Very mad at the lady at the desk. We have been traveling for almost 12 hrs and just wanted to get a car and go to the hotel. She did not talk much. Only thing she said was you have been denied for the over $600 deposit. I said I did not know anything about it. She just looked at me. She did not try to help or anything. I did not know u had to have a fortune to go to Hertz. Thanks for nothing
