This is the worst dental clinic ever. My mom and me went to go get a tooth removed and they got us in and checked out but then when I’m in the room she stops me and tells me what is it that is going on with my teeth and I tell her and she tells me she has to go talk to my mom and then says that I won’t be able to do that today. It has happened all the times I’ve went there. They’ve always made up something the day I’m there and then I have to reschedule.

I cant say enough good things about this place! I was nervous to go after not seeing a dentist in so long, but they took excellent care of me. Friendly, fast, and painless. Dr. Kim is great!

Dr. Kim and his staff in the Manassas office are amazing! I have an immense fear of dentists. After hearing this; Dr. Kim and his assistant immediately went out of their way to help me relax and feel comfortable. I trust them 100% and readily recommend this office to anyone looking for a team that will treat you well!

My daughter has been a patient here for three years now. She has always had a great experience with the providers here. Recently, she needed fillings and was very nervous about it. Dr. Kim and Alexia were great with her and she left with a good experience overall! She now tells everyone how she got fillings and “it wasn’t even scary”.

Firstly, y’all need to know I am petrified of having any kind of dental work completed - even a routine check up and cleaning require me taking calming meds so I don’t have a full on panic attack. Imagine my panic upon suffering with excruciating toothache - you know, the one that feels like it has its own heartbeat...I made an emergency appointment, and they got me in the same day. Alexia, the dental hygienist, was so calm and understanding and put me at ease. She explained to Dr Kim my fears and he also was calm and patient with me. Honestly, Alexia and Dr Kim went above and beyond, offering me different solutions (IV sedation, oral sedation etc) and called other dental surgeons to see if they could get me in. I ended up electing oral sedation for same day treatment with Dr Kim (but only after he and Alexia were satisfied that I had safe transportation to and after the procedure) and I LITERALLY remember nothing about the procedure. I cannot thank them enough for getting me through this and the after care!! Wonderful practice and people!

Went here 4 months ago and got charged for root canal which didn’t happen. These people don’t care about your teeth they love to scam customers

Amazing staff! Came here as a new patient and everyone seems to really care about the patients. Angela and Erika at the front desk were so welcoming and friendly! I pretty much laughed the whole time! Great people and a beautiful office. Everything is very clean and orderly. Will definitely be coming back here. :)

My family and I LOVE this dentist office! We have get done several procedures and they always play around with the financial costs to help us out. Ive never felt my teeth so clean after a cleaning before. They are gentle and adapt to every specific need. Im a bit sensitive (since forever) and they are extra gentle with me, and still same quality of service. They even have water and coffee outside for everyone. The staff is very friendly and respectful, they always remember us and ask for my little one. The doctor is beyond great! He always remember us. The staff, and even the doctor walk us out the door in every visit. My father is retired from the dentist field, and he agreed that my treatments have been great and very high good quality.If youre looking for dental services come to this office, you wont regret! If youre a bit further, trust me, its worth the drive!

The front disk staff are supper nice and know the customer services very well they are well manner people! They both know how to provide customer services! The facility is supper clean and nice inside, The doctor and the nurses are all great and know what they are doing! You won’t be disappointed.

I have been a patient at the Manassas ISmile dental office for two years now. Dr. Sandu is a great dentist. He has replaced a few of my crowns and I have been happily satisfied with his work. The office staff is extremely competent and always provides me with detailed payment and insurance info for treatment plans. Ericka is great scheduling appointments and working you in. The hygienists use the latest technology and are very gentle with cleanings. I ❤️ this place!!

Extremely disappointed with their service. Was charged for unfinished services. Would highly recommend not going to this dentist, they will rip you off. I came in for two root canals.. they finished one that day, but when I left I was still in a lot of pain so I went to a specialist to finish my second one. Come to find out these people charged me a whole bunch of money for an unfinished root canal. So I now owe double the amount of money on something that wasn’t even done. We asked several times for a refund but they refused. They also told us we were not allowed to contact the person in charge of finances.. which was really shady. Really bad experience. Now I’m in debt thanks to these people.

If there is less than one, they are very bad clinic. they want your money. they will say you need to fix this ... you have to do that ...i went to other doctor that only cleaning and check after they ask for crown and deep clean for my teeth.stay away from this clinic. they are looking to your money not your health.

The dentist is informative, all of my appointments are comfortable, everyone is happy always smiling and you can tell they like each other. Appointments are easy as there are mornings afternoon and evening.

My husband and I just started going here and we LOVE it. They are so kind and helpful. I have jaw pain and they were so patient and gentle during my cleaning. Other places I have been to get frustrated when I need brakes but the people at iSmile were so sweet. Going to the dentist generally makes me cringe but I actually don’t mind going now. Great people, very very clean, and great work. So happy we found them.

My wife and I had a great experience at iSmile in Manassas, Va. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed, the staff and everyone we encountered were very friendly. Even the kids were put at ease when they wanted to visit mommy and daddy in the dentist chair. We chose this location because of how close it was to us and the hours of operation BUT we will continue to come back here because of the people working there! :)

Excellent place and all the staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Sandhu is an excellent and very professional dentist who took care of me and did the best job ever with my filling. He was very gentle, didnt rush and was always caring about my well-being. He is a very honest dentist who cares about the patient oral health and well-being and not about making money at the expense of lying to patients about unnecessary treatments.

My first visit with ismile dental care was very pleasant! It had been years since I had my last dental appointment and was quite nervous! Angela, Nicole and Dr. Randu we’re all informative and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. I will be scheduling my next appointment hopefully soon!

Although I hate the thought of having to go to the dentist, I have to say my experience at iSmile Dental Care in Manassas changed my perspective. From the warm pleasant welcoming to the final “have a great day”.. nothing less then AMAZING. The staff if very nice and make you feel comfortable in all ways. The assistants and Dr. Sandhu are very knowledgeable and I appreciate them explaining the consequences of anything I might not understand without marking me feel bad. The whole team as a whole are fantastic. Clean environment, professional, and efficient. Definitely will be recommending this location, thanks to the team at iSmile of Manassas.

My husband and I have been going to the Manassas office since they opened. They are awesome. Always willing to reschedule when needed. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and informative. I have never had a better dental experience.

Its my third visit now and I could not be more happy with a Dentist and staff!My temp crown fell off and they were still open, they got me taken care of quickly. Its hard to find a dentist and staff that you like so I am so happy I tried this office. I highly recommend them.

Weve been with Dr. Sandhu for several years - LOVE everything about this office . I did have one dental hygienist that was unusually rough but she was gone before I had a chance to complain! Otherwise the hygienists, Dr and admin staff are excellent. The entire team exhibits patience, kindness and weve never felt rushed or inconvenienced. If I had to come up with a complaint, they overkill on the reminders (emails, texts and calls) but Id rather have the reminders than none at all.

The worse dental office in manassas, I went to get my retainer to be bonded back and charged me $200. the retainer fell off a week after. I called them back and they said the retainer well not hold on I need to take it out. I went to another dentist and got the problem fixed . So I requested a refund and they told me it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get my refund back in my account. I called back multiple times to check on my refund I was told to check back again. After 3 or 4 months gone I was told I will not get the money back because I reported the problem 2 months later. These people are the worse.

The worest dental clinic i have ever seen. I went there 2 years ago & had deep cleaning I went there today for regular cleaning but finally end up to xray & the doctor told me to have deep cleaning other wise i will loose my tooth really fast. First that is not true. 2nd i shared him my opnion to have regular cleaning for today & have deep one after 3 or 6 monrhs but he refused to give me regular ceaning Service. First its not ethical and 2nd its all about descrimination. Sad!!

Ive been to many dental offices and this by far is the best one Ive been to. Friendly staff, clean and very knowledgeable. Highly highly recommended.

This review is about Dr. Sandhu. He is good for simple fillings etc but DO NOT use him for root canals. He did a root canal for me a few years ago and missed an entire canal. It cost me several thousand dollars to fix his mess and I was in the worst pain I have ever felt in my life because of his negligence.

I was there for Interview and worked for two days with them on 14th and 18th Dec, they said they would pay me for the work, but never did. After messaging and calling repeatedly, I’m still without a cent. I don’t know how people can pay for proper service in their dental office if their boss doesn’t pay her workers properly.

This dental office came through in a clutch situation! Same day emergency root canal right before my vacation. Extremely great!

Their administrative timeliness if much to be desired. Older receptionist agrues with you. Their dental work is lacking: I had simple cavities filled and my teeth are super sensitive. Ive never had sensitivity problems. Keep looking...

The staff there is amazing. I had two of my teeth taken out, and they were super nice to me.

I really hoped to gained a good experience going here but quite frankly it was the opposite. I would schedule my appointments for a specific date but they would always change it the last moment. It is a waste of my time and is so frustrating looking for another date that fits with my schedule. While the store is clean, it still lacks good customer service. Since it took them 20-30 minutes to even check me in. Bad experience overall.

This is by far the worst Dental experience I ever had. I initially scheduled an appointment with the Gainesville location for Friday 4/22/16 @9am. Three days before the appointment I received a phone call requesting that I go to the Manassas location instead, and I agreed. 1 day before the appointment I received two phone calls from them asking me to reschedule my appointment and move it either to the afternoon or to another date, because they are overbooked. I refused to reschedule and expressed my dissatisfaction with their service so far, and they hesitantly agreed to honor their initial appointment with me. On the appointment day, I was late by 15 minutes because I got lost getting there and arrived @9:15 am where I was told I was too late for my appointment and cant be seen in the morning. I was asked to come back in the afternoon or on a different day. I didnt want to argue with the receptionist, but now know they had their intentions set to cancel me and were looking for an excuse. Of course, I will never visit them again and will tell every family member and friend to stay away from this business. Please learn how to treat your customers with the respect they deserve. Remember, there is reason we make appointments, and that is because we want our appointments to be honored. If you have no space on your schedule, then dont accept new patients and make appointments. Terrible experience. If I could give you 0 stars, I would. You wasted my time.

I have finally found a Dentist office I really like and get consistently good service. I highly recommend them.

The dental work seems pretty good, they do pretty well with my daughter, but good luck if you ever need to call them. Getting them to answer the phone much harder than it needs to be.

I was charged a fee paid it in full no complaint but when my insurance negotiated a fee and informed me that I was due a refund there was a problem.

I totally disagree with the situation at the dental appointment that I had today at 6:00 pm. At 4:13 pm today I received an email reminding me of the appointment, at 5:55 pm I showed up at the office and after waiting for 10 minutes they informed me that my appointment had been canceled, without just reason. After 4 years of being patient it does NOT seem fair to me. Well, for the reason at the time of entering they would have notified me of the cancellation without reason and they would not have made me wait. I find it very unprofessional.
