Bill was very thorough and explained the tests he was running to determine my AC issue. Once issue identified Integrity sent out another expert to validate Bill’s findings. I thought that was very helpful. Overall good detailed periodic service. Will provide and update once I see the repairs are complete and if everything works as promised I can upgrade to a five star. Initial thoughts are my repairs are going to be very expensive.

I was charged an excessive amount for replacement of the indoor mini split blower motor. The charge of $550.00 dollars for 1 1/2 hours of work for replacing blower motor. The blower motor was under warranty and none of the 550.00 dollars was for blower motor. The technician did a great job but it is price for his labor is excessive.

Nathan and Josh did a great job on the A/C repair. Had a factory defect from Lennox on a new construction install. Problem was identified and corrected by the team and system properly calibrated after repair. Since Integrity is a Lennox authorized dealer, they are working with me to try and get refund from Lennox. Highly reccomend the Integrity team.

Best AC business Ive used in 10 years.

I had Jason come out and fix my Carrier unit. Jason Identified my issue (bad compressor), then we found out the TXV valve was also bad (which likely caused the compressor to break from what I looked up. Jason came out and repaired that as well.All in that, Jason looked up the unit model and got all the parts under a warranty price. He is a pretty straight shooter, explained the concepts in depth and is a great guy all around.

The heater/cooling system on my pool needed repair (new fan motor and condenser). The service technician repaired those items per unit specifications. However, this did not seem to correct the issue. The technician did some additional research and determined that the motor was undersized. At no cost to me, he returned and exchanged the items for the correct ones. The unit has been operating like a champ since then.

Integrity Services have been performing maintenance on our HVAC system for over a year now and I absolutely notice the difference. Everything runs smoother and even with those below freezing days! This time Blue came out to service our systems and he was extremely professional and explained everything he found along the way. This company lives up to its name! I called Integrity because I had a problem with my HVAC unit. I appreciate how accommodating they are with their hours of operation! Jason was the technician who came to my house. He was prompt and professional! He quickly identified the problem and told me what it would take to fix it. He also informed me about financing options. The next day when he was going to install the part, he called to let me know that he researched it and found out that it was still under warranty and that it would cost less that half of the original quoted price. I have dealt with other companies in the area who were pretty shady, but I have complete faith in Integrity and I will call them again when I need services!

I was extremely happy with them, I haven’t had my A/C services in over 10 years because it has never had any issues. The outside unit was getting loud so I called at 4:45 and they were at my house by 5:30. The technician spent 2 hours cleaning my inside and outside unit and changed out a bad capacitor for a very good price!!The technician was very knowledgeable and super nice, I will definitely use them again!!!

Integrity called to let me know the technician was headed my way sooner than expected, which is good news when your AC is out. I had a new air conditioning unit installed by Tony and Derlus today and it was the best experience I could have asked for! They were quick and efficient and informative. They were courteous and respectful of my home and my daughter’s sensitive ears when they were saudering and the fire alarm was going off one of them actually stood and waved a towel so it would stop beeping.
