Came in for a routine cleaning no pain or issues with my teeth; new to the area. Was referred to an outside source for root canal, keep in mind: no issues no pain. The dentist nor front desk gave me any information besides needing to go outside of the practice. My previous dentist (too far away after moving) had already quoted this procedure at 600.00 of which was to be done at the dentist but not mandatory. However, I did go to the referred location and got the root canal but was floored when I was told I had to go back to the dentist to get the crown, 500 dollars later. The dentist at thislocation stated it should have been common sense that I was going to a specialist and the were only doing the root canal. Then priced the crown at almost 1,000 dollars. Thi location gives no information to make an informed and understood decision; crooks. Should have drove the hour back to my dentist.

What more can you ask for from an excellent dentistry team?!Ive experienced several dental offices from California to Virginia. And I must say, Liberia Dental Care is by far the best... of the best. We were greeted by Girly who had full of energy and super nice. She had gone above and beyond for us especially with our initial encounter and personal request. The waiting area had two air filters, which made us feel COVID-free already. The hygienist called us one-by-one, when we noticed each of clinical staff wore a high quality air filtered helmet that can even be used to prevent Ebola. My hygienist, Susie, was out of this world. Her thoroughness and unhurriedness were more than excellent. Dr. Babu entered the room and explained the outcome of my xray very well. Becky at check-out was kind, too. I cant wait to visit again in 6 months. Overall, A++++ in my book. Well done, team! Well done.

Liberia Dental has a wonderful staff and they are really doing a great job with Covid precautions. Their office has air filters in each station, suction mouth guards and they wear really cool PPE. If you have do go to the dentist, this is the place to go.

I called last minute for pain in my tooth, immediately they scheduled me in and then rescheduled the same day for a root canal procedure. Not only were the staff incredible, but the assistants and dentists were fantastic! Their facility and execution of cleanliness and COVID guidelines for safety were outstanding! I highly suggest this dental group!

I recently moved to Manassas and had to switch my dentist. I chose this office based on reviews and a mailing that I received. My overall experience here was great. From Becky who assisted me with my intake forms and Ruth who did my xrays. Everyone was friendly and the doctor actually went over my scans on a monitor and made sure I understood. Liberia Dental Care has completely changed my view on dental appointments. An annual visit I used to dread became a time and place that I looked forward to. Not only are the staff all extremely warm and welcoming, but everyone genuinely takes note of you as a patient. Often assistants and doctors refer to you by name. And if youre like me - someone who has become a frequent visitor because of braces - they remember to ask about college and life.They are always there to answer questions and walk me through my treatment plan.As someone comes from a bilingual family it is also comforting to know that some of the staff are also bilingual. I can see the comfort this gives to some patients to speak in a native language.I am no longer a random blip on someones time table but a person.Aside from being so cheerful and kind, the staff and doctors are also extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming and accessible. This has made the trek from Tysons something worthwhile. For such an positive experience and such great care and advice it is definitely worth it.

My kids are all a little nervous about the dentist but Dr. Babu and the assistants took their time and didn’t force my kids to do anything. Liberia Dental has the most wonderful staff! You are always greeted by the friendly receptionists and the hygienists make sure you are comfortable and feel at ease (Lynn is awesome, by the way). If you think all dentists are like Orin Scrivello, a nod to Steve Martin’s Little Shop of Horrors role, you will be relieved to hear that Dr. Babu has the gentlest touch. X-rays are done at the chair and examined on the computer screen, each chair has own tv screen, reception area has a tv, small area corner for children, and drinks available. Highly recommend Liberia Dental!!

I was very excited to come to this office. Very close to my house. When I called to schedule the appointment for my husband and son the receptionist was very friendly. I asked how much was the cleaning she said $99 with exam and xray! Before hanging up I made sure the $99 included the cleaning which she reassured me it did.Appointment day comes in and we showed up signed some papers and paid up front per receptionist. They called my son 1st then husband. Dr and nurse were very friendly. Done with my son then they moved on with my husband. After the exam they said my husband had periodontal disease and they weren’t not going to be able to do his regular cleaning as scheduled mine you it was covered on the $99. I left before they were done because I had to pick up my baby for daycare and hubby stayed.Well they point was that he needed to come back a few more times and total was going to be over 3k which I almost died when my husband called me to tell me.I callee them furious asking what happened why wasnt the regular cleaning done as requested and they said because of the periondontal disease. They were goinf to speak with a manager and call me back. Tess call me back and said she told me about that previously to the visit which is not true because if I knew before I wasnt going to waste my time and money knowing the cleaning wasnt going to be done. Basically she called back to tell me nothing wasn’t gonna get done and they pretty much stole my $99. Very disappointed . I will not recommend this place at all if you want them to call you liar and to keep your money. Save it.

We were looking for a new Dentist as ours was no longer accepting our insurance. Liberia Dental was recommended to us by friends. After checking all the great reviews, we called the front office to make a new patient appointment for semi annual cleaning/check up for our 7 year old. They front office staff were courteous and accommodative of our schedules to get us in without a huge wait time. We did not have insurance details when making the appointment, and they diligently followed up prior to make sure they had the information so check in would be easy. On the day of the appointment, we showed up on time and were checked in promptly. The hygienist chatted up with my son and immediately made him feel at ease while the full range x rays were taken and he was seated soon after for cleaning. She did a good job and talked him through the process whole time even though my kid was way too excited to be watching his favorite show on TV to mind. The premises were extremely clean and staff changed gloves out when working with equipment and stepping out. We learned at this time that my kid needed an extra tooth extracted. Dr.Babu went over the x-ray and recommended nitrous oxide followed by novacaine. She also suggested dental caps on four molars that could all be worked same appointment when scheduled. We were worried parents and sensing so, she spent sometime explaining this over again to us and sent us home with printed material to read up on. We scheduled for the extraction a few days later and almost as soon as the procedure began, realized that our son was in the best hands possible. Dr. Babu was extremely patient with the kid and he barely twitched for the first injection. He did not feel anything else after. We went sent home with some treatment instructions and someone from the staff called the following day to check on him. My son did not need tylenol for that night and recovery was pretty uneventful which is GREAT. Hands down would recommend the practice. Dr. Babu is great and so are her support staff. We are extremely happy with them.

Dr. Babu makes time for her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure that the patient is happy. Going to the dentist isnt fun but Dr. Babu makes it not suck. Dr. Babu took care of my problem with little pain and provided a valuable advice for an implant plan to replace my temporary denture I was using at that time.After my satisfied visit, I recommended Liberia Dental Care for my family. My wife and children came out more satisfied after their visit. Dr. Babu correctly diagnosed the exact teeth that was the cause for the pain my wife was experiencing for a long time even after visiting other dentists before. No more pain now.I was suffering with my temporary partial denture for last 5 years, having trouble in eating and with speech. I was postponing my permanent implant due to high cost of quote received from various places. Liberia Dental Care offered me a reasonable quote and got my implant done 4 months ago. UPDATE* I CALLED AGAIN STATING I WAS IN PAIN AND THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME SHE WOULD CALL ME IN AN HOUR. I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE AFTER I CALLED BACK BECAUSE I RECIEVED NO CALL! INSTEAD LF WORRYING ABOUT MY TREATMENT SHE WANTED TO KNOW WHY I LEFT A REVIEW!! ARE YOU SERIOUS? A REVIEW, SHE WAS LITERALLY ON THE PHOME TRYING TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THJS REVIEW. MY MOTHER WHO WAS LISTENING AS THE RECEPTIONIST WAS ON SPEAKER WAS JUST AS SHOCKED AS ME! DO NOT GO HERE! AWFUL SERVICEDo not like this place. Broke a tooth and it ended up being infected and had to take antibiotics. I was told I had to be referred to an oral doctor. Well their first available was a week later. In the meantime I am supposed to take antibiotics. The pain is so intense and she prescribed me motrin 800. I took it for a day and have absolutely no relief, I am in so much pain and I called the dentist back and tell her i need something stronger because I make it a week with the amount of pain Im in. The receptionist tells me she is going to ask the doc and call me back within the hour. Well 4 hours later no call and I call back all to be told they cant do anything for me!!!! What do you mean?!? Yes the office is clean and the receptionist is nice but the bedside manner so this dentist was awful. No compassion and another reason why I dont like the dentist. Never going here again
