I dont understand how any company that is responsible for delivering merchandise doesnt have human staff answering phones.

I live in NH and I found that XPO Logistics is a company that delivers products purchased from Sears.In November - 2017, I purchased 2 separate products form Sears (a refrigerator/freezer and a elliptical exercise machine) and delivery was scheduled at an agreed upon day and time.The very large (29.7 cu. ft) refrigerator was delivered first (on time) and the delivery people (although spoke broken English) were very polite. Due to the size of the unit I thought there might be problems, but they were respectful of my home, professionally carried the unit in, set it up and stayed until they were sure that the unit was working properly.Next came the exercise equipment (Which I had paid extra to have put together). The 2 gentlemen that delivered this piece (Francisco & Miguel) were very friendly, spoke good English, and were excellent! Again, very respectful of my home, professional and very knowledgeable about putting together the equipment, and answering any questions I had. Before he left, Francisco made sure the equipment was working properly, understood the functions, and were satisfied. I am very happy with this company and took the time to call the supervisor (Bill ) and expressed this to him.

Terrible delivery drivers, no manners and patience! Scratched floors and tried to hit me with their truck when I asked them to stop! Also left no paperwork for me to follow up with, and my range was dented to top it all off!

As an employee of CRST I deal with Conway on a weekly basis. This location in Manchester has the most friendly staff of any Conway location on the country. They treat their customers with respect and they are very friendly. If you need help with anything there will be someone there to help before you even ask.Thanks Conway for a delightful experience.

Nightmare washer and dryer install that took two trips and many extra hours of my time because of terribly trained installers.I had a stackable washer and dryer delivered and installed by them and it was a horror show. The first time a team came out they were barely able to lift the units upstairs; showed up a half hour after the end of the installation window; installed the mixed up the hot and cold water lines; couldnt manage to install it on a drain pan; needed help figuring out how to even get the units in a closet; couldnt remove my existing washer/dryer; and ended up dropping a screw for the dryer power cord into the dryer! After losing the screw they couldnt finish the installation so they had to leave after 2 hours of little progress and to top it off they left all the new and old units in the middle of my small upstairs hallway.I called the company that contracted them to do the install and delivery and scheduled another appointment to complete the installation. The leader of the second team was more competent at the job but still there were issues. They showed up before their installation window without a warning call; they did not come with a replacement screw that we told them ahead of time that they would need so my girlfriend had to run to a hardware store to try and find a close enough match. In the meantime, they incorrectly wired the power cord of the dryer until I pointed out the wiring diagram; didnt tighten the washer lines enough and caused a leak that I had to fix after they left because I noticed it during our first wash cycle; and both crews forgot to remove the shipping bolts for the washer! I had to figure out what was stopping the washer from spinning freely and then fix it myself again after they had left.In the end it was a nightmare that took over 4 hours between two teams and then at least another 4 hours of me correcting their mistakes!

Unprofessional, doesnt use shoe covers, the employees are obviously underpaid or could care less about their job
