We needed our carpets cleaned absolutely as soon as possible, the last step before putting the house on the market. I called Ajay Friday morning and by the middle of the afternoon he had finished the job. This was remarkable because I live 230 miles away and had to trust him to do the work alone in an empty house. Ajay was great--stayed in communication the whole time, did an excellent job (he sent detailed before/after pics), charged a reasonable price, and locked everything up when he left. I highly recommend him.

We didn’t see the estimate email that was given by red carpet cleaning when we picked Jacira’s cleaning service. Jacira’s ended up being a no show and we couldn’t get a hold of them on Thursday since our inspection is due on Friday . Called red carpet, which actually had a more reasonable estimate and immediately they sent someone to do our carpet early Friday morning with no hassle at all. Very polite and professional. Ajay was quick to respond to a request for a quote. I provided him with the measurements of the rooms I wanted to have cleaned and he provided a spot on estimate. No surprises in the final billing. I had originally booked an appointment with Stanley Steamers.. for over $200. I continued to read reviews and found Red Carpet cleaning. I switched as Ajay quoted $155. He provided a 1 hour window of arrival and communicated via phone as he was leaving another job to arrive to my place. Upon arrival Ajay had a difficult time finding a water hook up in the apartment, we eventually found one. Given the little hiccup, Ajay offered to clean the patio rug fee of charge. Great customer service. The carpets dried in 5-6 hours and that was even while it was a cold rainy day. Ajay only accepts checks and mobile app payments. I saw this in another review so I was prepared to ask before he arrived. Ensure he accepts your payment method before he arrives. Overall Ajay services were great and worth the money. The finished carpets looks so much better, even though its cheap apartment carpets. I will use him again in the future. I would recommend him over the big name places.
