a clear message on the screen saying “cannot connect to internet” she said loudly to me that my card declined. It didn’t decline, there wasn’t internet connection I said. She tried again and it worked fine. She asked if I liked my nails and all I could say was “I’m not crazy about the color.” It’s all I could get out without bursting into tears from how upset I was. She could tell I was upset and gave me her card and said to call and make an appointment with her in two weeks. I could tell that she wanted to make it right but was in a rush because I was squeezed in between her clients due to my appointment not taken down when I called.Unfortunately I was so upset from this experience that I’m not willing to give it another shot. The photos online make it looks super clean and nice, but this is but this is not reality. This place is old, dirty, the chairs are falling apart with the leather literally peeling off from them and dangling on the edge. The waiting area has super low to the ground fabric chairs which are gross and the table has the nail color samples spread all over it.Don’t waste your time or money. Poor selection, poor service, dirty establishment. I’m going to another salon today to fix my dip mani and put the tips they soaked off back on. If this place is a poor experience then I’m going to make the trip back to Portland Maine every two weeks just to get a decent mani.

I went in for a pedicure and my feet look the same as it did when I walked in. I complained and got $10 off so.. just paid $25 to get my nails painted.I am so disappointed 😞!

Been going here for years and tried many places in Manchester before that and wouldnt go anywhere else now that I found Radiant Nails. .Lynn did my nails today and she was very nice, quick and did a great job. I usually have Phoebe do my nails and shes really good and has a great personality.

Cant say that Im impressed or happy with my service. My toes were not done correctly they didnt get those things out of the corners of my big toes and my manicure was so poor I had to fix my nails myself. Sadly I thought I went to ok nails because that is where I meant to go. My bad, lesson learned.

Very friendly staff and very clean! Always leave there happy with the way my nails look. Its my go to nail salon. They always have plenty of people working so you are never waiting more then 5 minutes. Also their prices are the best around for the experience you get while being there.

Always a great job on my nails

I came in with no appointment an hour before closing. With in minutes they were able to get me to a mani and pedicure. The younge girl (youngest one who works there, shorter with black bob style hair) who did my nails have done mine many times before. She always does such an amazing job and takes pride in her work. She is why I keep coming back. Radiant nails is very clean, theyre all very professional and always do such an amazing. I will never go to any other place! Thank you everyone who works there for doing such an amazing job!

Me and my mom stopped here since our normal nail salon was packed. I got a full set and she got a fill. We are so unpleased with our results. I got coffin shape and the gel polish is so uneven and bubbling out towards the sides and I just feel so insecure about them. They’re all a different length they’re not even coffin shape not the color I was asking for. I was done my full set before my mom was even done her fill. My mom gets almond shape and they are so uneven as well and they just aren’t pleasing at all. She asked for a design and normally lets them pick what her design they think would look best and three white lines is what they came up with... Im normally really giving with nail salons but it’s been so long since I have been so disappointed. I’m probably just going to end up filing them down and just repainting them. I’m sooo disappointed.

Radiant Nails is consistently excellent. Customer service is great and so is their work. Im enclosing a pic of my manicure in sport length!Id like to add the woman who posted as IDEEN, obviously has never worked in a salon, where you have people calling all day to sell you something. You answer phones at the same time as doing nails and Im sure this woman was harassing them, because she has nothing better to do. You have to understand the RACIST undertones of her review. She posts that the person who answered the phone taught she was talking to a salesperson. Their first language is not English and they speak better English than a lot of people born here. I highly doubt Ideen can speak more than one language fluently, the way these people can. They deserved better than this.

Very unprofessional, rude, and dirty. I will not be returning nor would I recommend anyone I know to go to Radiant nails.On my most recent visit to Radiant Nails, one of the women with short dark hair had cut my finger open during a manicure (Ive been getting manicures twice a month for 7 years, and never had this happen to me). It wasnt until the third time I asked for a first aid kit while blood was running down my hand that they found a bandage for me. The woman acted like I was inconveniencing them for bleeding and started to mock me saying what are you a baby? and laughed. She never apologized to me.I hope that woman doesnt work there anymore.
