They always take care of our needs in a friendly, professional manner. They are always up-front, respectful to both our needs & schedule, offer shuttling if we want to go shopping, are quick to hand over a loaner (& always a very nice one, too) if its a next-day thing, & are simply a pleasure to work with.We purchased our last vehicle there & although we do not have to have our scheduled maintenance done at their shop, I prefer to go out of my way for their exceptional service.

Anyone can sell you a car and your experiences hinge on many variables but Service is the key to a happy lifetime of ownership.When my wifes Jeep needed service I considered all my options before calling RD. Call it good old fashioned snobbery. A lifelong Madisonian, I have never been a fan of the Dealership and I have a bias towards luxury dealerships. The vehicle needed work done on the Adaptive Cruise and all indications were a Jeep dealer was the best option.I am eating some crow today. The work exceeded expectations, they provided a no charge rental (new Wrangler!!) and took pictures to help me understand the work that had to be done. Steve my concierge was exceptional. He made my concerns his and was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person. The team worked to keep my repair bill within reason.I would go back without hesitation and I have to say they have earned my trust going forward. Thank you to Steve and the service team at Russ Darrow.

In and out quickly with an oil change,filter change and car wash. Very efficient.

Excellent service

Incredibly poor experience with them. The salesman we worked with was incredibly judgemental and pushy. When it came down to it, we said we needed to think about it overnight, and they continued to say if you walk away from this now, youll never be able to afford it...mind you, we never submitted an application...so they didnt know our finances, credit or situation. Then the manager came over, all while theyre holding my car keys hostage and was even pushier. HOURS later they finally returned my keys and we left and will NEVER go back. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

Russ Darrow has been a dealer parts standard for shops in Madison for a long time. Dodge/Chrysler has had hard times and passed them onto there Dealers. They have excellent parts service, and our shop doesnt think twice about calling for real Chrysler parts for a second. Probably the best Dodge/Chrysler dealer in the area.

Beware of dealer financing scams at this dealership. They attempted again and again to coax me into financing thru the dealership knowing I had financing already in place, and ask for money to hold the vehicle without showing or providing an actual sales contract. I want to say I was not a victim of a scam here and cant say if these actions were intentional or just bad business practice, but everything pointed to a financial scam of some sort so I walked away from the sale. Horrible experience. I was looking at a certified pre-owned Jeep Summit 2018. I contacted dealer a couple of times and talked to them about the SUV. I made an appointment for 11am (Thursday) this morning for a test drive. Drove 1 hour. First time ever at this Dealership. I notified them I had an appointment to see the SUV. I had all the paperwork and also paid for a Carfax report so I would know all that I could about the SUV. I had to show them the paperwork so they knew what SUV I was there to test drive. Eventually I was told that the SUV was not there. Was told that a manager had it and he/she was not there. 2nd explanation was that a buyer had the SUV and was test driving the vehicle and that the SUV would not be back until Monday but that they had other cars that I could look at. I was very upset. Talked to the manager and all he said was sorry. What a SCAM. Not sure if they ever had this SUV. Get you in the door and offer different vehicles. Not trustworthy.
