After asking if ground was too wet and should we reschedule to avoid yard damage, Hemstock said they would not damage the yard and brought plywood to lay for their tractors. They didn’t use it, broke sprinkler heads, lattice on a shed, and left huge ruts and over half my backyard was a giant mud pit. It took them over 2 weeks to put my fence back up. They left trucks and equipment parked in front of neighbors houses for several days. They won’t tell me the name of their insurance carrier.

Don’t waste your time! They don’t actually sell firewood!Called this place 6 different times to order firewood since it’s for sale on their website. Finally got a call back after the 6th call to say their not selling firewood this year! I informed Cliff (the man that FINALLY returned my call) that it was on their website as available who rudely said “I’m aware”HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE!

They know what they are doing

They changed their appointment date two or three times. When they finaaly did the tree removal they laft a large root sticking out of the ground.

Did not Install chain link fence correctly. Left a post and concrete on my property. Did not put dog run back up. Left truck overnight on my property. Drove over septic tank after telling them not to.
