Great on time service. The 22 ft. slip and slide was fantastic. The generator was quiet and lasted all day on a tank of gas. The whole experience was a HIT!!! I can highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Adventures!

Mid-Atlantic Adventures had great communication throughout the entire process. Set up and picked up on time, the generator lasted the entire day and the Fire N Ice Slide was a huge hit!

Had a really good experience all around. We rented a Frozen Moon bounce for my daughters birthday. Good communication throughout the process. They were more than willing to hop on the phone and go over options. Communicated clearly expectations of set up and what would happen day of event. The actual bounce house itself was awesome. Actually bigger than expected. Also it was obvious it had been througholy cleaned prior to arrivival. 10/10 would reccomend and will likely use again in the future.

I used Mid-Atlantic for my kids birthday party. The coordination for ordering and delivery was seamless! I do birthday parties every year and bounce houses are always a hit. I’ll be using Mid-Atlantic going forward for all of my events.

Rented a bounce house for my sons birthday party. They contacted me the day before to confirm delivery times, location instructions, and power requirements. On the day of the event they showed up on time, setup went smoothly and the bounce house looked/worked like new. More importantly, it was clear that the equipment had been cleaned which we were concerned about given covid. That said, the kids had an awesome time and I would definitely rent from them again.

Dylan from customer service is so helpful and wonderful he helped you step by step and will resolve any issues, which i had none, I rented from them twice and will be renting again, customer service on the field and in the office is just awesome! Our swim club rented the human foosball game last Sunday. The kids had a great time playing human foosball all day.I would like to especially thank Muhammad who set up the game and thoroughly explained how to balance the game depending on the number of kids playing and how to adjust the ropes/straps extending across the game depending on the age/experience of the kids.On a particularly hot day, Muhammad worked tirelessly and efficiently to set up the game and made sure that all my questions were answered. He was personable and professional.I also appreciated the quick response I received on Sunday from a Mid Atlantic Adventures customer service rep who responded to a question I had about the carabiners. Our swim club will rent the game again next summer.

The driver got lost, showed up two hours late, and the owner kept calling me very aggravated that they could not find my street. I live on a major street, also. He even accused me of giving an improper address. He was very rude. I rented from them for years. I will never again.

The worst services i ask the guy that came wheres Gary at and he never gave answer i ask hunter can we have Gary for our set up he said ok that should be no problem and Gary didnt show up. I recommend to all that use this business if you dont get Gary your party is going to be horrible he was on time.this other guy calls minutes before the party to say he will be late.terrible
