$49 dollars to tell me what I knew which was a pin hole in my tankless hot water heater. In fact, I’m the one who identified it.The technician was/is nice. However I’m still leaking and not much was resolved. He offered advice but that was about all. To fix it I need a new copper pipe, which I ordered and they’ll install it for another service fee.I guess I don’t know what else to say. The tech was sweet but sweet doesn’t fix a water leak around electrical components.

Our termite man informed us that we had an AC duct that had fallen down in our crawl space. We called Lee, and they sent two guys out that day. Both guys were professional and funny. They were also really sweet with my boys. Lee’s guys come out and do a good job, but they also go out of their way to make the experience personal and more like friends coming over to fix. Yes, you have to pay them😏 but when they do good work and are friendly it doesn’t hurt as much. BTW: if you get Tyler (aka Sunshine) you can also get some free fishing advice and expertise out of him!

The service technician called 30 minutes prior to his scheduled time and arrived on time. He performed an inspection of our plumbing system. He identified some moisture in the crawl space unrelated to any plumbing issues and recommended we have the foundation inspected. We scheduled the inspection with Lee Company for a quote to repair/remedy the moisture source.We use Lee Company for our annual HVAC inspection (Spring and Fall) and are pleased with their service. I recommend them.

I had a residential A/C issue with one of my units and contacted Lee Company. Lee Company was very responsive and made sure a tech was sent out that day. Jake was my tech and he was very professional. During a time of a pandemic, Lee Company and Jake were very responsible and wore a mask. Speaks volumes when a company is responsible, professional, on time, responsive, and so helpful to make sure I understood every step that was occurring with the repair. Jake documented every step with photos and videos to assure that I was comfortable with the service and Lee Company will send you all of that info as well. Very pleased with Lee Company and look forward to their awesome subscription service where they send someone out 4 times a year to inspect plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical. Our technician came to perform our first heating inspection for our new whole home maintenance plan with Lee Company. While it was hard to understand their dispatch procedure since I have never used them before and I really didnt know for sure when or if they would be out that day, I was very pleased with the service when they got there. In the end, their recommendation/suggestion solved our issue and we couldnt be happier. Probably the best $49 (dispatch fee) we have spent.

After our home was damaged due to a lightening strike, I struggled to get an electrician to the house to conduct a diagnosis for insurance purposes. I finally submitted a request through the BBB and Lee Company was the first to respond and did so within 24 hours. Throughout the entire process, each representative with whom I worked, has been pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and courteous. Lee Company will be my go to electrician from now on.

Fast easy appointment set up. On time. Paid 2 service charges. Mr. Electric fixed the issue of a lose breaker within 5 minutes. However Lee Company was apologetic and corrected the issue by refunding me the service charges. They were prompt about making me a happy customer, and I would use them again in the future.

They came to repair ice maker. They have diagnosed, and are coming back with the part next week. So far so good! They repaired a leak on this unit a few years ago, and did an excellent job.

Had a relatively easy call out for outdoor water faucet stuck and leaking. They squeezed me in same day despite not being an emergency. the person who performed my repair (name escapes me) was quick, professional, and explained potential future fixes to me (eg replacing hose bib and faucet due to age) without pressuring me on spending more than I was ready to right then.Really appreciate his willingness to provide guidance on what to look out for without twisting my arm.

Jason the Service Rep was beyond exceptional! He walked me through the diagnosis and showed me how to remedy the issue. Another company came the day before and missed the mark completely. I have a maintenance plan with Lee Company over the last few months and they have always been on time for any appointment and always explain everything in detail. They also send a video explaining what was done so you can see it. They have earned my trust for any work to be done.

I contacted Lee Company for an HVAC tuneup on a Thursday. Appointment was set immediately for the following Monday and Jake, the technician, called that morning to verify that he would arrive right on expected schedule. He explained everything that he was doing before proceeding and verified he had my approval. He was very patient and explained everything and answered all of my questions, as I like to know how things work and what parts are for. Only one minor issue found and he was able to replace a capacitor with a part from his van. The system works beautifully and should provide continuous service for many years. On 18 DEC 2020) a power surge in my neighborhood briefly knocked everything offline. I have since that surged received over 75 emails telling me that my thermostat lost connection to the internet and I needed to reconnect it. My thermostat is hard wired so if it did need reconnecting, that required a tech to do it. The tech came out and checked the thermostat and said it’s as working perfectly and responding to remote changes to temperature using my iPhone app so to just ignore the messages. That worked fine for me and the small charge for the service call was fine for my peace of mind!

At least I didn’t hurt my back changing out the toilets. The actual installation was acceptable but a little more caulking around the base would have been better. His wet/dry vac discharged onto the guest bath cabinet, then he dumped liquid out of his vacuum on my side lawn at best staining it at worst killing it.

He came to check a concern over recent performed service that needed to be explored for the root cause due to its re occurrence.

I have used Lee Company for the past 2 years. I use them for my heating and cooling tuneup which they do twice a year. I recently had them install a new heat pump. They assisted with the 0% financing and were here the next day to do the install. Every technician that has been to my house has been very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lee Company.

I told the technician what the problem was- he checked the thermostat, diagnosed the problem, calibrated the thermostat, explained to me how it works and did a demo on how to set the thermostat .

I was in need of repair to both bathroom toilets, the Lee Company sent out a repair crew that took care of the needed repairs in short order. Their representatives were professional and on time. I will recommend the Lee Company to friends and family.

I called The Lee Company to get an estimate on installing four new replacement faucets. I had two estimates both in the $350 range. Lee Company offered to come out and give me an estimate. When they got done looking as did the others they gave me a $1300 price. I told him they were way out of the ballpark. The guy said I can knock off one third. I could not believe they were so unethical. Give me an honest estimate the first time instead of trying to rip me off and then lowering the price when I do not bite. When I told him no he said he did need to collect a service fee. I would not pay as they did not tell me there was a fee, and I refuse to reward anyone for their dishonest and unethical business practice. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR GAME. I HATE TO SEE OTHERS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. The Lee Company has proven to me that they are unworthy of my trust.

They arrived on time for the sales request and the installation, and they finished quicker than originally quoted. They were efficient, too. They didn’t wear shoe covers and tracked my floors, and they also spilled condensation from the air handler without cleaning the mess. But those are minor infractions. Overall, I’d recommend Lee. And they’re maintenance subscription is a great deal

I called set up an appointment for Friday, at the last minute I get a call that they will have to come out on Monday because the guy coming (Chad) had paperwork to finish up. He shows up on Monday, then emails me the quote with what I consider an absurd price. When I explain it is absurd to me, he calls my husband on Tuesday to negotiate a price- when I am the client. I will never work with such a sexist company.

Where do I begin? We needed updated electrical throughout the house. We had already pulled a permit and they didnt make any attempts to get the permit in their name after learning we had already pulled a permit. Once forced by the electrical inspector, Lee Company finally got a permit. Since then, they have made no attempts to meet with the city inspector. We have been without power for over a month.

The Lee Company representative was timely in communicating his arrival and showed up as promised. He was attentive to my requirements and understood my problems. He was able to offer solid recommendations that would solve my problems and be beneficial. Shane Johnson represents the Lee Company very well with his expertise and professionalism.

Not impressed. Initial appt window was from 2-4 p.m. for a service technician to place a camera down the sewer line to look for any potential blockage and then to mark where the current water line coming into the house was so I could get a quote on the cost of replacing the water line.I get a call at 12:30 from someone from Lee stating he was the person coming out to replace my sewer line (for which was never discussed) and then someone else around 2:30 stating that the technician is running a little behind and it will probably be closer to 4:00.At 4:30, I get a call from the technician saying hes an hour out to run the camera down the sewer line. I ask him about the marking for the water line so I can get a quote, he said he wasnt aware of that on the service order. I asked how much time it would take to do both jobs and was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours meaning that I would be looking at 7:30 before it could all be done. This wasnt an option considering I had dinner plans at 6:30.When I called back to inform them that this whole first time experience, wasnt what I expected, I was told that apparently the people doing the service didnt understand the work order. I was then told that its out of their control when previous jobs run over and that the technician not being able to make it until 5:30 was just the way it is.Poor communication lead to poor first time experience tied in with poor customer service.

Daniel came on time and performed a thorough inspection of the HVAC system. He also performed a thorough check. He also helped me in the process of registering the thermostat with Honeywell.

If you need a plumber, an electrician, or HVAC service, look NO FURTHER! The appointments were made with courtesy and the appointments were kept professionally. I can’t stand taking a day off just to be called at the end of the day to reschedule. I didn’t experience that with them. They were on time, on schedule and within the price range that I wanted and agreed to. They offered expert advice, showed willingness to listen, and gratitude for my business. My backyard faucet was leaking.. Lee worked me into Brents schedule for a same-day fix. Brent came out and replaced the faucet. No drama, no mess, friendly and professional. He wore a mask.

Lee Company is great! Jeremy was prompt and thorough in his evaluation of the situation. He found a few more things than what we called Lee Company for and to me that is always a red-flag but Jeremy went to bat for us and Lee Company worked with us to lessen the financial blow of the additional work. I called Lee company to come out and assess my unit after receiving a $500 electric bill. The electric company was nice enough to come out and check the wattage my unit was pulling to see that it had been running on emergency heat (not a good thing!). I specifically told the tech well before he arrived that my unit had a brand new compressor (less than a year old) and it was running on 427a refrigerant. When he arrived he assessed my unit and informed me that I was completely out of refrigerant. Then he proceeds to tell me that they do not deal with 427a, so he can not charge up my unit. So, not only was I charged for a service call on a unit that he knew he could not charge if it was in fact low, I was still left without any heat. To top it off, he attempts to schedule me an appointment for someone to come out and evaluate it for replacement. This company had all the information they needed to make an executive decision that they could not help me because they did not use 427a refrigerant several hours before the tech showed up. Yet instead, they turned a service call into a sales pitch and still left me with no heat. I can understand the pitch for an up-sell if the cost to repair is not as efficient as the cost to replace. But showing up to someones house in the winter knowing that you do not have the means to at least charge them up and patch until a decision can be made is cruel and unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my time and my money.

They came to give an estimate to simply replace 4 Faucets I had 3 other estimates all around the $300 Range. Lee company estimate $1300. I told them that was way too high and tge guy offered to take 1/3 off the price. This is total BS Dont try to rip me off and then offer to lower the price when I object. Give me your lowest price up front. Then he told me I had to pay for the estimate. They told me that they would come out and give an estimate and that they had someone near me. I find Lee Company to be totally unethical and have proved that they can not be trusted.
