They are always professional and friendly! And I love that there is no surprise cost/hidden fees! They let you know the total amount upfront for a procedure unlike other dental offices I’ve been to. I definitely recommend them! 100%

Dentist Hassan was checking the work of the hygienist Christine. He suggested that I have to take my wisdom teeth out or he will refer me to a specialist to do gum surgery. He proceeded to explain it in a simple terminology, then stated that his explanation was not registering with me, after he was done he left and I felt insulted by these words that I did not understand what he was explaining, his comments are degrading and uncalled for. I have always felt this doctor was condescending towards his patients and I think that one of the reasons I have seen Dentists come and go and don’t stay at his practice more than months at a time.I will never return to this practice due to this ignorant Dentist.The hygienists are amazing, and so is the front desk. But Hassan, is absolutely terrible. Comes in, fidgets around in my mouth for 5 seconds, and leaves. Collects his money. He is useless.

This was my very first visit at Manassas smiles. I was referred by a friend who goes here already. Everyone was so pleasant and polite. I got in and out with no problem. I had Kristin as my RDH and she was really sweet and amazing. I met Dr. Han briefly, and he seemed cool too. I’ll definitely be going back, and plan to make this my permanent place.

I was in excruciating pain the night before I made an appointment and was in desperate need to get in the same day to get a tooth extraction. Manassas Smiles staff was able to get me in immediately after I called them. They gave me personalized and quality medical attention. I had to take my 1 and a half year old to the appointment and they were so attentive to his needs, keeping him entertained while I had my procedure done. I havent been to the dentist in years and the doctors and staff made me feel comfortable. I think their prices are pretty reasonable if you dont have insurance. I have a followup procedure next week so well see how that goes.

I’ve been going to Manassas Smiles for almost 2 years now. Every time I have been there I’ve received excellent customer service. The Doctors and Staff are astonishing when it comes to taking care of their clients.

Great cleaning, but watch out for scheduling. Needed to come back for a deep clean, but no slots available until April 20 — that’s 3 months from now! Was called and offered a slot much closer to today. All is good now! 5-stars...

I didnt go to this clinic for any service recent two months but they charged me $24 without any description on 06/21.Their staff just contacted me to double check it and tried to fix this issue. Hopefully, they can win a honest customer deal. After a few minutes, office send me my bill of insurance with no any owe fees. I would try my next deep clean service. On 07/13/2021 I scheduled an appointment for filling the same day afternoon. When they finished filling my teeth, I only have a little painful on the left of tongue due to a small part hurt during service. And after almost 5 hours, I can start to chew and eat little food. I would update again.

It took longer to get my prescription from CVS than actually extracting my tooth.Dr Hassan is well experienced DDS. I recommend him and his office for all dental needs.

Just one minor complaint if the staff in the back could wear their face shield next time, I only seen one lady wearing it. I’m super happy with the visit. Very well organized office, the staff are polite and communicate well. The Doctor ( I met with Dr. Hassan ) was very helpful explaining what needs to be done. I wish I had gone to them for my previous dental work.

First apt since COVID started and I was a bit uncertain, but even before I walked in the staff put me at ease. Calling the day before to explain the safety precautions for check-in. Hygienist and Dr both wore 2 masks ( n95 AND surgical) plus a face shield and surgical scrubs.Everything was spotless and the process was very smooth...a bit longer than normal, but for good reason.Thanks for putting me at such ease!

This is an AMAZING office! From the front office staff to the hygienists and dentists, everyone was friendly, professional and kind. It was also extremely clean and organized for sanitary and safe procedure. I definitely felt safe in the office even amongst a COVID-19 pandemic.I was squeezed in for an emergency visit even though their schedule was extremely limited. And I was kindly offered financial solutions when I found out I had a gap in my insurance.Manassas smiles will definitely be my dentistss office from here on out. Great dentists are hard to find, but this office is definitely a keeper!

Ive been a patient at this practice for over 3 years. All of the staff from the front to the back are very professional and make the dental experience less tense. I have had a root canal and two crowns done at this office. Ive never experienced any complications or extreme discomfort after none of my visits. Today, I my invisalign appointment I was in and out in an hour. Even with an extensive step by step explaination and practice putting aligners on and off. I would higly recommend this practice.

Great COVID protocols in place! I called upon arrival, waited in my car, went inside when told to do so and was taking directly to my room after being asked to wash my hands and my temp was taken. Hygienist Kristie was great as always. Didnt have to wait long for Dr. Hassan to come do his quick check-in and then I was done! In and out in 30 min.

Have you ever feared going to the dentist? I always have until I went to this dentist office. The staff are amazing. They patiently talk you through what your dental options are. They respect your hesitations and will work with you being always mindful of your budget. The front office people are extremely helpful and kind. The dental assistants are gentle and do a great job at cleaning the teeth. The dentists are very thorough and take time to explain what they are doing. Even my grandchildren now love going to this dental practice. I have not had a bad experience in my almost 3 years of going here.

I came here for my first visit and was treated with great care. I was first concerned with how my experience would be attending during Covid but once I arrived, my worries went away . The facility is extremely clean and the dental professional that performed my cleaning explained that everything was sanitized. He did a great job explaining the entire dental process and the dentist was very nice too. I would recommend this place .

THE best experience I have ever had at a dental office! I have been to both offices and each visit truly blew me away. Everything is sparkling clean and the staff is super welcoming and professional. I could feel their warmth and smiles even from behind their masks ;) For my first visit, I received a cleaning (THE BEST CLEANING) the dental hygienist was so thorough. He took his time explaining each step and provided some really helpful tips (rinse after coffee!) My second visit was just as exceptional. I had an appointment with Dr. Hassan for teeth refinement (currently undergoing Invisalign treatment) and I couldn’t have been more happy with the results. I even got a little choked up, I really loved what he was able to accomplish. I’ve had some pretty awful past experiences so I am beyond grateful to have found this practice. I highly recommend! 5 stars just isn’t enough :)

This was my first visit to a dentist in way too long. Joseph and Dr. Marc made me feel at ease. You can tell they care about their patients. Joseph explained everything he was doing and was very informative about the steps I need to take for my dental health, without being judgmental or condescending. The whole staff was very nice and never made me feel dumb about any of the questions I had, especially the woman who helped me setting up my next appointments who name I unfortunately did not remember. She broke down my dental information in a very easy way and never made me feel insecure about not understanding how dental insurance works. I have had issues in the past with going to the dentist. It used to be such an overwhelming experience that I no longer wanted to even try, so I am very happy that a friend recommended Manassas Smiles. I can fully say Im looking forward to my next appointment. I also appreciated the measures theyve taken for COVID.
