Love this car wash that not only does a great job, but reminds me of those old-fashioned car washes back in the day, when things were hand-washed and not so much automated.

It’s a rushed job. I paid for platinum got a cursory wash. Floor mats are still dirty, soap left underneath trunk. No interior job. Rude owner. Stay away.

Opted for the Golld package, received bronze at best. Staff is Not detail oriented. Car was left full of smudged areas. You simply cant clean a vehicle in less than 5 minutes...

Best!! My wiper blade got damaged going through the car wash. The owner drove to Portchester and bought a new pair for my car! That is superior customer service!! I will always wash my car here!!

Even though they are a smaller car Wash they did a better job than some of these bigger car washes that charge more.

THEY DIDNT DO THE JOB. Still stains on the exterior and dog hair in the interior. I also found leaves inside. First and last time for me. I paid 59$.

I was born and raised in Mamaroneck and I have gone to this car wash my entire life. Three weeks ago, I was visiting my parents and went to get a quick wash since I recently got a new car. During the wash, I noticed that the front license plate frame broke in half and approached the manager. He was very rude and didnt want to be bothered, but stated that it wasnt a big deal and he would get me a new one at Mercedes within the next few days. I left him my name and phone number. I called multiple times up to a week or so after the incident and additionally sent an email with pictures of some scratches that I noticed to my vehicle. Again, this is a new car with no scratches prior. Three weeks later, I have not heard from him once. My family and friends are very involved in the area and have shared my story. Them, and now many others, will not be going back.

My go to for an inexpensive and good car wash

I love coming here they do such a great job taking care of my car. They always provide a few days warranty Wich is great for unexpected weather.

Besides expert service, the crew and management are honest and friendly.I left a small piece of jewelry under my mat before I brought in and forgot to take out.They had it hanging on my mirror when I came out to car. When I went into praise the staff to mgr, other customers also vouched for the honesty of crew as they had similar experience with them.That goes a long way!

Worth the price comparing to similar places. Nice work on the exterior as well as the interior (with leather shining). Might need a little bit more wiping on the inside of windshield (towel wiping sign left over, but not significant). Free coffee/popcorn/biscuits(Biscoff is favourite!) inside is unexpectedly cool.

Stopped going, my car was cleaner before I went in. Guys started rushing through too fast, and I really liked this place. The last few visits changed my mind.

Mediocre. Rushed the whole wash, didn’t even bother to dry the car properly, left stains on 3 of my windows. Went because of the positive reviews, but was pretty disappointed.

Quality is on and off. Went for the $22 Gold Wash today, utterly disappointed. Windscreen, front and sides all clearly dirty after the wash. This happened a few months before as well, but I started going back since their location was convenient. Never again.

Wasnt happy with the job. They didnt clean the inside well. My front windshield and 2 back windows had windex sprayed on them. But they stayed that way becuz nobody wiped those glasses.

Very unprofessional Ive been an employee there for two weeks and have been racially profiled, had money thrown on me by the Hispanic owner and my other employee as if we were strippers.... Complained to the boss and he brushed it off and so did I.. Came back to work to deal with the other workers attitude plus hopping in the customers vehicles pulling of too fast as other employees dry the car... Then to be lied on saying Im stealing tips from the tip jar... Days after i get into it with an nasty employee who seemed like he wanted me out of there since I take my time cleaning and washing the cars and dont just do simple wipes downs leaving the door seals and trunk seals dirty.... so the manager ask me to leave early and hell call me when he needs me and trust me i knew what that meant.... even got in trouble for having friendly conversations with many customers! So if you want your car half ass washed by some money scrappin manipulative people go ahead!!
