This company is honest and hard working. They can be trusted to do the job right with integrity. For my truck they could have taken the easier road and just replaced more parts and charge me more but instead took time to do one fix at a time and evaluate which saved me hundreds by them taking more time to properly diagnose. Highly recommend them!

Oh man oh man I cant say enough!! These people are so fair, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I was quoted $1300 by Lindsey chrysler dodge jeep on Centerville road for replacing my water pump. Clarks did the job plus my emissions and safety inspection for $452 and let me bring my own part that I got for $106. I will be back for all my car service needs. They made a customer for life.

Came here for a state inspection. Ended up needing work done first. They took care of everything so quickly and made the whole process a breeze! Staff is super friendly, attentive, and all around great! Will 100% be returning here for future work!

Had my 2013 Smart Fortwo inspected by them after purchasing it used to ensure there were no major issues. The inspection was thorough and took only 30 minutes. Over the last year I and several co-workers have had nothing but an abysmal experience with this shop. My original review for minor service was more than satisfactory. With the last major service, one day of labor turned into a full work week of trips back and forth with something new every time, at yet further expense. One such pick-up sent me on the road in an unsafe vehicle. Upon going to a new shop, work for which I was told was uneccesary and could go another 2 years without needing, actually needs immediate repair. Will never be coming here again.

Im going to Clarks for our work Trucks about once every couple months. Theyre great, quick and efficient.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this place lately. My family has been going to the Clarks for YEARS. They know us, we went to school with their kids who work there. The last 3 times I have taken my car there I come home with a new issue. We dropped it off for an oil change and tire rotation and now all of a sudden we need a new oil valves and gasket because of a heavy oil leak which I see no oil under the car. A new belt and there’s something wrong with the window track. I drive this car EVERY day. There was NOTHING wrong with the window when I dropped it off last night and now when you roll it down the entire glass shifts off track. All together they want me to spend $800 to fix these things. Ridiculous and sad. i will never go back and neither will my family.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The issue I had was with a sway bar control link. They diagnosed it with in minutes and made repairs in 45 min. Cant say Ive had better service anywhere Ive been in the manassas area.

I had work done on my Ford Mustang that normally would have cost a great deal at the dealership, but instead the bill was about half of that. Great work, great prices, great people!

I recently purchased the VW Tiguan and was having problems with the tire pressure. I had been taking it to the mechanic next door because it was convenient. I took this car back almost every other week. Fortunately by chance I met the owner, Jack Clark. I explained the situation to him, he had his worker come to my job, picked my car up and resolved the issue with the tire pressure. They even brought my car back to me at my job. I havent had any problems since. I highly recommendthis company for their knowledge, workmanship and customer service. The mechanic next door, LOST MY BUSINESS as well as the business of my co-workers. By the way, my car was return the same day, within hours and I didnt have to wait a week or two for the repair service.

Over the past years, Clark Performance has always provided quality service at a reasonable price without a single issue. Their honest approach was obvious during a recent visit to repair my Jeep. They evaluated the problem at no charge but recommended another service due to the extensive customized components. They are always fair and extremely helpful!

Clarks was hands down the best experience Ive had with an auto shop. All their mechanics were extremely professional as well as friendly. The mechanic that helped me, Adam, was fantastic from start to finish. Great service and price.

I give these guys credit. Highest quality of work for the best price possible. They treat everyone like familySure, you pay them for there service . But they talk to you, laugh with you, they explain things to you. They make you feel like you are not just another couple hundred dollars.

Excellent. Weve used them before for a number of things. Theyve always been reasonable and they dont tell you to do work that you dont need. They do do a good job on what you do need. Today I just asked tbem to put air in the tire that was low, but they went the extra mile and checked it out. Finding a nail in the tire, the removed it and patched it free of charge.

After moving to Manassas about 6 months ago, I needed a new mechanic. My car started shaking horribly after my husband changed the battery, so I needed somewhere that was close by. They did not charge me to take a look at it and let me know that sometimes cars do that and that it was fine when they inspected it. In that time Ive had 2 oil changes, my inspection, and replaced a part of my muffler. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are incredibly fair, they are very honest, and they dont try to rip you off! I chose them because they had wonderful reviews, and they are all true!!!!As being a woman, I have been afraid of being misled and told I needed work when I dont (it happened at the previous place I went to) and am ecstatic to have found Clarks. Do not take your vehicle anywhere but Clarks Automotive, Inc. I went to Sheehy Nissan of Manassas for an oil leak. They told me it would be 1400 dollars to replace my valve cover gaskets and that i needed repairs that totaled over 6200 dollars . I immediately went and bought the parts myself, then visited Clarks Automotive who quoted the job at 300 dollars. I dropped my vehicle off late in the afternoon and they had it fixed by the next afternoon, with no issues since. They are a local family run business who are fast, professional and good people.

I needed a fuel pressure sensor repair and the dealership gave me the runaround for repair time. I found Clarks through Google and they had great reviews. I can absolutely see why! They were able to get me in same day and fixed in the same day! The staff were kind and courteous and I felt the repair bill was more than fair. They have my business going forward! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I’ve taken my vehicle here multiple times now; I’ve had them replace the drier & compressor for my a/c, and then the blower resistor, as well as install new tires, and dropped by to have a service light or strange noise checked out. I am always impressed by the honesty of the staff, the quality of work, and the fair pricing. These are hard things to find when looking for an auto repair shop, and I’m so grateful I was referred here. They are fantastic!

This is one terrific shop. From the moment I arrived till I left with my perfectly repaired car two hours later, service was courteous, efficient and friendly. The young lady at the desk greeted me warmly then I met with my mechanic Adam. I explained the problem and shortly later my car was repaired perfectly for a very decent price. Adam is the BEST!! These folks are always very nice. They dont pressure you in to getting work done. They simply tell you what needs to be done and leave it up to you. I try to do most of my own work. If I cant do it Clarks is my first stop.

Quick, efficient, and fantastic service. I walked in without an appointment, and walked out half an hour later. Best experience at an automotive place hands down. Dealerships overcharge and weddle you into doing more than necessary. Clarks however did only what needed to be done, checked liquid levels and wheels, and done. Definitely coming back.

I used Clark’s Auto Repair to get my airbag sensor replaced a few months ago. They made it a goal to help me save money and they did not charge me until it was fixed and passed inspection.
