I never had a problem with Enterprise especially this location. But I just received a parking citation I received in May 2019. I had received previous parking citation before but it has always been immediately taken from my account. The fact its took them 20 months to tell me, is just sad. I had a job way back then, got layed off in March due to the virus closing my place of employment, now im running around trying to figure out a way to pay an old ticket. Im done with Enterprise all together.

Too bad I have to give such a low review. We do love Enterprise Rental and always use them over any other. But one little miscommunication within the organization can leave a negative impression for the customer. However small or insignificant the incident is, when you are told one thing, and expect that, but are given something else - nothing in this case - the disappointment can be great.We had a flat while we had a rental SUV from this particular Enterprise office. It was late at night and we called the Enterprise operator. By then we had the spare tire on. We were told to get a new tire in the morning and keep the receipt to get it reimbursed from the office where we picked up the car. Which is exactly what we did. Except the Enterprise on Sudley didnt reimburse us. The guy that I talked to told me that he didnt know why anyone would tell us that. If I had known then I wouldnt have tried to match the other 3 tires.

Limited hours of operation. On weekends, very limited. They have home pick up service. They offer car drop off service after hours but you will be charged until next business day. overall not bad. Their insurance is expensive $28 per day with full coverage. Winter weekends sale discount is going on.

No problems at all, just wish they were open later on Saturday, and a half day on Sunday. And wish they had the size car I reserved. I did get a more spacious vehicle for the same price but the gas costs were a lot higher!

Really had a great experience here. I Would like to mention Cody came and picked me up on time. Then after having a conversation with Mike, he upgraded me to a nicer vehicle and I was very pleasanty surprised. I will be renting from them again next week.

Around late December 2015, I rented a car from Enterprise for two days. The vehicle I wanted was a small car which showed up as available on the website. I also confirmed the availability of the same via phone. But Enterprise employed typical bait and switch tactics when I got there. I was told that only an intermediate car was available and specifically assured that this would be a free upgrade. The intermediate sedan I was given had a faulty drivers door that wouldnt lock which I found out only later. When I returned the car, I was charged a price well above that of the intermediate version. I was told that the excess amount would be adjusted downwards in a couple of days which fortunately did happen. I then received a call from their customer service asking whether I was satisfied with their service. When I replied in the negative and pointed to irregularities in business practices, the woman at the other end assured me that a manager would get in touch with me soon. Havent heard back. It just goes to show their utter contempt for customers.

Good Morning,I had a pleasant experience as always with my last rental. Not to get into too much details but I was out of town for work and had an accident in my car. I was now back at the hotel with no car and I drove to the meeting. I decided to rent a car to get back home. From the person on the phone to the agent that picked me up from the hotel, the whole experience was good. I wanted a car for a one-way rental but they only had mini-vans and trucks. The agent gave me a break on the fuel level to return the mini-van because it would burn more gas than a car. It was a happy ending to a day that did not start well.

I have been renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car for 14 years - I have had a few bumps for that many years HOWEVER this last one from THIS location was one of the WORSE.This would be counted as my 3rd rental from this location. The reservation was made on-line on their site. Rental Agent 65BJ6P (female) did the paperwork when I got there. She did not tell me the Weekend Rental price was a SPECIAL which did not include unlimited mileage - even when I told her we were going to New Jersey!!! And she didnt give me a paper receipt - but she sent it to my email address, as this was the procedure.So my card got charged this enormous amount of money. When I called them Friday morning about the charge on my card I was told so much policy which I was NOT told when I rented the vehicle. And then I had to get spicy with an employee named Blake who, I felt was insulting me on the phone.Of all the years I have rented from Enterprise NOT ONCE have I ever been told you cannot get unlimited mileage on a weekend rental. This location sucks - I should have read the signs on the wall - for the first time in all these years, twice they attempted to charge me $14.00+ for each driver. Im done. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ENTERPRISE.Maybe this company is getting a little bit too cocky - cause they sure have terrible customer service. And THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Ill try another car rental service - Id gladly pay more for good honest old fashion American service.

Having lived overseas being treated like a second class citizen as part of regular customer service, I never thought that Id be spoken to in such a way again. At the end of the day, the most important thing were looking for is a car that fits our needs for the lowest price, but there is a minimum level of courtesy that should be given from both sides of the transaction.

I was very disappointed ...they tried to charge me for gas....I filled up at the 711 around the corner from the Joyce Koones body shop...the place I was to drop it off. I called and the guy on the phone was rude and argued with me that it was 5 gallons short...I only used less than 5 gallons...The car was only driven to my house and back. They had the mileage at pick up and drop off, so they knew how much gas the car would have used.The guy would not give...then I told him I had the receipt...silence ....then he said bring it in and they would look at it...I was told today the money will be back on my credit card....If I had not saved my receipt it would have been my word against theirs. I have always rented from Enterprise and had great results...but not from this shop...Two times ..both disappointed...This just is not right... Shelby C.

My experience was with the Manager and Driver of their Shuttle Service NOT the rental process. While on my way to work I encountered an Enterprise Driver who had a severe case of Road Rage that could have caused me harm as well as damage to my vehicle. While both he and I were stopped at Red Light where the right lane ended after the light and had to merge into the left lane. The Enterprise Driver in the Right lane was beside me thru the light and just stayed beside me, his lane quickly running out. I assumed he’d slow down and get behind me when he noticed I was beside him. He instead accelerated to cut me off then slammed on his brakes, I also should point out there was no one behind me. He then drove 30 mph in a 45 for the next half a mile or so until he placed his right turn signal on and Stopped in the middle of the road, I suppose he thought I’d wait behind him or pass him by pulling out into oncoming traffic.He was Wrong; I followed him to his destination and confronted him as he exited the vehicle. He was very angry that I didn’t yield to him when HIS lane ended. I pointed out to him all of this was captured on my Drive Recorder. He was very polite saying “I’m not arguing with you Sir”. Do you really want to ride with someone who takes this attitude during work hours in a company Van?I called the store, ask spoke to Sara who was identified as the Manager, she listened and said “I’ll definitely speak to him” never asked for my contact info or apologized. His behavior could have had devastating consequences to my health as well as his and whoever else may have been in the Van. Maybe I’ll publish the footage on YouTube, maybe that will help Enterprise take this more seriously. If there had been an accident and injuries, there would definitely have been a lawsuit. This was very irresponsible behavior. Just be forewarned the next time you jump into an Enterprise Vehicle for a Lift.

Before I made a reservation I asked if I could be dropped off in Manassas Park when I returned the car. They said yes. Today that I came to drop off the car they didnt go drop me off. The guy said that because they have another store in Manassas Park they cant go drop me off. I explained to him that they told me they could. So I wouldnt trust this store again. I do not recommend businesses that lie to customers.

This place is digusting. I rent a car from here on today and the car was stink, dirty and the seat was stain bad. It was kids fingerprint in the window. I told the guy when he give me the car and he say well do you want us to clean it again hell you did not do it in the first place.Enterprise is became very distasteful as a company. I call the call center I spoke with a lady she was like get a new car, threwing what I said off. Really please, I didnt pay for no freaking nasty ass car. So I will be going to hertz for now on and to think I was about to rent a car from them for a month. I want to use my military they wont even let me use it. I am just done.

Terrible! I will never rent from there again. They picked me up in an unmarked car by a man in street clothes. My rental was a 2015 with the oil light on and a trippy gas gauge pin. It was an insurance deal and they didnt bill me a receipt or notify me that I would incur charges. They deducted an amount from my deposit with no explanation or notice. I left my daughters car seat adapter in the car, and called the branch before the driver was out of the parking lot and I was told that the driver was too far to turn around.

What rude and unresponsive staff, I was offered by my insurance a temporary rental while they fixed my truck I called several locations around the area and they tell me they dont have free cars, OK I understand that but here they tell me they had cars and even reserved one for me, ok great right, I drive 20 mins to get there and the second I put the gear in park I get a call from John saying I am on a wait list and I am #4, unbelievable I went inside and the staff looked like a bunch of deer in headlights, and they resonded so emtionless just reciting whatever they read in a handbook over and over again, the manager is rude and was very unhelpful its a shame too because I habe used enterprise before but this location should be embarrassed

I booked my rental through Hotwire for a mini van for my family vacation 23 July 2015 to 27 July 2015 . I received my confirmation via email and everything was set . My pick up time was for 5:00pm which I arrived at 5:10pm . I was greeted as I came in the door and I gave the agent my license and card . One of the other agents heard I was picking up a van, and they pulled it right up . Still inside while the agent finishes the paperwork. He then says to me, since your paying with a Debit Card I need one of the following . He points to a list saying paycheck stub, utility bill, or insurance declaration page and $200 deposit is required . I immediately tell him first of all if I would have known all of this I would have been prepared to bring whatever is needed . He then tells me that it was online when I booked it . I opened up my email confirmation and it saw no such thing . He then says oh thats because you used Hotwire . So I get a copy of my insurance card and thats not eligible. So the agent calls my insurance company to ask that they email or fax a copy of my declaration page . I did mention earlier that its after 5:00pm so there is nobody who could handle that request. So the insurance company could not help with that request because claims is the only department open . So I open up my online banking to show the agent I just paid my utility bills . He then says he needs to see the bill and it has to show my address which is on my license. Im pissed now considering I bank online and I shred all my documents for security reasons . I call home and ask someone to look for a bill . I get a copy of my Verizon bill with my Name and Address sent to me via Picture Mail . The agent then says it cant be a phone bill, it has to be a utility bill . So I tell the agent that I need a ride to my job so I can check my bag for a recent bill . He then says that they can only give me a ride to the address on my license . So the driver takes me to my house which is a couple of blocks away . He waits for me, I run in and quickly find a utility bill . We get in the car heading back, and I look at the bill and I say call your boss and ask him if this works . I noticed that it was a bill dated April 5, 2015 . He calls and his boss says no the bill has to be within 30days . Im floored by now, and pissed off . So I tell the driver to take me to my job, so I can check my bag . So he takes me to my job, and I tell him Ill be back . I go inside look through my bag and find a bill . I turn around and head back outside and the driver is gone . So silly me Im thinking he pulled in a parking space cause he didnt want to be double parked . But after searching the parking lot, it came to the realization that he left . I call the Enterprise office and by now its 6:10pm and they are closed . Im a local business owner right down the street from this Enterprise office . I couldnt even begin to explain how pissed I was . My family vacation is set, bags packed, kids ready to leave when I get home from work . I fly all over the U.S. and rent cars in every town and never had to endure this type of scrutiny . So I call Hertz at Dulles and reserve a Sport Utility . Since I was paying with a Debit Card they did a quick credit check ( which took all of 2min ) . Also the vehicle I wanted was not available, so I was upgraded to a GMC Yukon from a Ford Explorer. Which worked out perfect considering my rental was cheaper going to Hertz anyway . The service at Enterprise is the worse Ive ever had to endure by any rental car facility . After further conversation with one of the agents, I was told that the guy who was helping me was a manager. There is no way I will ever return to Any Enterprise.

I had rented a car from Hertz. I dropped the car off at a dealership who also had a contract with Enterprise. An employee of Enterprise took the keys to the vehicle and Hertz did not get it back for 2 weeks!!!! I called them to absolve the issue, and they refused to work with me saying it was not their fault. If your employee knowing takes keys from another company, it IS their fault. Hertz key tags are meant to be seen, borderline obnoxious. Incompetency is unacceptable. I will NEVER rent from this company again!

It was my first time renting a car from enterprise, and the experience was ok, but not fantastic. I made a couple requests about the car I was renting and they didnt adhere to any of them, they also wouldnt accept my debit card for some reason. In whatever case, the experience was ok, but not spectacular.

The worst place to rent a car, they are liars, they try to sell you their insurance, when you return the car, they invent the slightest defect in the car, and then they charge you cowardly, an abusive price, I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
