I had a terrible experience with the individual . I was looking for someone to take down an elm in my front yard I saw Mr Roak across the street on another i tried to approach him to see if he was interested and to set up a time if he was. He was extremely disrespectful, chastising me for wasting his time. Telling me i was rude for not getting out of my truck ( i had a toddler in a car seat. He ended by telling me to go the fu.. away. He May be very good at his job without good customer service and common respect for anybody id look elsewhere
