I scheduled a deep clean and essentially got a regular cleaning. They didn’t put things back in place (throwing shoes in the corner instead of where it was neatly placed), left some trash on my floor and didn’t throughly clean the bathroom). For the price, I was quite disappointed in the quality.Edit: I received a call from Robert who showed great concern for my issues and profusely apologized. He also ensured this would be resolved. I can definitely appreciate the customer service!Edit 2: I have received two additional calls from them, still so apologetic about the service I received and they are ensuring that my concerns will be addressed next time! This is one of the best customer service I’ve received! I can tell they genuinely care and go above and beyond for their customers! I have to go from 2 stars to 4, just for that!

The maids were precise. Precise in their timing and completion of their duties. Pricing is great, as well. My family, and the families of friends that Ive referred, are all pleased with their service.

The maids are acceptable, but the management leaves a lot to be desired like customer appreciation and common courtesy. Barbara and Gary will not work with the client on a consistent time, and are not always aware of what or where the maids are.On one occasion the maids did not show up, and when I called the office they were unaware the maids had taken the day off. Their solution was for me to wait the two weeks until my next appointment. Each time I called to inform the office of a concern they were defensive and less than helpful.The maids were pleasant, but could not make the bed to my exacting standards. I chose to cancel service and I clean my own home to my exacting standards. I couldnt be happier, and much more fit.I did not want to critique, but this is the fourth message I received to rate this service, so here it is in all its anti-glory. If you want pleasant customer service go elsewhere.

They did a decent job cleaning, but we were disappointed with the cost to visit ratio. There was an initial, quite high full cleaning and then the subsequent visits were still more expensive than our previous small company. When my wife called to discuss it with the manager, the response was effectively, if you discontinue our service someone else will come along. Im sure there are people that prefer a microsoft type service, but we ended up going back with our previous small independently owned cleaning company who is less expensive and more thorough .

I wanted to tweak my services and ... a manager from another site cancelled it (he was a very nice guy too) then he told me I should receive a call in a few minutes from the other manager in my area to clear the whole matter up ... No call I waited till 10am no call .... but then the manager from the actual franchise in my area had the nerve to call me end of day when I was waiting on his call all morning to reschedule (not cancel) and saysYou know I have to charge you 50 dollars .... I never wanted to cancel ... needless to say I wont be using them I will go with Amazon home services as I been doing. The prices are better they were charging way too much for the work that needed to be done. I wanted to give no stars but I couldnt

I’m just happy there are professionals who do these kinds of jobs, especially because I am a very busy person, and I don’t always have the time to do a general cleaning of the house. They come every other Friday, and it suits me perfectly fine.

Top notch operation; so far, the company has maintained excellent communications with me regarding scheduling, the onsite techs are prompt, courteous, always smiling and professional at all times... highly recommended.

Excellent service. My hardwood floors looked spectacular. The bathrooms were glistening. The maids that cleaned were the sweetest people and professional.

They cancelled last minute and didn’t give me a valid reason. Incredibly poor customer service. I’m never calling them again. They are not dependable cleaning service.

I used to be of the opinion that maid services couldnt be trusted because they dont really know much about your house and how to clean it as much as you. But because of an emergency, I hired this maid service and it turned out to be quite an impressive experience.
