This year we were looking for something different for our annual community day than a moon bounce because of COVID-19. The Turbo Tubs and Trackless Train were great options and unexpected hit for the festival! Staff, specifically, Dylan was a pleasure to work with. Operators for the rides--a father and son team--John1 and John2 were an absolute joy and fun to have as operators especially encouraging people to ride. John2 had an extra safety conscience for prepping riders and while driving the train. Drove at a safe speed and instilled safety rules for each ride on the train. The Turbo Tubs and Trackless Train were such a great hit that we plan to reserve them for 2022. Both rides could accommodate all ages including adults, which was a plus. None of the children were afraid to ride even with an accompanying adult. Highly recommend Hop On Pops MoonBounce. They rent more than just a moon bounce...you get safety and peace of mind with your rental!

We rented a very large water slide in June for my son’s birthday. Less than an hour after it was inflated, the back zipper broke open on the bounce house and the whole thing collapsed — with our 3-year-old stuck inside. It was terrifying.Fortunately, our little boy was the only one using the slide at the time, we were standing in front of the slide monitoring him when it happened, and were able to quickly climb inside and get him out after he fell. He was using the slide as instructed and no one tampered with the slide — the zipper just burst with a loud pop while he was sitting on the unit.We initially couldn’t get anyone on the phone from the company, and when we finally got did, the gentleman was curt and less than apologetic. When he called us back later, he apologized and gave us a refund.

Staff is super nice, was calling multiple times to figure out when the moon bounce would get delivered, spoke to the manager and he didnt care offered a refund and had a snarky attitude and said he wouldnt go back out later that evening or Saturday morning then came at 1030 pm to pick the thing up. Moon bounce was clean. Only reason I am giving one star is the the back and fourth with the company and the manager.

From the moment I called until I finalized my rental agreement, Dylan was super nice, honest, helpful and informative. Exactly what I look for in great customer service and appreciating your customers not just the sale! I am thankful that he walked me through all their options and ways to make things more cost effective while still being able to rent a moon bounce for my childs birthday. My current review is based on customer service, I will return with review on overall rental experience and how easy or not it is to set up the moon bounce.

Just recently rented a moon bounce from Hop On Pops over the weekend and the kids had a blast! Jerry made the process easy and we did not run into any issues. This is my 2nd time renting from Hop On Pops and will continue to do so!

We have worked with Hop on Pops for 2 company events (multiple inflatables and a dunk tank). Our employees and their families absolutely love them each year and we will continue to work with them in the future! They are really communicative and easy to work with. The prices are great for the quality and service thats provided. The people who came to set up each year were very nice and professional!

We rented an inflatable obstacle course from Hop on Pops for a company event. The customer service staff were incredibly helpful with answering any of our questions and getting us a comprehensive contract with all the information we needed. The price was reasonable & very true to what was listed on their website. The day of staff who came to our office was incredibly friendly and helped make it a great event for our employees. I would highly recommend them & would be sure to use them again if the need came up.

Be prepared to get nickle and dimed, used them last year and had a similar issue where the up-charged because they only offered a newer version of a particular bounce house didnt tell me until after reservation.Its gotten worse now under new management they say that if the reservation is under $250 they add a delivery fee, despite advertising a discount for living in Prince William county and clearly labeled on there website that delivery fees only apply for orders under $185. Bait and switch and false advertising at its finest.

Customer Care is outstanding, from start to finish. They send over the forms right after your reservation, all can be done electronically. They give you reasonable drop-off and pick-up windows. They give local discounts, and prices are so reasonable.Equipment is very clean, they take care of everything. Thanks so much Hops and Pops, we will be using you guys for all of our Church Activities.

FABULOUS SERVICE! We rented a bounce house for my daughters 2nd birthday, and the entire process from reservation to delivery to pickup was seamless. This past weekend we had family in town and on the spur of the moment decided it would be fun to rent a bounce house for the kids to play with. The office was open on a Saturday and answered my call right away. Within an hour they had delivered and set up a bounce house in my back yard. Talk about service! Thank you so much for helping to make our weekend so wonderful.

We rented a large bouncy house for my daughters 11th birthday. On the originally scheduled date, it rained. We had NO problem changing the date to the following weekend. Much appreciated! VA Moon Bounce was great to work with. They kept in good touch with me via phone and email. They arrived right on time to set up the bouncy house. The delivery men were great. They patiently walked me through all the rules and instructions. It was just so easy and smooth. And, of course, the kids had a BLAST!!!! This is such a great idea for any party. Im *looking* for another reason to rent a bouncy house. And, this is the company Ill use.

All details are explained clearly before renting and all employees are pleasant when talking with them. Having too much on my plate, I tend to do everything in the 11th hour. At 4:00 pm on Friday I called to rent a bouncy house for my daughters birthday party on Sunday. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady who explained their procedure, prices and so on. Even though they close at 5:00, she made sure my reservation was done and assured me their crew will be there.I received a confirmation call on Saturday and a young gentleman did the delivery (right on time) on Sunday morning. They came, as promised, at 5:00 pm to pick up the products.I have them on my speed dial and will definitely use them again.BTW, the cotton candy machine was a success. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The attendants arrived right on time, and set everything up quickly. They monitored all the equipment, and were very pleasant and personable. The bounce house, popcorn machine, and cotton candy machine were clean and in good repair. This is our second year using Hop on Pops MoonBounce for our neighborhood events, and we will be back again-- this company is fantastic!

Four years ago the head of our community group said Lets sponsor snocones and a bouncy house for Glover Park Day. What did I know about moon bounces and snocones? I came across Hop On Pop and I think I went for them because of their Suess-like name. I am so happy I did!They have been our go to vendor for Glover Park Day the past four years.The equipment arrives when promised, their hardworking staff gets it set up and ready to go in record time. The equipment is in good working order and we are ready to go. When the event ends they are there to pick it up and take it down in no time. Their prices are very reasonable and it allows us to be able to make our limited dollars go even further.100% recommend them!

I have used Hop On Pops for the past 8 years for my home rentals and for events for my local elementary school. I have never been disappointed! They are incredibly responsive and reliable. Even the one year when there was an issue with equipment, they were VERY fast to resolve the problems we had - and frankly having had a problem just ONE time is almost unheard of! Great experience, they showed up on time and set everything up real quick. Service on the phone was really great as well.My only issue was that they didnt pick up that evening when they said they would, they picked up the next evening. Not really a problem, I mean we got to have a moonbounce for an extra day. But we were worried that we might get charged extra so I had to call them and ask them what was going on. They said the guy who was coming to pick it up couldnt get down the driveway, which is fine. Just maybe give me a call next time, keep me in the loop.With our big yard, we are definitely renting from them again.

If youre looking to have a moon bouce along with other party accessories setup then this is the perfect place to have as the vendor. The rep came right on time and without any ifs, ands, or buts set up everything perfectly and asked us if things were setup ok. The work was excellent and VA Moon Bounce rental delivered. Not only will I hire this company again, but one of our guests asked for their contact and took their business card from a pocket outside of the moon bounce after I had recommended them.

The moonbounce was awesome, the children loved it. Only issue we had was once we blew it up it was very dirty. I immediately called in and let the person know. Luckily my neighbor had an blower for my husband too barrow. He then blew all the leaves, capri suns packets and dirt out of the moonbounce. It even had sticky areas in there that we had too wipe out and sanitize before letting our little kids enjoy it. Driving 2 hours too pick it up, I just expected to receive better service :-( so with this incident happening and the managers not showing any concern about my situation this will be my first and last time renting here.. I contacted them many time but no response from nobody. But its totally fine. This just shows me the type of character the person is that actually runs this operation.

We rented one of the obstacle courses for our fall carnival. They arrived & picked when they said they would. The obstacle course was as described. We (the school) had power issues and the delivery person spent extra time working with us to get it fixed. We will definitely work with them again.

My HOA had an event in which we rented a Moon Bounce from Hop on Pops. We were so pleased with them that we have reserved other items available through them for another event at the end of the month. They are friendly and committed to providing the best product and service available. From the reservation clerk to the delivery and pickup staff, they were all amazing.They didnt just try to rent us a moon bounce they were sesitivity to our budget and our requirements to ensure we picked out the appropriate item to make our event successful.
