The service here is excellent. All of the advisors and other staff are total pros and very professional. I took my car in for service without an appointment, and they gave me an estimate of a one hour wait time. I was done and ready to go in 20 minutes.The waiting area is excellent and very comfortable. Theres good coffee, cookies, bottled water and other snacks to enjoy while waiting.
In the past month I had my car serviced twice. Both times, Zimbrick did a great job. First servicing-all the 100k things. Second servicing, blew a sensor. It was on backorder and I was thinking itd take a month to get the part cuz covid times are slowing down manufacturing. They put the part on critical request with honda and the car to my pleasant surprise was back up and running within 2 days. They were also nice and took the car early when it wasnt drivable and were able to diagnose it before my actual scheduled appointment which also helped speed up the repair. Mike and Grant were great to work with.
Never go to this place.I went to buy a lexus that was advertised as L/certified on their website. then I noticed that it has not been certified and the dealer was lying to me that you can purchase LCertified for this car!also for trade in they offered me almost half of the price that another lexus dealership offered me 1 day later!

I would rate 5 stars but it took several calls to get through to service department and a person. Twice I got transferred to a voicemail without being asked. But once through they were very friendly and helped me out.
I’ve gotten my oil changed here twice and both times it has taken 3+ hours. After the first experience I was assured it would not happen again, this turned out to be false information. The second experience the unbelievable amount of time I waited wasn’t even acknowledged by the employees and the manager simply blamed it on a technician.

Very responsible, trustworthy and generous people. David helped us solve the tire issue created by another dealership. They said they could fix the tire for us for free even though it’s not their issue. In the end I let the other dealership paid them for the work but I am grateful for David and the technicians. Writing on my significant others behalf. We have been trying to get services for the past few months. We were patient during Covid closures but once they reopened, we were treated with nothing but unprofessionalism. Called many different centers and we were routed to the same person who said he couldnt help. Went through online forms and was told we would get a call within 2 days. That was a week ago.
This morning I read about the difference between customer service and customer experience. Service is just that- service!. Experience is the process the client experiences from start to finish. Zimbrick excels at customer experience. My recent repair experience could not have been more accommodating. They provided me with a loaner car ( I wanted to buy after the 3 days use) They keep track of warranties and go above and beyond to save their clients money. I love Zimbrick! I recommend them to my friends all the time and I am a loyal client of over 20 years.

First time I went there for an oil change, a ladder fell on my car... It was an accident and they were at least nice and helpful with repairing my car, so I decided to give them another try. This time they forgot to put the cap back on after my oil change tonight. I will say the people who Ive been in contact with are very nice, but I havent had great luck with the people working on my car.Edit - I had to take off another star. I had to come in AGAIN because my car was leaking fluids. This is AFTER I had to come back to have the cap get put back on. I went to another location to have it looked at. Turns out it’s a transmission fluid and they never told me about this even though I had an inspection (but they noted it internally). I don’t trust them with my car at the Grand Canyon location. I’ll be going to the Fish Hatchery location from now on.
People are nice and polite. It is my go to place for repairs and services.
I wont take my Honda Civic anywhere else for service. I purchased my car from Zimbrick Certified Used and the experience was pleasant from start to finish. I can say the same thing about the service center on Grand Canyon Dr. They are always quick, friendly, and helpful without being pushy or trying to sell services you dont need. They are honest about what they think should be done, but let you make the decision. I just purchased four new tires and they had their birthday special going on so I got one heck of a deal! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a Honda.

Top notch people - I called on a busy day when they didnt have an opening, but Dave Widish called me back and said he could take a look at my leak. It turned out not to be anything wrong, but he and the mechanic Ben were such gentlemen and explained to me where fluids could leak, and they checked my tires - put me at ease about my concern. I have taken me 2015 CR-V here for service ever since I bought it new, and I will continue to do so. Thanks, guys!

Phoned to ask if I can stop by for a quick tire pressure check ‘cause the indicator is on. The voice of the young female receptionist sounded very impatient throughout our conversation. She somehow thought it is about TPMS and scheduled me an appointment on next week, in a perfunctory manner. She hung up right away when I was just about to ask for a confirmation email, and of course, I received nothing. I managed second call to Fitchburg and found out that there is an open slot tomorrow at exactly the same location. Seriously, someone ought to be retrained about how to better serve customers.

I went in for routine maintenance. My service advisor, whom I have gone to for years, reminded me of some repairs that I needed but wish to delay. Just a reminder, no pressure. They offer free coffee, snack bars, sodas while you wait. Service was done quickly, and I always get a free car wash. Excellent service and friendly staff.

I was spending a few days in Madison and noticed 2 of my charging accessory sockets were not working. The service team pulled me in and replaced the fuses in about 10 minutes. They did not charge me for this service but rather said thank you for owning a Honda! Refreshing to know that businesses appreciate customers even though I live 5 hours away. Thank you Jesse!!!
They will rip you off. Got a loaner car for a big, $2000 repair on my car. Was driving on the freeway and a piece of plywood flew off a truck in front of me completely unavoidably hitting the bottom of the bumper and knocking the front license plate off. The truck exited the freeway before I could catch them or get a license plate. The car had extremely minor damage to the bottom of the bumper (see pics). Barely noticeable. Only needed a new license plate. I went to the dealer and told them the honest story expecting at the very least an ounce of sympathy. Instead I was told tough and handed a $462 bill with $250 labor for something that did not need fixing (other than the license plate of course). Does that honestly look like $462 of repairs??? Go here expecting mediocre service and high prices because thats what youll get.
As an independent consultant, I travel all over the US and have had my 2009 Honda Accord serviced in more than 5 different States. FINALLY, a Honda Service center with nice cubicle area, individual power sources and over 150 MB/sec of WiFi Bandwidth available. Other service centers could take a lesson from these folks on the concept of Business Continuity for working professionals. Yes, the Honda Service was also professional and without incident.

Theyve taken the best care of my baby. Every repair or maintenance work is done to the highest quality and on time. Their service advisors are top notch and their mechanics are wonderful. The lobby has complimentary drinks (water, soda, coffee, etc) and cookies, comfortable seating, free wifi, and an area for kids to play as well. If you have a Honda I highly recommend you bring it here for all of your maintenance and repair needs.
Ive been going here for my car service for ten years, even now that I live a full state away. Every experience has been positive, from the quality of the service to the thoroughness of staff communication. I always feel like I know a bit more about my car than I did before, which is a great bonus!

I drive from Apple River Illinois to Madison to have my Honda serviced. Prior to finding this service center I had my Honda service in Chicago and Rockford and was never really happy with the service they provided. Having found Zimbrick Honda I have nothing but praise for the service, the professionalism and honesty of this establishment. In a few years I will be in the market for a new vehicle and I am thinking about purchasing a new Honda, partly because of the great service they provide.
Ive been going here for 10+ years and have never received anything but kind, quick service. The Zimbrick Honda team on Grand Canyon really know how to take care of their customers! The snack and coffee bar and high-speed internet are a nice perk, too.
I had to bring my dads car here for a brake fluid change. It was my first time ever having to bring a car in for any type of service, as Im only 17 years old. I had no idea what I was really doing when I got there, and they helped me with each step of the way. I was greeted when I exited my vehicle and was serviced fairly quickly. Even though Im under 18 years old, they still acted professionally and didnt treat me like I was some kid who wandered in on accident. Staff members are very polite and pretty quick. I think they estimated that it would take around an hour, but they were done earlier than that.

I had a fantastic experience bringing my Honda in, specifically with David Widish. I bought it at Zimbrick over three years ago, and brought it in because I heard a buzzing in the speaker. I wasnt able to reproduce it but David still kindly offered to replace the part UNDER WARRANTY (which had just expired technically). He also noticed that my low tire pressure light was on and checked my tires without my needing to ask. They also will automatically wash your car if you bring it in to get checked or for service. Everyone I ran into was really kind and friendly - I highly recommend!
Best auto service experience Ive ever had.Purchased the vehicle from Honda City in Milwaukee. Ill never go back there again. They sold us a CPO Pilot for about 30K and turned their backs on us when an issue presented itself.Took the car to Zimbrick for an oil change and shared the issue with them. They contacted Honda and got the problem sorted out. Awesome people who Ill gladly be giving my money to in the future.

Work was done well, but I left specific instructions to be called when completed or for questions, and that was ignored.
I called Zimbricks phone number listed on Grand Canyon and scheduled an appointment for my car. When I showed up to the service center on Saturday morning the assistant in the lobby told me that I had to go out to the service center (what is the point of an assistant then). After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was annoyed as the Service Tech who kept chit chatting with the person in front of me as I had a car full of kids who wanted to go eat. I said I have an appointment and Im just dropping off my car at the scheduled time. He told me that I had to fill out all of this paperwork. He then proceeded to tell me that I didnt have an appointment. He said that if you call one Zimbrick location that you may think you are setting up an appointment for that location but in reality you are talking to the main office. Apparently this happens all the time. Then instead of offering to get me into his shop he provided really no option except for me to go to the Fish Hatchery location. I was irritated at the entire experience and felt that Zimbrick needs to improve their customer service. Everyone that comes into the lobby should be greeted by the staff and and the staff person should be able to check them in. A person shouldnt have to schedule an appointment and then wait around to check in. Otherwise what is the use of an appointment. Also, the phone shouldnt be transferred to another location where their is no clarification about the Honda location.
Hard to get in for short notice appointments. I have been forgotten while in the waiting room before too. Otherwise good experience.

Went there to get my headlight replaced because the battery was in the way. They had it done in less than 5 minutes, very friendly staff, very clean. 10/10 would recommend this service center!

1st time here. Pleased to report an all around positive experience. After receiving opinions and quotes from local repair shops I did not feel that they were addressing the real issue so I decided to take the 1 and 1/2 hour drive to Zimbricks. Michael Vieth was my Service Advisor.. After describing the problem Michael agreed that the problem could not be what my local shops diagnosed. Upon inspection Zimbricks tech found 3 wires to the A/F sensor that were broken. They repaired the wires at a reasonable price. My Element now runs perfectly. I have subsequently found that very few dealers will even do this type of repair. Most would rather sell you a brand new part for far more money; as my recent encounter with a Toyota dealer ( not in Madison) will attest .
Im obsessed with this place. They are so nice, so thorough and just have the best service. Have you ever gone to the dealer for repairs and walked away paying nothing? Well, that has happened to me here. They just reconnected my rattling heat shield and didnt charge me a thing.And, we missed an extended warranty by a few months and they called the central Honda folks to get them to honor it, saving us hundreds of dollars. Really look out for the customer here.We bring our minivan here for service anytime it needs it, and it is always reasonably priced, and they are very clear about what needs to be done now and what can wait. Also, they have great work spaces, free wireless, a playroom if youre there w/kids, tea/coffee/cookies/granola bars, etc. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone who asks!!!
Went there today for a oil change and tire rotation. Presented the $49.95 coupon for oil change plus tire rotation to the guy. The guy stated that everything was clear to work. Got the receipt service and ended up to be $69.95. Luckily I asked the lady at the pay register to see if the coupon was already used. She stated no. So she was helpful adding the coupon $49.95 and came out cheaper.

THEY SEEM NICE but when it really comes down to it they WILL DO ANYTHING AND SAY ANYTHING TO AVOID HONORING THEIR WARRANTY...dont get me wrong, its always the managers, higher ups, and people in charge that are making these bs claims..the people who actually do the service are great and friendly...took my car there and when i addressed them of the issue that i wanted to check for they kept making excuses to check other things, WHICH IS NOT WHAT I WANT and just another way for them to STACK ON HOURS OF LABORS...very dissapointed

Terrible. Had maintenance done on my decently new car. Zimbrick failed to tell me my battery was dying, so 2 months later I had to get a new battery. A month after that I needed MORE maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Now my key remote and panic button has been acting up, so I went under the hood to disconnect the fuze for the panic. I had NO OIL AND NO TRANSMISSION FLUID. I was JUST at Zimbrick 2 weeks ago for maintenance

I wish I could rate Zimbrick service lower than one star. I have never had a good experience there. We get over-charged for poor service. Although they deliver their diagnosis with concern and take your keys with a smile, theyre nothing but con-artists. We left one time with scrapes along the side of our car and refused to take fault. They basically told us that they are not liable for anything that happens when they take our keys. Today my husband waited 3 hours and got charged $160 to get an oil change and be told that our engine light is on because of a faulty gas cap. I have never written a review before in my life. Not only will I never bring my car there again, I will deter any and everyone I know from ever going there.

I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic from Zimbrick Honda off Fish Hatchery Rd. I had worked with Fue T. at the Zimbrick Honda imports for a few weeks and had a pleasant experience. He was very informative, honest, and not pushy. He would not try and sell you a car if you felt at all on the fence about it. Fue also showed my boyfriend and I the car fax to every car we looked at and showed old us of any imprecation on the car (starches etc.). I probably spent a little over two months researching everything I could about the Honda Civic, so I knew what facts were fair and honest and what were not. If youre looking into buying a Honda pre-certified or a used car I would highly recommend working with Fue at the Zimbrick Fish Hatchery location.

Last week I called in to have my Honda CRV serviced with an oil change and to have the TPMS checked. When I brought it in to have work done on the 10th of November, the staff was very kind and friendly. The greeter took my car information and handed it to the technician. The technician was friendly and said looks like you are here for an A13 service. I said I am here to have the oil changed and have the TPMS light addressed. We discussed the TPMS a bit and he handed me a pen with the estimate sheet for me to sign, said the estimate will be around 200 + dollars, but will be less than that depending my warranty. I said that it is platnum warranty, so Im not too concerned and I took a curtesy cab to work. Later that morning the technician called me and said that it would be 300 + dollars for the service and I said for what, the oil change and TPMS issue which should be covered? He said no, the A13 is an oil change, transmission fluid change and a brake system purge. I told him that at no time during our conversation did he mention the transmission and brake work. He said he thought I understood that. I asked him to look at the estimate sheet and see if anywhere on there does it say transmission and brake work. It does not, it says A 1 3. This is not the first time I have had to address this issue. On my first oil change after purchasing my car from Zimbrick, I had a large bill for the same reason, deceptive sales tactics. I asked for an oil change and for the TPMS light to be addressed. I ask him if I could speak to a manager when I came to pick up the car at 4 oclock and he said sure. we hung up the phone and I called Mike back to confirm that a manager would be there. He corrected himself and said that there would not be a manager there at 4. Again, deceptive. So I asked him to get a manager on the line. I spoke with the manager. He was professional but kept on referring to how the service call center is going under some training on what the codes are. That is not my concern. I called to have an oil change and TPMS address and the tech did not confirm that with me. I go into a business expecting to have work done that i want done, not what the business wants done. I found this to be very poor customer service and again, deceptive, to make extra money on jobs that dont need to be done. Who really knows what an A13 service is. This should be explained by the tech. I cannot say enough how disappointed I am with a business that is supposed to be professional. The staff was kind, but I believe that is all a cover for deceptive tactics. A smile while the dip into your wallet.
