Brought my Subaru here to get the clutch and flywheel replaced. They did a great job. I brought in a bad clutch and the manager recommended a great clutch. I thought I had an issue with the clutch but I did not. Great customer service. 10/10, Thanks a lot.

Good people please do not take you vehicle to these dishonest vultures. When they gave me an estimate it was competitive so I read some reviews and they all said great things. Once I dropped my car off the estimate was 3× what they quoted me. Thank God I am mechanically inclined to suggest getting my own used unit and preparing it for them to put in. You have been warned if you ignore my advice you are at their mercy 🥺

Bunch of scammers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! Do not sign anything either. They told me they would diagnose my transmission issues. After a few days they call me and say it needs a to be rebuilt. I told them to hold off until I figure out what I want to do. When I got there, the whole transmission was disassembled. They put all the pieces in a box and said I owe them $250 and the vehicle needs to be towed out of there. They even stole my CD’s and my custom valve stem caps.

Dont use this vendor. My van needed trans repair. I dri e it in and Bob says it need work. First quote was 3.3k for a 2008 Chrysler town and country. Then he says a used, not rebuilt one is 1400 plus labor total of 2400. Well. Its shutting off as a drive, idles low and wont go into gear. Im scared to take it back. To me Bob dont care, probably been in business 45 years to long. He was rude and condescending. Dont even think about using coupons his web site posted. He would not let me use any of them. The new trans has been driven less than 500 miles. I drive for lyft and could not drive with a damaged repair. 3 weeks no check makes me so sad. Run!

Replaced my blown trans in only a day and a half, this was without warning or giving them time to get parts, and they wanted to check up on it after a few days to make sure everything was fine. It works fantastic now. Better than in a long time. they were incredibly fast and kept up to date. Highly recommended.

Had my transmissions with all the parts sitting at Transmission Authority in Waterford for 3 days and not even touched it when i was on a time restraint. USA Transmission answered my call Saturday evening. Not only did they take my trans job/situation seriously. They ensure me it would be done right but they got it done within 24hrs of dropping it off. Trans was supposed to be rebuilt with an one year warranty that cost $2300. Wow after the warranty expires my transmission went back out. This place is an rip off. The guy is so rude just want money. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP.

My father want here for a transmission rebuild got it back it was even much worst, I would not recommend this place for anyone if I could give it zero Stars I would. It makes it seem like theyre busy all the time with all the cars parked outside but its just eye candy for people to think there always busy but theyre not dont take my word for it go find out for yourself I guarantee you will REGRET IT...

They told my wife that her transmission was wearing out and that they needed around $500 to tear down her transmission to see what was going on for a possible rebuild they mentioned that her transmission fluid was low but her transmission was wearing out ticket to the transmission clinic for a second opinion they top off her transmission fluid ran a scanner and told her that her transmission was fine ever since then its been running great do not go to USA transmission they are shady

Worst experience ever!!! 6 months ago we took our vehicle to rebuild our transmission. First of all we were told 1,800 with a year warranty. But when it was done they tried saying 2700 and we expressed to them we didnt have that kind of money and we would have went somewhere else. Then he said well it will be 2200 with only 6 month warranty. Little did we know we signed paperwork saying 6 months or only 6000 miles. Well 5 months later transmission is not working. And with a rebuild that should not happen. We took it back and was charged another 450 to fix problem. The reason why it wasnt free is because we were over our 6000 miles he said even though he wrote milage down wrong in the first place. We should have fought this but we needed our vehicle back. Well 3 weeks later its acting up again and how convenient that our millage meeting magically doesnt read anymore. These people are snacks and we should have drove the hour away to have a friend fix it instead but usa transmission was closer and we thought going to be 100 dollars cheaper. Do not take your vehicle to them!

This place is a rip off! Beware!! USA Transmission told me & my husband it would cost around $1,400 to repair so we agreed & left the car. Then Mike called and told us they went in transmission and it was totaled (i drove it in for repair because sometimes it hesitated in second gear) Mike then said it would cost us $more than double the estimate to repair. I declined service and sent tow truck to pick up our car & transmission. Since it was not reinstalled I asked Mike at USA Transmission to place our transmission on flatbed before I drove on to next shop to await delivery. USA Transmission ended up putting our transmission in the trunk anyway. The transmission shop I took my car to informed me that the trans seal was never even broken & told me they they werent sure what the acid type stuff in the trunk was which damaged the carpeting. So USA Transmission took my transmission out but never even opened my transmission in the first place, so how could Mike at USA Transmission declare it totaled. They may continue to be able to get a few idiots to post some phony positive reviews to get their stars up but consider yourselves warned. Ive never met this man before this incident, so ask yourselves, why would it be so important for me to warn you?

This is the 2nd vehical they repaired for me. the service and price was excellent. i was going to put a used transmission in my car but for a few hundred dollars more they rebuilt mine. very good company to deal with and before you go elsewhere take your car there for an estimate. you wont be disappointed.

DONT GO THERE!!!I took my car to USA Transmission to get my transmission rebuild and a few months later my transmission started slipping. I then took my car back to USA Transmission to be repaired under warranty. They told me it will cost me another $1,000 more for them to fix the same transmission they repaired and its under warranty !!!They dont stand behind there work at all so run why you can !!!There shady shady shady...

The guy Mike lied about the price of repair. He told me it was going to be $1000 at the most but it ended up being $3000. When I got my car back he had cracked my windshield, knocked my driver door window off track, & the transmission Mike put in is leaking. He refused to take responsibility for the damages done to my car while it was in his care and now he refuses to fix the problem due to his poor technical skills. If you do not want to waste your hard earned money please, please do not go to this shop. Unless you want to go to court like I am.

Got my clutch replaced here. It never drove well afterwards, smelled of burning clutch, a year later it went bad again. They didnt reassemble it properly, bolts were missing from the starter, exhaust rattled. I do not recommend this place

Disclaimer: This is an unbiased review, just the facts, no personal feelings involved.So to start I would like to mention, and will detail below, that I was happy with the transmission install itself but was unhappy with the aftermath to my exhaust system.I purchased a reman transmission from Fraser Engine and Transmission to have USA put it in. Initially they provided a tow, good customer service, answered all my questions. After I picked the vehicle up I drove away and found it flying a P0430 Check Engine light. This indicated a bank 2 O2 sensor or catalytic converter. So I took it back to USA. They told me its probably an O2 sensor and possibly my catalytic converter. I mentioned the problem didnt exist before they took the exhaust system off to change the trans, hoping perhaps a mistake was made then they could rectify it. The gentleman I spoke with disregarded the statement. This was issue one of two. The second issue was a weld on one of my pipes I had had done a year prior at a different shop, this weld was broken after they had put the exhaust back on. I had to have this rewelded. They completely ignored this and told me my exhaust was loose and needed to have new hangs installed.I then took it to an exhaust shop to have it diagnosed and it turned out the hang had to do with the weld being displaced, the exhaust shop rewelded it and problem number one solved. As for the Check Engine Light, the junction where the catalytic converter meets the pipe was not properly resealed. They overlooked this, perhaps intentionally perhaps not, I cant be certain.I had the trans work checked over by Fraser and it seemed to have been well done.Overall, I was happy with the transmission install, but very disappointed with how unprofessional this company was with admitting they made a mistake. It seems to me that if you break something when putting it back on, you should repair it. These werent even expensive fixes. 150 dollars worth, perhaps less for them.3 stars for doing the trans right. Keeping the last two to make me feel better at night. :)

Usa transmission rebuilt my tow truck transmission a few weeks ago. i was very busy and had to have it repaired asap. They fixed the truck transmission in one day and the price was very reasonable. Mike the manager was very helpful in pointing out other issues with the truck and i had them repair them also. I have referred some of my customers to usa trans and have not had any complaints from them. So i would like to thank the people at usa for there service and honesty.

WORST PLACE EVER Took a 3500 to them that would drive just fine forward but would not back up. they told us it needed a whole rebuild at a cost of $3000.00 which we said ok to. We got the truck back and drove it for about 10 miles and it quit. had it towed back to the shop and got it started and found a high pitch scraping sound in the trans area. had our mech. pull the inspection cove and found one bolt in the torque converter completely gone and the other 3 loose. we put in the last bolt and tightened the other ones up and the scraping sound stayed there. we sent it back to usa and they told us the sound was in the engine. WRONG we brought the truck back to the shop and pulled the trans and replaced the flywheel which was bent from the loose torque converter. gosh the sound went away.also when they took out the trans they cut the exhaust and put it back together with JBWELD.IF YOU WANT A TRUSTED SERVICE DONT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS FACILITY AS THEY ARE NOT MECHANICS THEY ARE A RIP OFF . NOW I WONDER IF THEY EVEN REBUILT THE TRANS. WORST JOB EVER !!!!!!

How can I start off honestly I was scare and nervous/ what I did learn you really cant get a quote about your car until they see it with there own eyes. and I had transmission replace from junk yard that like 50/50/ its going to keep going But I end up saying give me the rebuild job for 1700 and man its the best investment I ever made with a vehicle I got 2003 windstar my guaranteed is up now. I waited until when it is up to .tell everybody these guys are honest and good. you pay for what you get. see I read about the windstar 2003 transmission pump was faulty when they build them. and now this windstar run brand new. now value at 2600 to 3000.dollars I feel like a king out there now thank you and telling what choice to make I am very happy so far. best auction car I ever bought for 300.00 dollar. you made me a believer about transmission can be fix

BEWARE!!! I believe this company is a big scam. First off I called for a round about estimate for a trans repair. I was told the repair would be between $800 and $900. They told me to bring my car in and they would check it for FREE. The next morning they called and said I now had to pay a $395 inspection fee. So the free estimate quickly turned into an automatic $395. A couple days later I contacted them in which Mike told me my repair cost would now be $2300, a big difference from the original $800 to $900 quote. After telling him that was way to much, and I wanted to come get my car he then told me I would have to pay the $395 plus an additional $300 because they broke my axels and they would have to be fixed. My husband then called and had words with Mike in which he suddendly dropped the price from $2300 down to $1800. Then he only wanted to give a 30 day warranty on a $1800 repair. After my husbabd refused that price he then offered a 1 yr warranty. They said the repair would take about a day and a half which wasnt true. It took about 4 days. Finally when I picked my car up it was loud like I had a muffler problem, Mike told me that my flex pipe went bad. But when I dropped my car off it was very quiet. So I ended up having to pay another $100 to have that fixed. This is a shady company and I dont reconmend anyone to get work done here!!!

Terrible said one price 1300 and then charged 2000 and dont try to use the $225 off coupon because they will tell you they took that off your bill already and so dont think your going to get 225 off your bill and dont expect to get it back when they say cause that not true will never go there again

I took my 03 saab 9-5 to them for a inspection it went in for a delayed shift into drive they kept my car all day and told me my transmission had to be removed to see 495.00 i finds out its a solenoid 200.00 and the transmission did not have to be removed and i did it myself very bad business

Had to get the transmission rebuild and was told that it should out last the rest of the car but here I am almost a year later and the transmission is going bad again and I asked about it and was told it is a car you can fix it and in a short time it will brake downs again
