Your National customer service representatives were extremely helpful. They helped me as it is the same company. I am disabled and the help was very appreciated. Upon arrival for the rental, the desk customer service representative was very efficient. Another brought the car to me and put my suitcase in the car for me. Upon the return of the car, one of your return employee, returned my keys and helped me with my suitcase all the way into the rental area from the garage. Once there, they call for a wheelchair for me and offered my water, which I truly needed. What a wonderful team you have at the Manchester, NH airport. I will definitely rent my next car with Alamo or National.
Although rental car prices have soared, we felt very lucky to find availability and somewhat reasonable pricing at Alamo (Manchester airport) for our two week visit. We had no problems whatsoever.
High marks for Alamo at Las Vegas airport facility. The customer service there was great on May 16, 2021. The person at the desk who waited on us, name was Fred, was excellent! He was courteous, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He made sure he gave me a car that I was comfortable driving. Very personalized service. Alamo did not have the long lines that other car rental companies had which I was thankful for. We had reservations but I was worried about not getting a car if they sold out, as Las Vegas was very busy! I did get a car though, and that was a relief! Great service, great car! Alamo will be my first go to rental car company from now on! Thank you Fred!
Our flight changed thanks to Southwest and so our departure time was later. Asked how much to keep it the extra time and they wanted to charge an extra $200 for the half of a day. We tried to work it out and they werent having it. Jabronis 🤣🤣🤣

Actually, the Alamo counter was covering for Enterprise on a late Sunday afternoon. The young lady was attentive and professional. Im not certain if it was planned when the operator I spoke to earlier quoted and promised me a full size car, but when I got to the desk the complimentary upgrade speech started. Im not a fan of small cars so I ended up in a larger vehicle than Id have liked and payed more than I was quoted. I guess that sometimes thats okay, but I dont get the feeling it happens infrequently. I think next time Ill make arrangements for a tiny, unsafe compact car. Then Ill end up where I wanted to begin with.
Alamo is our rental car of choice. Rates are great. All the employees we have encountered are very professional and helpful. We always check in online which makes the process quick and easy. Their cars are always clean and ready to go!I only wish they had some perks for frequent renters. Not their advertised deals, but a true discount. We rent at least once a month.
After bad experiences at a couple of the other car rental companies, I began taking my business to Alamo about a year ago. I rent a vehicle about 12-15 times a year and I love Alamos friendly agents. They never apply the hard sell at the rental counter, as most others do . Their vehicles are always clean and well maintained and their prices are competitive.
We had an outstanding experience at Alamo ... we were taken care of by an excellent sales representative named Sam (dec 11 17:00) ... she was efficient, attentive, funny and engaging ... i would be thrilled to have this young woman working for me - she was an exceptional ambassador for your company ... facility and the automobile itself were spotless ... will never go anywhere else - thank you very much.

Rented a Grand Caravan from Alamo at the Manchester NH Airport. The car was very clean service was excellent. Drove 1 way to Tampa car return at TPA was quick and easy.I recommend Alamo if you need a rental car.

They are very comparable prices and very nice cars. We used them twice in a couple weeks for two separate trips and they were fantastic both times. It made it really easy to rent a car for the first time and the second. We were originally going to choose a different company for the second trip but it was a little over $100 more for the same type of car and less coverage than we would have gotten at Alamo. I will be choosing Alamo in the future for my travels.

Rented out of Manchester, New Hampshire Airport. Rental companies right across street from baggage claim. Attendant was helpful and friendly, Alamo did not have any of the cars advertised but we ended up with a car in the same class I believe. Car was clean only 1K miles on it, no problems at all with the vehicle or returning to the same location.
My Alamo car rental experience was very good. I had no wait at the counter when checking in. I went out to garage for my car and I was warmly greeted and the attendant offered me a complimentary upgrade. The car was clean and ready to go. At the end of my stay I returned the car the attendant was polite, efficient and welcoming. Overall compared to some of their competitors Alamo stands tall with great customer service and value added pricing. I highly recommend this car rental agency.
The car rental itself was wonderful; the car was great, clean, well-maintained and worked great. However, the billing was over $100 more than what the original estimate was. Im in the process of trying to get this fixed. Watch what is charged verses what was anticipated.

They provided over and above customer service. Jake, Nate and Wyatt all made me change my mind when I wanted to walk away. They gave us the resource to help us and didnt stop until our needs were met. Fantastic rental car service I highly recommend this location.
I was very happy with my experience with Alamo. The car was great, very clean. The young fellow in the garage when I picked up my car was great. He showed me where everything was without me even asking. Very pleasant young man. He was the same young man when I returned the car. Same great attitude. I will definitely rent from Alamo again as I come up north twice a year at least.
We rented two vehicles from Alamo on different days at the Manchester, NH Airport and both experiences were friendly, professional and efficient. The rental and return processes were fast, simple and correct. Alamos rates were MUCH LOWER than others and their cars were new, clean, and trouble-free. That may explain why Alamo was busy renting cars while the agents for some of the other companies were idle.
Pleasant experience as always. All representatives were very helpful and courteous. Rental car was immaculate and brand new. I have used no other rental company for the past ten years. Definitely no reason to second guess that after our recent experience.
This was rating for the service at MHT airport in New Hampshire. In fact, I have had great experiences with Alamo wherever I used them. This included Miami, Orlando and Honolulu. No problems. Very smooth process. The agents were vey helpful. This kiosk is terrific.
God awful customer service, the woman “helping” me had the worst attitude ever when asked where I was supposed to pick up my rental, because in fact there are no clear indications in the building saying where you’re supposed to pick it up so I went up to the Alamo booth and asked. Never in my life have I had an employee somewhere treat a customer so poorly, would absolutely not recommend this rental car service to anyone. Beyond disappointed.
I give this a three only because it took me over an hour in line to finally get to a person. Granted this was due to a computer outage and the employees were trying their hardest, but seven hours had elapsed since the outage and I felt more should have been done at that point to help speed things along. As far as the car went, after that wait, it was nice to receive a very nice car for a good price. Everything went smoothly after that and I would use Alamo again.

Car pickup in Manchester, NH was very easy, we were upgraded from a Camry to a Murano. The car was in excellent condition. The experience returning the car in Atlanta was smooth. Overall one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had

Alamo has great prices, discounts are even better if youre with Discover, but dont rely on them if you have to make any sort of alteration to your reservation.Due to a canceled flight and changed dates, I called in to change my reservation times. All was wrapped up neatly with the new dates, including a price change because of the changed days. The representatives I spoke with over the phone were friendly and helpful.The issue came when I picked up the car. I had placed pick up for March 1st at 1AM, but according to the woman behind the counter, the computer read out that I was supposed to pick it up the 29th of February, the day my flight left. (Due to the weird hour (my flight arrived a little past midnight), I had the woman on the line when I changed my reservation read the date and time back to me to be sure. Everything checked out then.) According to the woman behind the counter though, this isnt an unusual occurrence for flights crossing over midnight though, so I truly think this is an issue within Alamos reservation system (not human error) that needs to be addressed.I was also charged an additional fee, which I called to dispute.Somehow they could pull up the price of the old reservation, but could not pull up the newly quoted price on the changed reservation and would insist I had kept the car past the days I had reserved it AND THEN tell me I was getting a better deal with the extra charge.
I wish I could give 2 different reviews, one for the counter person and one for the Alamo employee where we picked up the car. We arrived at Manchester Airport at midnight on Thursday April 21, tired after a long day and flight. My husband waited for our baggage while I checked in at Alamo. The employee who helped me was obnoxious! He immediately tried to push an upgrade which I refused. He gave me directions to the new rental pick-up site in such a loud and harsh tone that my husband heard him clear across to where he was waiting for the luggage. YICK! This employee gets 1 STAR at best.We followed directions to the new rental area and were greeted by the most pleasant individual, dressed in a suit and so professional. He explained that the mid-sized cars were not available and asked to choose from the cars on the lot. We chose a Jeep Patriot which was a class or two above my reserved Corolla. HA! So much for the pushy counter person wanting me to upgrade. The rental site employee earns a 5 STAR rating for Alamo for his professionalism and caring attitude. Alamo, you should really look into your late night counter person at Manchester Airport.
The counter attendant processed our rental quickly and efficiently even though we arrived late in the evening and she was alone, working with both Alamo and National customers. We rented a minivan and the lot attendant was very helpful, showing us the alternative choices and the advantages of each vehicle.When we returned the vehicle in Boston it was necessary for the person in the booth in the parking garage to give us a credit for a non-functioning toll transponder. She processed the credit quickly and cheerfully.A good experience - well certainly rent from Alamo again.

Renting with Alamo at the Manchester Airport is quick and easy; both picking up and returning the rental car. The employees are courteous and helpful. When the cars in my row were gone, they upgraded me for free. Ive been renting from them every year for about 10 years now and I am always happy with the experience.
The females that work here are just plain rude. They dont know their inventory and have no customer service skills. If you want good service get a male employee.

I opted for the express car rental option so that I would not be standing in line at the rental counter. The Alamo representative greeted us warmly and asked us if an SUV would be a good vehicle for us. When we told him that we didnt want an SUV, he immediately offered us a Chrysler 300, which we accepted. The car was perfect for our travels. It had many options, even navigation, and was comfortable for our trip. Thank you, Alamo!
WARNING: they claim they require an international drivers license, and that its on their website. No mention on any of their emails that I needed that, despite my reservation having been made from overseas, on their website locally as redirected by internet provider.They didnt honor my reservation, which I made from the Dominican Republic, where I live. The woman just said no period, international drivers License required by NH police if they were to stop you. Big lie, Id say, when neither Thrifty, Dollar, or Hertz require an international DL at the Manchester-Boston airport. I asked in every counter, but couldnt afford three times the rate I had booked with Alamo.My best guess is that this was a big excuse not to honor my reservation (for which I had already checked-in online) and have an available car for rent for a week when no one at that airport seemed to have availability.This woman almost ruined my vacation, with pre-paid hotels, etc. I was lucky that Hertz, which didnt have availability, still looked and found me one car with quite a few miles on it, but still saved me from losing lots of money on my pre-booked accommodations.Never again will I trust Alamo. Too bad, I had read wonderful reviews. Maybe at other locations, but certainly not at Manchester-Boston.
Enjoyed an overall great experience this past weekend with Alamo at the Manchester NH airport. The check-in was the quickest I have ever experienced with any car rental company, the employees I interacted with very friendly and helpful and the car was almost new and in very good condition. Finally, the cost of the rental was also very reasonable. Thank you Alamo.
The van was very clean. Service was fast and courteous. We needed to extend it one extra day and the transaction was smooth, easy and fast.
Overall the checkout and check-in processes were good. The car was in good shape and it was what we needed. The biggest negative was that the car reeked of cigarette smoke. We didnt notice the smell until we were 100 miles away. Didnt help my asthma.
Need better directions at air port to pick up and drop off.

Was offered a newer Ford Escape, but didnt want an SUV. In hindsight should have taken it. Attendant searched the lot and came back with Fusion Titanium. That seemed much better, but after getting it out of the dark garage and into the light of day, the car was filthy. It either hadnt been serviced or it was done very poorly. The car also smelled as if the prior renter had smoked in it. It didnt reek, but it was noticeable. I should have turned around and brought it back but was in a hurry and figured I could live with it. The car itself was otherwise pretty nice, full options, leather seats, backup camera, and was an absolute rocket. If it were just clean would have been a 5 star.
Rental was hassle free, and I loved the vehicle I received. I called the last day to see if I could keep it one more day, and got a reasonable rate to do so.
The car was great at a very good rate. The only negative was we had prepaid for the car. When we followed the instructions on how to get our car the employee that was in the garage seemed completely clueless. He even asked us what type of car we were supposed to get. It did not cause a delay in getting the car it just left us scratching our heads and saying what the heck. Other than that it was a good experience and I will rent with Alamo again.
Let me start off by saying I am/was a frequent Alamo customer. I had an SUV rental set up for this week at a rate of $249 for 4 days and called to see if the same rate would apply if I picked it up a day earlier and returned it a day earlier. The agent asked for my reservation number to check the details. She then informed me that it was possible and that the rate was a little lower. I confirmed the dates, times and VEHICLE with her and told her to please make a NEW reservation. She promptly deleted the old reservation by just amending it to the new information. UNFORTUNATELY instead of a midsized SUV she clicked on midsized car and took me from a Rav4 to a Corolla and according to the specialist, James, there is no going back. He then turned it on me stating that yes, it was her fault but if the trip was so important I should just take the smaller car at the original rate of $249 or pay the new rate of $515 for the SUV and argue with Manchester staff when I pick it up. He said he had done as much as he was permitted by offering me 2 free days at some future date. I am done with Alamo.

Rented a car from Alamo at the Manchester, NH airport for approximately 1 week. Great experience from car pick up to return. The price was great and the car we picked up was super (Subaru Legacy). Overall I was very happy with my experience with Alamo in general and specifically this location.

Instead, they immediately upgraded us to an SUV at no additional cost. It was a wonderful surprise! All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely use Alamo again!

Rented an Intermediate car from Alamo for a week this month and was able to walk directly to my car without having to go to the counter. Several days later, I needed to add one more day onto my rental and had no problem whatsoever. Im a repeat customer because I know Alamo will take care of me.

Easy to pick up; given a choice, was able to get Altima (nice). Great mileage and low fuel consumption. Very smooth driving, could hardly hear the engine running. Pretty good rate/total considering MHT has really high add-on fees. Easy to turn in - $10 less than the quote.

I am an Alamo Insider member of many years and I had an unfortunate experience with my recent Alamo car rental. I arrived in Manchester, NH during the month of December. As the winter weather had begun and snow was forecast, I asked the agent at the Alamo counter if the cars available had front wheel drive and snow tires. I was assured that the available cars had both front wheel or four wheel drive and all had four season tires placed on them.I selected a midsize car for drive to Bethel, VT and our five day vacation. Upon arriving near Bethel, VT, snow storm had begun. The roads had turned white but they seemed manageable. However, once we proceeded climbing some elevated roads, the traction warning light appeared indicating that the wheels were slipping and losing traction. Ultimately, our car was slipping on the pavement and in one instance, we spent an hour digging our rental car out of a snow bank.When we returned the car to Alamo at Manchester Airport, it was confirmed that the car was not equipped with snow tires. In fact, the car which we rented had Virginia plates which should have been an indication that this car was not equipped for winter weather.Your airport branch manager was attentive to our expressed concerns and greatly discounted our charges. However, it should be noted that safety concerns were at issue and we were very fortunate not to have had more than just a great inconvenience.Thank you for considering my comments and taking corrective actions for your future customers.Glenn

She stopped helping other customer just to ask if i need anything and she said that and i quote You people look a like and she laughed!!That was quiet insulting for me and my wife!I went back to tell her that was inappropriate and unprofessional and she simply replied If you have any complains, then talk to my manager!!I was disappointed from ALAMO that they hire an unprofessional employer

Got to the airport and they were out of the car that we had signed up for. We were given an upgrade (brand new car with 140 miles on it) and left.Very polite and courteous staff. Typical of all our Alamo experiences.
Great experience renting an intermediate SUV in Manchester, NH. I liked being able to select from a number of excellent choices in my rental category, and was given good advice from the customer service rep as to which vehicle would best meet my needs. Recommended.
Rented a car from Manchester airport. It was a full sized car and that is not what we received. We had the choice of a dented Impala or a cheap little Jeep. We took the Jeep but it was a piece of junk. The attendant didnt give us any other choice and was not interested in pleasing us.

Rented a mid-size car from Alamo at the Manchester NH airport from 5/21 to 5/29. The counter folks were friendly and easy to work with. When I went to get the vehicle the attendant said there were no more mid-size and offered a free upgrade. This was a wonderful surprise as we were heading to Maine to visit kids and grandkids. We chose the Ford Transit and I must say we were more than pleased. The vehicle had 15 miles on it! Yup, brand new. We had an awesome time with the kids and grandkids and were able to sightsee together, what a blessing. When we returned the car, the attendant was friendly and thorough. She was an absolute delight. Thank you Alamo!!!! See you next time :)

Picking up the car was a mess - had to go through the whole application process a second time even though I had submitted all information online. After the delay at the counter, then had to wait a long time for a car, as they did not have cars and had to wait in a line which had renters for all the car rental services. Finally got a car, and then received a call a couple days later from the Alamo agent because they werent sure which car I was driving. To say they dont have their act together is an understatement.

Everyone I dealt with was wonderful at this location. The reasons I did not give 5 Stars:1. Reserved Intermediate SUV through Costco Travel for about $216, Called Alamo (Main #) to add satellite radio which brought the total up to $249. However once they made the change my reservation price jumped to $709 on line. So I called customer service back, had to wait to speak to a supervisor. She identified there was a glitch in the system that caused the error and put a note on the reservation that it should be $249, but she could not update my on-line resv or email me this information.2. I emailed Alamo Customer service and asked if they could confirm my $249 rate, which they did. So I was happy I had it in writing - not sure why they could not initially email that to me3. I go to pick-up my Intermediate SUV and there are non left (I was one of the last ones in and they were sold out). All they had were minivans. I was going on a big road-trip so I wanted a vehicle with good gas mileage, the minivan cost me almost $80 more in gas than the small SUV would have.4. They wanted to charge me for an extra driver when I was adding my mother. I had to point out that the resv was booked through Costco so there is no extra driver fee.5. I return the minivan early and they handed me the receipt which showed I was being charged over $600, so again I need to speak with someone. The person who could fix it was away from the desk, but she called me 15 mins later and left a msg that the issue was fixed and she adjusted it back to the $249 rate, but since I had an extra driver she added that fee on. So I had to call them back and explain that I reserved through Costco and there should not be an extra driver fee. The person I spoke with said he saw that on the reservation and adjusted it back to the right price.So the people were all nice and helpful but the process needs some work and if Alamo has to switch you to a car with poorer gas mileage from what you reserved, there should be some sort of adjustment.I will still rent from Alamo in the future. Overall I think they do a great job, but I was not thrilled with this particular experience.
NOT IMPRESSED!!!! Charged me an additional $70 because they didnt have the car I reserved, but worse than that is the car is COVERED in whiteish paint spots! I have to go to a funeral with a polka dotted car:(

No problems. Long walk from baggage to rental desk. Confusion leaving airport. NH and New England is loaded with toll roads and bridges, but desk clerk never mentioned the need for an EZ pass because there are no cash only lanes. So if you go thru the EZ pass lane there is a $3.95 fee, plus toll cost, plus fees, so that a 50 cent toll now cost you $5.00. A total rip off.

Awful experience! rented a vehicle through expedia at a great rate and purchased expedias car rental insurance, then given a car to pick up at Alamo. Paid Alamo the expedia agreed rate upon pick up. Got into an accident ( car backed up onto our rental) while on vacation,yet because we purchased the expedia insurance and not the Alamo they charged us $200 deductible. To get that deductible back they want a police report from PR, the collision repair report and estimate from the repair facility- ALL impossible to get from the US. On top of that we had the vehicle an extra day and had called and verified we would be paying the same daily rate given by expedia- wrong ! They charged us $97 for 1 day. They a bunch of scammers
We landed at 12:50 am and the rental guy gave us a free upgrade from a sub compact to a Prius. I like this because we saved alot on gas. He also threw in a toll pass which saved alot on tolls.
