As usual... Only 2 people working in the store but its 2:45pm on a Tuesday, n I was in / out... Fast

This is not one of the better ones. The variety of items is mediocre but the biggest problem was they only had 1 cashier during a busy time on a weekend. Ridiculous!

I am so happy to have found a DT! I just moved to LoCo from Alexandria and I had to go to MD for one. This one is close to where we now live and has a good selection as well as was very clean and organized.

Its the dollar store everythings a Dollar. You get what you pay for the quality is not going to be fantastic, but there are definitely items that its nice to not pay too much money for, gift bags tissue paper cards party supplies, things you were going to use once and throw away anyway.

Dont expect the employees to give you a warm and fuzzy welcome, but this place usually has a good stock of items and I can get in and out fairly quickly.

This was the dirtiest store I have ever seen. Some things on the floor were stuck and unrecognizable. Trash all over the floor. Im tempted to go back just to post pictures. Management where are you? Im calling corporate. Absolutely disgusting.. I will never go back.

The dollar tree in Bull Run Plaza sucks!!! The mgmt there will see how long the line is backed up and wont get on register herself to help out. They always have one cash register open and its not fair to the costumer to have to wait so long when there are other workers that can help. Its getting ridiculous now bc she got snippy with my husband when he asked for another cashier to open.

I was in Dollar Tree the weekend before Christmas. The store was crazy! There were alot of empty shelves and the store was a mess, but I still managed to find everything I was looking for and got friendly help to boot! Considering the time of year, it didnt bother me that the store wasnt perfect - customers tear up the stores faster than you can put it back together! Its a never ending cycle. Considering what they were up against the staff had the store under control. The message was just misplaced dressing.

My all time favorite store. My go to store!

I came to check out and put my stuff on the belt then the girl decided to shut off her light and tell my to take my belongings to another register that she was now closed I was like really? You waited until I sat down my things? She then proceeds to walk away for no reason to do nothing then comes back turns back on her light and starts checking people out again within not even 1 min. No-one was smiling everyone seemed like they hated life and they were all rudeI hate bad customer service.

One star because I’m super madEverything was wel but when I go to check out the cashier name I believe is kenishua or keniqua was so rude she didnt say hello she didn’t tell me how much my total was I had to look at the register and give her my money she didn’t say here’s your change or tell me how much my change was she was just so rude would hate to have her as cashier again.
