Carlos & his crew were quick & efficient. The bedrooms carpet was dirtier than I expected. They showed me where the dogs had left some urine droplets around (yuck!) The carpets turned out perfect. We had them come back to work on the urine stains in our upstairs foyer & stairwell carpet. WOW! We have tried numerous carpet cleaning companies over the years. Carlos worked hard and was very proud to present a fresh carpet for us. We will have him come back for our upholstery!

They did a wonderful job on our entire house - all bedrooms, stairs, rec. room and a recliner. All, way overdue! And all have been brought back to life. Smells clean and was also sanitized. Great service and team. Needed a move-out carpet cleaning plus pet urine spot cleaning. I called the company when I wanted to schedule the cleaning to ask about adding a pet urine spot treatment in addition to a coupon I had purchased separately and the spot treatment check and estimate was scheduled for a few days before the actual carpet cleaning. The technician came out, looked at the area with the blue light, and gave me his estimate. I paid the amount and the spot treatment was taken care of. The spot treatment had to work its magic for a four days before the carpet cleaning, so he returned after the weekend to run the cleaning machine.The carpets look immaculate and brand new and I highly recommend this company for its carpet cleaning expertise. I read reviews for several carpet cleaning companies before I purchased the coupon because I wanted to find the best company for cleaning pet urine and stains in general and this company was, by far, the best overall.Marco was very friendly and personable and was easy to work with.Highly recommended!

When I required a minor change to the plan for the crew to gain access to the property, Carlos was very responsive via text and made coordination easy. Ultimately, I didnt need to drive from out of town to meet them. They handled the job flawlessly (my landlord checked) and offered multiple remote payment options. I couldnt have been more pleased all the way around.

Weve used Stevens ChemDry for some time now. Last week the owner, Carlos, came to do the service. We were delighted with the results. We had covered part of the carpet with a builders protection film, which left a sticky residue. The area looked soiled; the problem was obvious. Before starting the job, Carlos advised us that some dark sports would likely stay on the carpet, but he did such a thorough job that the whole carpet looks brand new. We will continue to use the services offered by Carlos company in the future.

Carlos is a true professional. He did what he said he would do with outstanding results. We had some serious pet stains that had been imbedded in some of our rugs for quite a while. DO NOT use this company. I am aware that not all stains will come out of a carpet but the carpet actually looked worse than when we left it. It was very obvious that after we let them in and left a cleaner never touched that carpet. There was still crumbs on the ground in one room. One of the stains they supposedly couldn’t get out was sidewalk chalk. I told the owner I could get it out if I really tried he said why don’t you I’ll give you $100 off. I replied what exactly did I pay you for then. He replied do it yourself then. My fiancée got on to try to get the owner to at least look at the work his crew did and he called her a liar claiming she was only looking to get a service done for free. There was no service done and the owner only refunded half claiming corporate wouldn’t let him do anymore. I called all numbers associated with this business..there is no corporation. It was the owner I talked to the entire time. I told him I’m not looking for a handout I just want him to come see the job his crew did and fix it. On top of the 150 I still paid his crew for doing nothing I will now have to replace the carpet since it was a move out and there was no time to hire someone new. I explained even when I vacuum my carpet you can see lines from where a vacuum went over it. He said he had no idea what I was talking about by “lines”...I’ve had carpet cleaned before I’m not an idiot. Update...this owner also responded on Yelp saying he offered to come out and fix it. I have texts of him refusing to come out. The stain was eventually removed using a store bought cleaner. See Yelp for photo proof of everything.

We did a carpet cleaning for the house we just moved into. The previous owner had cats and I wanted to remove all the hair since I am allergic. They came in, I told them exactly what I wanted done, and they gave me an amount before they started anything. They were very professional and walked me through everything. I highly recommend!

I have used Stevens Chem Dry multiple times in the last 15 years. Mostly when buying and selling homes. They always do a great job and are very professional and flexible. I would not hesitate to use them again. A few months ago because of a short turn around with scheduling I contracted another popular carpet cleaning service to clean my daughters condo before sale. I was very disappointed and ended up having Stevens Chem Dry come out and do the cleaning although it was just a month later.I have recommended Carlos to neighbors and my real estate agent.

I had quite a smooth and pleasant experience with them. They called right back when I provided my information and interest on their site, called on their way to the appointment (which they showed up to on schedule), and they had the job done in about an hour (cleaned a 12x18 area rug and two sofas). The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is the sofas didnt come out as sparkling bright as I had hoped for. But they are definitely better than before, so again, a very pleasant overall experience with Stevens and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We are moving into a new home, and the carpets were a serious disaster, but with having to get new appliances, the budget just wasnt there for new carpet. We figured might as well get them cleaned so we at least know theyre clean even if they look dingy. Well, they now look brand new!! I regret not taking before and after pictures, because WOW, what a difference!!! We are shocked at how clean they look and feel!! Seriously, they even got out a dark purple (what appeared to be nail polish) stain, and we have no clue how long that had been there. We couldnt be more pleased with this entire process! I booked online, and immediately got a call to confirm scheduling. They called a few days before to confirm again, and then Marco called when he was about 15 minutes away, so lots of communication and we were never left wondering about anything, which was very nice. They were done in a little over an hour, which was fantastic. Everyone we spoke with was exceptionally kind, and Marco and his team mate were so pleasant and professional. We would highly recommend them and wont hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very pleased with the service I received. Had our microfiber sectional cleaned. With 8 children, it was in desperate need of a deep clean. After it had dried, it looked brand new and smelled great. Also had some area rugs cleaned and they were able to get out the red Hawaiian dirt that had been unable to get out before. Very professional service. Highly recommend.

Awful customer experience. I was on a tight timeline. They scheduled for a particular day and then called to reschedule, which was frustrating. Then on the day of the cleaning, they come to by condo and say that they cant find parking and will have to leave. What?? What kind of service is that. Maybe they shouldnt operate in DC and stick to the suburbs. Terrible customer service

WHAT A RIP OFF. I just moved in to a high end apartment in Reston VA. They promised a deep cleaning with bacterial spray. All they did was a light spray… Similar to spraying round-up on weeds, and then used a commercial style floor buffer to create light foam. And then used a buffer again with a slight sponge pad to supposedly extract all the dirt from the carpet. No rinsing of the pad — nothing for 400 Sq ft of carpet. They call this a deep clean, as if somehow carbonation is going to push all the dirt to the surface. What a joke. I ended up paying another commercial cleaner to come in the following day, and amazing amounts of dirt came out in their canister after the cleaning. carpets— which now look great and actually seem clean. When I challenged the tech from Stevens Chem-dry about where was the “heated” deep cleaning, “all you did was buff my carpets”, he kept saying, “hey man, I told you exactly what you where going to get - a deep clean, with anti-bacterial”...I kept saying where is the deep clean...— with a buffer pad??? It’s no wonder it dries quickly, They don’t do anything. They also wanted $350 (beyond $99 total initial quote) additional per room additional for some supposed pee stains from a previous tenant’s dog. They used a black light for this... can you imagine a pee stain in a perfect triangle shape, and in all of the closets?? They must have been running a kennel in this high end apartment. HAH. The only reason I called these guys is I was on short notice and the original cleaners had set me up on the wrong day. After the ”cleaning”, I could find no evidence online supporting this process… Only fake news from Chem-dry sponsored web sites.

The men who came to do the cleaning were very professional. There was one spot on sofa that seems to grow. I called and the first person was very nice and sent a follow up. When the spot got larger, the next person on the phone was close to rude. However, the person who showed up was very professional. However, the spot spread a bit more. I gave up.

Awful, will not use again. First the man that cleaned the carpets tried to upsell me a deeper cleaning but wanted me to pay him in cash. Obviously this was money for him and I said no.i should have cancelled then but unfortunately I did not. Then when he was cleaning the hallway and 3 bedrooms he rammed my newly painted baseboards many times ( painted 3 months ago) and they are scuffed now ( alot of them) and I will have to pay to get them painted because they look horrible. Very disappointed.

Quick service! I thought the carpets were cleaned very thoroughly. My sectional couch was quite dirty and I had hoped it would look a lot cleaner when it was done.

The guy who came was incredibly nice the ONLY complaint I have is the smell isnt completely gone from the rug. I understand not all the stains were going to come out as its an old rug but still upsetting. Still I had a great conversation setting up the appointment and with the man who rendered the service.

Carlos came out on a Sunday when I desperately needed a clean for moving out of my townhome. The carpets look better than ever!

A really pleasant experience from beginning to end! I scheduled an appointment online (which was fantastic, because I totally have a phobia about calling people on the phone) and was surprised at how soon they could come out. I live in a group house, and had a tiny window of time between when one roommate moved out and the other needed to move in. The exiting roommate had also been there for seven years, and I figured it was time for a good cleaning before a new tenant moved in. I also scheduled for Stevens to clean our well-worn stairs; the bedroom of my third roommate who had spilled ink (and god knows what else?) in splotches all over her carpet; and the sunroom where my cats litter boxes are, which, alas, also included at least three different spots where my older cat prefers to pee instead of the litter box.The technician called me the day of the cleaning to see if they could drop in early since they were running ahead of schedule, and called me again after my roommate had let them in and they had had a chance to assess the situation. They ran by me what the costs would be for the PURT (pet urine removal treatment, I think?) and for the spot treatment on the stairs and my roommates room. They warned me that they didnt think they would be able to remove all of the ink from the carpet, and that the urine stains were so bad that they thought the PURT treatment would be only about 50% effective -- they asked if I still wanted to go ahead with the extra costs, despite those situations, and I decided to go for it.When I got home from work, the carpets looked fantastic and were nearly dry! They were able to get all of the stains out of my roommates carpet except for one really bad ink stain (but the rest were gone! A miracle! Now the new tenant wont be scared to move her stuff in there!) They were able to get all of the cat puke stains out of the sunroom carpet (because of course they like to throw up there instead of on the tile floor) as well as years of stains from people spilling detergent meant for the washing machine in there (which I actually didnt expect to come out at all). The cat urine stains looked and smelled much, much better, though they were right that the stains and smell were initially so bad that the improvement was about 50% (maybe Ill have them come back again in the near future for additional improvement). Our well-worn stairs and carpet also look revitalized, and they nicely cleaned a small area rug that I am happy to announce actually IS gray and blue (I thought it was possible that it was white and blue, and just too dirty to tell the difference).Great service all around -- I e-mailed Stevens with a question about my bill the evening after the cleaning was done, and they responded immediately. Overall, they made the entire process incredibly painless; they fit easily into my short time frame; they were honest with their assessments and ran everything by me in advance; and they made our gross carpets look clean and nice for our new housemate. Will definitely use them again in the future!
