I have been getting my nails and eyelashes done at nails 63 for the past 10 years.Nancy is a professional who takes pride in her work and does a fantastic job every time!Call ahead and give her a heads up that you’re coming and you won’t have to wait.I have tried several nail salons in town and none of them compare to the results when I go to nails 63.This salon also offers permanent make up application. Two years ago Nancy did permanent tattoo make up on my eyebrows and they still look amazing. I actually walked into this shop a couple weeks ago and was able to get serviced luckily her client was late so I got In. Im very satisfied with the job she hooked me up and was very nice to me. Today I scheduled my appointment and was taken right in she did my eyebrows perfect on the 1st try. Im happy with her service glad I found this shop

I was there to get acrylic nails put on and they cut my skin with their one of their tools and I started to bleed. & she was rude about it and she’s the one who cut me!!! I would never go there again. If your going to go to the mall to get your nails done go to best nails.

As stated by previous users, the female half of the couple/owners does the work, in my case nails. I havent been able to afford getting my nails done in years; after accidentally smashing one of my fingers at work, this was both cosmetic, medical, and supposed to be a treat for myself. The manicurist did not show me the nail tips, and was very irritated when I specified I wanted a certain shape... after shed applied what I presumed were the only tips they had. I honestly didnt know they had different tips. I asked for a black French tip; there are tiny bubbles/debris under the gel, since they did not bother to let me rinse my hands in between coating. The filing is just as sloppy, my nails are all uneven in width. Lastly, I asked the woman doing my nails to freehand a design over my injured nail, she just painted a few lines over it. It looks dumb, basic, and effortless, it just about ruins the entire manicure, its all very sloppy and hastened.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I would give zero stars if I could! I received a gift certificate to this establishment. I scheduled an appointment for 3 PM. When I arrived there was still a person being serviced. There is signage that states only one person can be served at a time. There was also only one employee. I was placed in the pedicure basin at 3:14 pm. The water was very cold initially. Reluctantly the basin was refilled with warm water. My massage chair did not work and I felt bad asking to move considering I had already requested warmer water. While I soaked longer than necessary a walk in customer had her eyebrows waxed. My pedicure service did not begin until 3:33 PM. Very frustrating experience. I intended to have a full set of nails done but since my time was inexcusably wasted I did not have enough time to do both services. If they are adamant about serving one at a time then they need to have more than one person on the staff. I made an appointment about 5 hours before coming in so this shouldve been sorted out.

I asked the owner to wash her hands after dealing with a client before me, and she said no I said thats fine I wont get my eyebrows done then. She began to argue with me in front of my mother just rude and nasty will never go there again.

This place has gone way down hill, When I first moved to madison in 2012., great service, since 2016 service has been beyond awful, the lady is hardly available to do eyebrows, she said she dont do pedicures on the weekends cause shes there by herself, something must happen in the spring cause shes there quite often by herself with no help and now its by appointments only and she keeps the door lock so customers have to knock to enter.

It took my wife at least 35 mins to get some lashes to come off at home. She went to get her lashes done and one of the employees asked her numerous of questions about if she ever had gotten them done before. The lady also told her that she uses a super strong glue and removal would cost and extra $20. She also told my wife that she may experience some irritation and puffiness on the eyes. My wife let it fly over her head. Come to find out the glue that is used here is either krazy glue or super glue. We had to use alcohol and water to remove the lashes from my wifes eyes. I would not recommend this shop to no one.

I wouldnt rate this place but to comment you have too this lady Nancy is a liar she lies about how much her service is or what she can do so she can make ppl spend more money she not clean she do people eyebrows and eyelashes right after she doing nails with out washing her hands and she rude dont waste your time spending your money here its not worth it

Got False Individual Eyelashes Put On Here, The Next Day I Woke Up With Irritated, Puffy Swollen Eyes & Blurry Vision..It Hurt Everytime I Blink And The Glue She Used Smelled Like Super Glue & Felt Like Hard Heavy Rocks On My Eyelids..She Glued The Lashes Too Far Up..I Went To The Shop And Asked Could She Remove Them And Since I Only Wore Them For A Day Could I Get A Refund She Refused Said She Dont Give Refunds And Told Me To Come Back In Two Hours & She Could Remove The Lashes When I Came Back To Get The Lashes Removed She Said She Couldnt Do It Because It Takes A Very Long Time But She Did Give My Money Back...Shes Also Very Unsanitary She Didnt Wash Her Hands Before She Started On My Lashes After She Had Just Got Done Doing Someones Nails Right Before Me Now Im Left With Bald Extremely Itchy Infected Eyes Thats Leaking Discharge SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!
