Use them at your own risk, they demand for money upfront which is a bad idea, it means they will work without a motivation . No money back guarantee . I had a terrible experience with them cleaning my house in Manassas . Charged me for deep carpet cleaning, worked for 30 minutes and left the carpet with normal dirt still on . I regret paying them till date, i would have done a better job if i had rented a carpet cleaning machine from Walmart or giant . Pls be warned do not pay them up front . A good and confident cleaner will not ask for money up front but a fraud will, which is what happened to me .
